Tek što je prošla porođajne muke da bi se uopće okupila i napravila svoje prve korake, splitska vladajuća većina od 18 ruku mogla bi se u četvrtak naći pred novim iskušenjima.

Na taj dan sazvana je sjednica Gradskog vijeća i na njezinu dnevnom redu trebala bi se u obliku dopune dnevnog reda naći točka o imenovanju novih članova nadzornih odbira i upravnih vijeća u splitskim poduzećima i ustanovama. Na javni natječaj koji je okončan u kolovozu, javilo se nešto manje od 600 kandidata, a gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i suradnici sada su napravili uži izbor od 80 imena, koliko se i traži.

Da, međutim, nešto ne štima u vladajućim redovima, u ponedjeljak su svojim priopćenjem upozorili iz Mosta.

- Za "svoje" ljude u Nadzornim odborima i upravnim vijećima intervenirali su i Pametno /Možemo i SDP i NL Branke Ramljak. Članovi ovih opcija, osim što su predlagali svoje kadrove u NO i UV, također sudjeluju i u rotirajućem predsjedavanju Gradskim vijećem. Ovo su neoborive činjenice. Ne želimo o njima moralizirati.

Ne želimo dovoditi u pitanje ni stručnost odabranih ljudi. Jer, ako smo se svi zaklinjali u transparentnost i stručnost, ne vidimo problem u tome da se objavi tko je predložio koga. Samo želimo da se zna istina. U svakom slučaju, želimo da se ova priča s imenovanjima što prije završi i napokon krene ozbiljno raditi – poručili su mostovci, koji su i prilikom konstituiranja Vijeća imali dosta drugačiji stav od ostatka većine i do posljednjeg trenutka stvari držali u neizvjesnosti.

Ovakav njihov stav nije dobro odjeknuo unutar splitske petorke.

- Svaka politička stranka ima svoj cilj i radi onako kako misli da je najbolje da to i ostvari. Nisu mi jasni neki potezi kolega iz Mosta, ali nije moje da se miješam. Kako god se odigralo, na kraju je gradonačelnik taj koji će imenovati članove nadzornih odbora i upravnih vijeća, jer to njegova nadležnost – komentirao je Jakov Prkić iz Pametnog, koji je i predsjednik Gradskog vijeća.

- Nisam komunicirao s kolegama iz Mosta oko toga, pa neću ni javno komentirati. Vidio sam kao i vi to priopćenje kada se pojavilo u medijima – kazao nam je Goran Kotur, šef splitskog SDP-a.

Po onome što kola unutar većine, nisu samo vijećnici Mosta ti koji bi mogli zaustaviti izglasavanje novih odbora i vijeća. Navodno su SDP-ovci, i to već kada im je Puljak više-manje udovoljio i njihovih 13 ljudi uvrstio u svoj prijedlog, ispostavili zahtjev da im pripadne direktorska pozicija u jednom od poduzeća, konkretno "Stano-upravi".

Traže rok od godinu dana kako bi "uveli reda" u tom jednom od većih i profitabilnijih gradskih poduzeća, a zauzvrat ne bi toliko inzistirali na kvoti od 13 imena u ostalim odborima i vijećima. Samo ime na koje tipuju na čelu poduzeća nije poznato, ali SDP u "Stano-upravi" od vremene Ive Baldasara ima dosta ljudi koji sada čekaju svoju priliku.

Goran Kotur je ostao zatečen ovom informacijom i kako se ona probila iz vladajućih redova.

- Ni SDP ni bilo tko od partnera nema prijedlog, gradonačelnik nam ga nije poslao, tako da ne znam točno koga će predložiti. Mi ne inzistiramo ni na čemu, osim da se odluke donose sustavno i da tu nadzorni odbori imaju svoju ulogu, a ne da isključivo dižu ruke.

Nismo predložili niti jedno ime niti namjeravamo, već želimo da se nakon provedenog natječaja s jasnim kriterijima izaberu najbolji kandidati. Stranke i liste koje sudjeluju u programskoj suradnji trebaju zajednički i zajedno s gradonačelnikom donijeti najbolje odluke za Split. Bitno je da izaberemo najbolje ljude i da to napravimo sustavno, a ne da u tom procesu gledamo tko je kome bliži, istaknuo je Kotur - istaknuo je Kotur.

Prema informacijama koje stižu iz Banovine, gradonačelnik Puljak će, ne prođe li u četvrtak njegov prijedlog na koncu sam imenovati nadzornike. Jasno mu je da vremena za čekanje više nema, pa tako ni da se razriješi razilaženje koja po ovom pitanju postoji između Zakona o sprječavanju sukoba interesa i onog o lokalnoj samoupravi.

Mostovci su mu, uostalom, poručili da tu na njih može računati. Ili ga, možda, žele navući na tanak led?!

