Na Facebook stranici koja okuplja djelatnike hitnih pomoći iz cijele Hrvatske (Hitna uživo 194) osvanula je poruka koja je mnogima natjerala suze na oči. Poruka je jedna u nizu onih kojima se želi potaknuti vladajuće da se djelatnicima hitnih službi vrati oduzeto pravo na beneficirani radni staž. S ovom porukom, kažu, žele osvijestiti političare...

Poruku prenosimo u cijelosti:

– Dnevna smjena ispostava Split, preko razglasa odzvanja poziv da moj tim ima intervenciju. Sjedamo u vozilo, pridružuje nam se i voditeljica nastavne jedinice našeg zavoda.

U pitanju je vjerojatna reanimacija djeteta od nekoliko godina starosti. Danas, kad vidim svoje dijete, sve češće mi se vraća ta uglavnom potisnuta intervencija.

Putem na brzinu provjerim još jednom opremu, sve je ok i spremno. Nakon otprilike pet minuta jurnjave dolazimo na adresu, ulazimo u stan i tamo zatičemo beživotno tijelo djevojčice od tri godine.

Pristupamo reanimaciji koju provodimo ne znam ni ja koliko dugo. Ponavljamo ciklus za ciklusom postupke kardiopulmonarne reanimacije, reanimacija traje već toliko dugo da nam se ispraznio prijenosni tank kisika (400 l na protoku od 10 l/min), ali došla je druga ekipa, uzeli smo njihov – nastavljamo i dalje, ali dijete je stalno u PEA (pulsless electrical activity, električna aktivnost srca bez pulsa).

Uskoro nam i drugi tank dolazi kraju, dvije ekipe se izmjenjuju u intervalima i dok se odmaramo molimo se da ona ekipa unutra uspije... Nakon nekog vremena dijete odlazi u asistoliju i liječnica proglašava smrt.

Kupimo opremu, odlazimo iz stana, dolazimo do kola i nitko ništa ne govori samo svi nijemo sjedamo na prag vozila ili na zidić kako tko i krenu suze i teku suze. Nakon par trenutaka čuje se preko veze da nas zovu jer ima još intervencija, ima još posla. Popušimo na brzinu dva dima cigarete da se smirimo, obrišemo suze, sjedamo u kola i nastavljamo svoju smjenu u kojoj je ostalo još punih 9 sati za odradit – napisano je u toj grupi.

Evo zašto tražimo beneficirani radni staž

Na stranici koja okuplja "hitnjake" su objavili i ovo:

"Upozoravamo na nepravdu koja nam je nanesena 1998. godine, kada nam je tadašnji ministar zdravstva oduzeo beneficirani radni staž. Od tada smo stavljeni u nepovoljni položaj naspram drugih žurnih službi u Hrvatskoj.

Ono za što se mi borimo i zalažemo između ostalog je beneficirani radni staž za SVE djelatnike hitne medicinske službe i sanitetskog prijevoza, pod sve djelatnike mislimo na:

liječnike, medicinske sestre/tehničare u timu1, timu2, pdj i sanitetskom prijevozu i vozače u timu1, timu2 i sanitetskom prijevozu. Tim hitne službe je upravo to TIM lanac koji bez jedne karike ne funkcionira.

Koju školu i stupanj obrazovanja netko u timu ima u ovom slučaju nije uopće bitno. Zašto, vrlo jednostavno zato jer sva tri ili dva člana sudjeluju u intervencijama koje su psihički i fizički zahtjevne. Mi osim opskrbe pacijenta tog istog pacijenta nosimo s prvog, drugog ili petog kata bez lifta, nosimo po stijenama, škrapama, poljima, blatu, kiši.

