Nikad više posla u splitskoj "Čistoći". Ubacili su "u petu" postavljajući polupodzemne kontejnere, educirajući javnost o pravilnom razdvajanju otpada, povećali broj odvoza sa kućnog praga...

U svemu tome ostali su bez velikog broja djelatnika, koji se nalaze na bolovanju, pa su zaposlili dodatne radnike, ali ne "za stalno" niti na "određeno", već su unajmili djelatnike agencije za zapošljavanje.

Korištenju usluga zaposlenika agencije za zapošljavanje usprotivili su se radnici "Čistoće".. Preko svojeg predstavnika u Nadzornom odboru ove tvrtke dali su svoje argumente zašto bi voljeli da se na posao prime neki novi ljudi.

Uskoro će se pokrenuti postupak mirenja među upravom i sindikatima, kako zakon i nalaže. Razlog tome je da u godinu dana pregovora nisu uspjeli postići sporazum.

Radnici su, doznajemo, tražili da im se poveća osnovica mjesečnih primanja, koja je nepromijenjena od veljače 2010. godine. Za vrijeme pandemije su pokazali solidarnost, svjesni da je covid zaustavio normalno poslovanje mnogima, ali sada vjeruju kako je došlo vrijeme da im plaća barem malo poraste. Pogotovo računajući na inflaciju koja cijene hrane diže u nebesa.

- Bili smo na korak potpisivanju u ljeto 2021., no tada je smijenjen ondašnji direktor koji nije želio potpisati nešto i dovesti na gotov čin svojeg nasljednika.

Potpisali smo stoga aneks dotadašnjem ugovoru koji nam je osigurao sva do tada stečena prava do dolaska novog direktora. Pregovori su bili bezuspješni, a 17. siječnja je prošlo točno godinu dana otkako je novi direktor došao - ispričao nam je Marin Jadrić, predstavnik Nezavisnog sindikata Hrvatske u "Čistoći".

- Direktor je imao neke ponude, nešto bi nam uzeo, nešto dao, ali radnici se nisu složili s tim - objasnio nam je razloge nepotpisivanju kolektivnog ugovora.

Upitali smo direktora Ivicu Karoglana za komentar ove situacijem kao i odgovor na pitanje zašto nisu objavljeni izvještaji s održanih Skupština društva i sastanaka Nadzornog odbora tijekom 2022. godine, što je bila praksa svih prethodnih godina.

- Odluke NO Ii Skupštine za 2022. godinu će biti objavljene na web stranicama "Čistoće" do kraja siječnja 2023. godine, kao što je i do sada bila praksa - kazao nam je.

Ustvrdio je i kako potpisivanje Kolektivnog ugovora sa strane Uprave ne priječi ništa, budući da je njihov prijedlog išao prema Sindikatu.

- Upravi i Skupštini društva je prihvatljivo ono što je i ponuđeno u prijedlogu novog Kolektivnog ugovora, a to je povećanje osnovice od šest posto, troškove prijevoza do samog mjesta stanovanja. Sva ostala stečena prava ostaju, kao što je i sada Kolektivnom ugovoru koji je na snazi - kazao nam je direktor.

Radnici se pak nadaju kako će Uprava izaći u susret svim njihovim zahtjevima, među ostalim i onima da se zaposle dodatni djelatnici. Ukoliko do "pomirbe" ne dođe u zakonskom roku, ne otklanjaju mogućnost štrajka.

Nikad više posla u splitskoj "Čistoći". Ubacili su "u petu" postavljajući polupodzemne kontejnere, educirajući javnost o pravilnom razdvajanju otpada, povećali broj odvoza sa kućnog praga...

U svemu tome ostali su bez velikog broja djelatnika, koji se nalaze na bolovanju, pa su zaposlili dodatne radnike, ali ne "za stalno" niti na "određeno", već su unajmili djelatnike agencije za zapošljavanje.

Korištenju usluga zaposlenika agencije za zapošljavanje usprotivili su se radnici "Čistoće".. Preko svojeg predstavnika u Nadzornom odboru ove tvrtke dali su svoje argumente zašto bi voljeli da se na posao prime neki novi ljudi.

Uskoro će se pokrenuti postupak mirenja među upravom i sindikatima, kako zakon i nalaže. Razlog tome je da u godinu dana pregovora nisu uspjeli postići sporazum.

Radnici su, doznajemo, tražili da im se poveća osnovica mjesečnih primanja, koja je nepromijenjena od veljače 2010. godine. Za vrijeme pandemije su pokazali solidarnost, svjesni da je covid zaustavio normalno poslovanje mnogima, ali sada vjeruju kako je došlo vrijeme da im plaća barem malo poraste. Pogotovo računajući na inflaciju koja cijene hrane diže u nebesa.

- Bili smo na korak potpisivanju u ljeto 2021., no tada je smijenjen ondašnji direktor koji nije želio potpisati nešto i dovesti na gotov čin svojeg nasljednika.

Potpisali smo stoga aneks dotadašnjem ugovoru koji nam je osigurao sva do tada stečena prava do dolaska novog direktora. Pregovori su bili bezuspješni, a 17. siječnja je prošlo točno godinu dana otkako je novi direktor došao - ispričao nam je Marin Jadrić, predstavnik Nezavisnog sindikata Hrvatske u "Čistoći".

- Direktor je imao neke ponude, nešto bi nam uzeo, nešto dao, ali radnici se nisu složili s tim - objasnio nam je razloge nepotpisivanju kolektivnog ugovora.

Upitali smo direktora Ivicu Karoglana za komentar ove situacijem kao i odgovor na pitanje zašto nisu objavljeni izvještaji s održanih Skupština društva i sastanaka Nadzornog odbora tijekom 2022. godine, što je bila praksa svih prethodnih godina.

- Odluke NO Ii Skupštine za 2022. godinu će biti objavljene na web stranicama "Čistoće" do kraja siječnja 2023. godine, kao što je i do sada bila praksa - kazao nam je.

Ustvrdio je i kako potpisivanje Kolektivnog ugovora sa strane Uprave ne priječi ništa, budući da je njihov prijedlog išao prema Sindikatu.

- Upravi i Skupštini društva je prihvatljivo ono što je i ponuđeno u prijedlogu novog Kolektivnog ugovora, a to je povećanje osnovice od šest posto, troškove prijevoza do samog mjesta stanovanja. Sva ostala stečena prava ostaju, kao što je i sada Kolektivnom ugovoru koji je na snazi - kazao nam je direktor.

Radnici se pak nadaju kako će Uprava izaći u susret svim njihovim zahtjevima, među ostalim i onima da se zaposle dodatni djelatnici. Ukoliko do "pomirbe" ne dođe u zakonskom roku, ne otklanjaju mogućnost štrajka.
