"Prima li iko dicu u najam majke ti il’ se bojite da vam ne pojidu namještaj koji je bija in dok je još Tito po zemlji oda…", zavapila je anonimna podstanarka u jednoj od splitskih grupa za iznajmljivanje stanova progovorivši o redovnoj muci brojnih obitelji, koje nemaju vlastiti krov nad glavom. Podstanari s djecom, općepoznata je stvar, u Splitu nisu pretjerano poželjni iz raznoraznih razloga, pa čak i stanodavci, koji dugoročno iznajmljuju svoje nekretnine, nisu skloni primiti obitelji s djecom.

"Ne žele djecu, ne žele ni da dišeš u tom stanu, ali je najvažnije da im puniš kesu svaki mjesec. Žalosno, ali istinito, ljudska pohlepa nema granica”, komentirala je jedna članica grupe, a onda se javio stanodavac s neugodnim iskustvom.

"Već sto puta napisano o čemu svjedoče i razne emisije tipa ‘Provjereno‘ koje možete naći na YouTube-u. Zakon u Hrvatskoj je nakaradan i štiti obitelj s djecom ukoliko vi iz nekog razloga kao podstanar odlučite prestati plaćati najamninu. Vas kao roditelje malodobne djece nitko ne može prisilno iseliti iz stana. Vi stječete pravo boravka koje je jače od prava vlasništva. Mi smo dvije godine vodili pravnu bitku za ući u naš posjed jer ljudi s dvoje djece nisu željeli izaći, a prestali su plaćati najamninu. Dvije godine smo za njih režije plaćali dok su oni u našem stanu boravili potpuno besplatno. I tu ne možes ništa osim goniti sudom", primjetio je stanodavac uz napomenu kako to znaju svi vlasnici stanova, a podstanari masovno koriste "tu anomaliju u našem zakonu i ne žele napustiti tuđe vlasništvo". Dodao je i kako se često i Facebook grupama mogu pročitati ‘pametni‘ savjeti u stilu "ostanite u stanu, ne može vas izbaciti" što je u Splitu rezultiralo s više od 10.000 zaključanih stanova u iščekivanju sezone.

“Nitko ne želi podstanare, a rijetki koji pristanu žele se osigurati tako što ne primaju ddjecu. I onda vi mislite da su djeca nepoželjna jer jedu namještaj i druge imbcilne insinuacije koje vrtite po glavama. Kao u svemu, uzrok je na Markovom trgu i trenutačno je na godišnjem odmoru”, ironično je zaključio stanodavac.

Na njegove riječi reagirala je podstanarka s djecom tvrdeći kako obitelji s potomstvom nisu nepoželjne radi eventualnog neplaćanja najmanine ili računa nego iz sasvim drugih razloga.

"Nema to veze, ja sam plaćala godinama uredno s djecom pa su nas svejedno izbacili radi turizma. Sada za svaki stan za koji nazovem govore da ne žele djecu ili mi kažu ‘da imate maksimalno jedno možda, ovako ništa...‘. Jedna je čak nekidan rekla kako bi radije primila kućnog ljubimca nego djecu. A to su gluposti, može te izbaciti tko god hoće i na koji god način kad je u njihovom vlasništvu. Briga njih, ne bi da poštuju zakone. Ionako je sve na crno u Hrvatskoj, tj. barem u Splitu gdje živimo", uzvratila je podstanarka.

"Prima li iko dicu u najam majke ti il’ se bojite da vam ne pojidu namještaj koji je bija in dok je još Tito po zemlji oda…", zavapila je anonimna podstanarka u jednoj od splitskih grupa za iznajmljivanje stanova progovorivši o redovnoj muci brojnih obitelji, koje nemaju vlastiti krov nad glavom. Podstanari s djecom, općepoznata je stvar, u Splitu nisu pretjerano poželjni iz raznoraznih razloga, pa čak i stanodavci, koji dugoročno iznajmljuju svoje nekretnine, nisu skloni primiti obitelji s djecom.

"Ne žele djecu, ne žele ni da dišeš u tom stanu, ali je najvažnije da im puniš kesu svaki mjesec. Žalosno, ali istinito, ljudska pohlepa nema granica”, komentirala je jedna članica grupe, a onda se javio stanodavac s neugodnim iskustvom.

"Već sto puta napisano o čemu svjedoče i razne emisije tipa ‘Provjereno‘ koje možete naći na YouTube-u. Zakon u Hrvatskoj je nakaradan i štiti obitelj s djecom ukoliko vi iz nekog razloga kao podstanar odlučite prestati plaćati najamninu. Vas kao roditelje malodobne djece nitko ne može prisilno iseliti iz stana. Vi stječete pravo boravka koje je jače od prava vlasništva. Mi smo dvije godine vodili pravnu bitku za ući u naš posjed jer ljudi s dvoje djece nisu željeli izaći, a prestali su plaćati najamninu. Dvije godine smo za njih režije plaćali dok su oni u našem stanu boravili potpuno besplatno. I tu ne možes ništa osim goniti sudom", primjetio je stanodavac uz napomenu kako to znaju svi vlasnici stanova, a podstanari masovno koriste "tu anomaliju u našem zakonu i ne žele napustiti tuđe vlasništvo". Dodao je i kako se često i Facebook grupama mogu pročitati ‘pametni‘ savjeti u stilu "ostanite u stanu, ne može vas izbaciti" što je u Splitu rezultiralo s više od 10.000 zaključanih stanova u iščekivanju sezone.

“Nitko ne želi podstanare, a rijetki koji pristanu žele se osigurati tako što ne primaju ddjecu. I onda vi mislite da su djeca nepoželjna jer jedu namještaj i druge imbcilne insinuacije koje vrtite po glavama. Kao u svemu, uzrok je na Markovom trgu i trenutačno je na godišnjem odmoru”, ironično je zaključio stanodavac.

Na njegove riječi reagirala je podstanarka s djecom tvrdeći kako obitelji s potomstvom nisu nepoželjne radi eventualnog neplaćanja najmanine ili računa nego iz sasvim drugih razloga.

"Nema to veze, ja sam plaćala godinama uredno s djecom pa su nas svejedno izbacili radi turizma. Sada za svaki stan za koji nazovem govore da ne žele djecu ili mi kažu ‘da imate maksimalno jedno možda, ovako ništa...‘. Jedna je čak nekidan rekla kako bi radije primila kućnog ljubimca nego djecu. A to su gluposti, može te izbaciti tko god hoće i na koji god način kad je u njihovom vlasništvu. Briga njih, ne bi da poštuju zakone. Ionako je sve na crno u Hrvatskoj, tj. barem u Splitu gdje živimo", uzvratila je podstanarka.