Tek što je prošla porođajne muke da bi se uopće okupila i napravila svoje prve korake, splitska vladajuća većina od 18 ruku mogla bi se u četvrtak naći pred novim iskušenjima.

Na taj dan sazvana je sjednica Gradskog vijeća i na njezinu dnevnom redu trebala bi se u obliku dopune dnevnog reda naći točka o imenovanju novih članova nadzornih odbira i upravnih vijeća u splitskim poduzećima i ustanovama. Na javni natječaj koji je okončan u kolovozu, javilo se nešto manje od 600 kandidata, a gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i suradnici sada su napravili uži izbor od 80 imena, koliko se i traži.

Da, međutim, nešto ne štima u vladajućim redovima, u ponedjeljak su svojim priopćenjem upozorili iz Mosta.

- Za "svoje" ljude u Nadzornim odborima i upravnim vijećima intervenirali su i Pametno /Možemo i SDP i NL Branke Ramljak. Članovi ovih opcija, osim što su predlagali svoje kadrove u NO i UV, također sudjeluju i u rotirajućem predsjedavanju Gradskim vijećem. Ovo su neoborive činjenice. Ne želimo o njima moralizirati.

Ne želimo dovoditi u pitanje ni stručnost odabranih ljudi. Jer, ako smo se svi zaklinjali u transparentnost i stručnost, ne vidimo problem u tome da se objavi tko je predložio koga. Samo želimo da se zna istina. U svakom slučaju, želimo da se ova priča s imenovanjima što prije završi i napokon krene ozbiljno raditi – poručili su mostovci, koji su i prilikom konstituiranja Vijeća imali dosta drugačiji stav od ostatka većine i do posljednjeg trenutka stvari držali u neizvjesnosti.

Ovakav njihov stav nije dobro odjeknuo unutar splitske petorke.

- Svaka politička stranka ima svoj cilj i radi onako kako misli da je najbolje da to i ostvari. Nisu mi jasni neki potezi kolega iz Mosta, ali nije moje da se miješam. Kako god se odigralo, na kraju je gradonačelnik taj koji će imenovati članove nadzornih odbora i upravnih vijeća, jer to njegova nadležnost – komentirao je Jakov Prkić iz Pametnog, koji je i predsjednik Gradskog vijeća.

- Nisam komunicirao s kolegama iz Mosta oko toga, pa neću ni javno komentirati. Vidio sam kao i vi to priopćenje kada se pojavilo u medijima – kazao nam je Goran Kotur, šef splitskog SDP-a.

Po onome što kola unutar većine, nisu samo vijećnici Mosta ti koji bi mogli zaustaviti izglasavanje novih odbora i vijeća. Navodno su SDP-ovci, i to već kada im je Puljak više-manje udovoljio i njihovih 13 ljudi uvrstio u svoj prijedlog, ispostavili zahtjev da im pripadne direktorska pozicija u jednom od poduzeća, konkretno "Stano-upravi".

Traže rok od godinu dana kako bi "uveli reda" u tom jednom od većih i profitabilnijih gradskih poduzeća, a zauzvrat ne bi toliko inzistirali na kvoti od 13 imena u ostalim odborima i vijećima. Samo ime na koje tipuju na čelu poduzeća nije poznato, ali SDP u "Stano-upravi" od vremene Ive Baldasara ima dosta ljudi koji sada čekaju svoju priliku.

Goran Kotur je ostao zatečen ovom informacijom i kako se ona probila iz vladajućih redova.

- Ni SDP ni bilo tko od partnera nema prijedlog, gradonačelnik nam ga nije poslao, tako da ne znam točno koga će predložiti. Mi ne inzistiramo ni na čemu, osim da se odluke donose sustavno i da tu nadzorni odbori imaju svoju ulogu, a ne da isključivo dižu ruke.

Nismo predložili niti jedno ime niti namjeravamo, već želimo da se nakon provedenog natječaja s jasnim kriterijima izaberu najbolji kandidati. Stranke i liste koje sudjeluju u programskoj suradnji trebaju zajednički i zajedno s gradonačelnikom donijeti najbolje odluke za Split. Bitno je da izaberemo najbolje ljude i da to napravimo sustavno, a ne da u tom procesu gledamo tko je kome bliži, istaknuo je Kotur - istaknuo je Kotur.

Prema informacijama koje stižu iz Banovine, gradonačelnik Puljak će, ne prođe li u četvrtak njegov prijedlog na koncu sam imenovati nadzornike. Jasno mu je da vremena za čekanje više nema, pa tako ni da se razriješi razilaženje koja po ovom pitanju postoji između Zakona o sprječavanju sukoba interesa i onog o lokalnoj samoupravi.

Mostovci su mu, uostalom, poručili da tu na njih može računati. Ili ga, možda, žele navući na tanak led?!