Reanimiramo ljude na plažama i nakon reanimacije nosimo pacijenta i svu opremu u svojim rukama i onda taj isti vozač juri u bolnicu koja je od 1 do preko 100 km udaljena jer nemamo HEMS, da ne pišem o izvlačenju pacijenata iz vozila na autocestama i slično. I zato NE nećemo se odreći vozača u našoj borbi, ni liječnika ni sanitetskog prijevoza da nam bude lakša borba. Ne znamo mi za lako. Tim je tim svi kao jedan."

Jedan "hitnjak" je napisao i ovo: "Biti hitnjak poslije svoje 50 godine starosti i raditi hitne intervencije na terenu je neodgovorno sa strane onih koji odlučuju. Istina je, da je hitnjak poslije 30 godina radnog staža najiskusniji, ali tijelo nije više mlado i fizičke performanse hitnjaka se tada smanjuju.

Znanje i iskustva takvog hitnjaka poslije 30 godina mogu se bogato upotrijebiti i na drugi način. Takav hitnjak može učiti svoje mlade kolege, raditi kao supervizor i biti koristan po pitanju vođenja, nadzora i prijenosu znanja."

"Hitnjaci" 14. travnja ove godine organiziraju veliki prosvjed u Zagrebu.

Na Facebook stranici koja okuplja djelatnike hitnih pomoći iz cijele Hrvatske (Hitna uživo 194) osvanula je poruka koja je mnogima natjerala suze na oči. Poruka je jedna u nizu onih kojima se želi potaknuti vladajuće da se djelatnicima hitnih službi vrati oduzeto pravo na beneficirani radni staž. S ovom porukom, kažu, žele osvijestiti političare...

Poruku prenosimo u cijelosti:

– Dnevna smjena ispostava Split, preko razglasa odzvanja poziv da moj tim ima intervenciju. Sjedamo u vozilo, pridružuje nam se i voditeljica nastavne jedinice našeg zavoda.

U pitanju je vjerojatna reanimacija djeteta od nekoliko godina starosti. Danas, kad vidim svoje dijete, sve češće mi se vraća ta uglavnom potisnuta intervencija.

Putem na brzinu provjerim još jednom opremu, sve je ok i spremno. Nakon otprilike pet minuta jurnjave dolazimo na adresu, ulazimo u stan i tamo zatičemo beživotno tijelo djevojčice od tri godine.

Pristupamo reanimaciji koju provodimo ne znam ni ja koliko dugo. Ponavljamo ciklus za ciklusom postupke kardiopulmonarne reanimacije, reanimacija traje već toliko dugo da nam se ispraznio prijenosni tank kisika (400 l na protoku od 10 l/min), ali došla je druga ekipa, uzeli smo njihov – nastavljamo i dalje, ali dijete je stalno u PEA (pulsless electrical activity, električna aktivnost srca bez pulsa).

Uskoro nam i drugi tank dolazi kraju, dvije ekipe se izmjenjuju u intervalima i dok se odmaramo molimo se da ona ekipa unutra uspije... Nakon nekog vremena dijete odlazi u asistoliju i liječnica proglašava smrt.

Kupimo opremu, odlazimo iz stana, dolazimo do kola i nitko ništa ne govori samo svi nijemo sjedamo na prag vozila ili na zidić kako tko i krenu suze i teku suze. Nakon par trenutaka čuje se preko veze da nas zovu jer ima još intervencija, ima još posla. Popušimo na brzinu dva dima cigarete da se smirimo, obrišemo suze, sjedamo u kola i nastavljamo svoju smjenu u kojoj je ostalo još punih 9 sati za odradit – napisano je u toj grupi.

Evo zašto tražimo beneficirani radni staž

Na stranici koja okuplja "hitnjake" su objavili i ovo:

"Upozoravamo na nepravdu koja nam je nanesena 1998. godine, kada nam je tadašnji ministar zdravstva oduzeo beneficirani radni staž. Od tada smo stavljeni u nepovoljni položaj naspram drugih žurnih službi u Hrvatskoj.

Ono za što se mi borimo i zalažemo između ostalog je beneficirani radni staž za SVE djelatnike hitne medicinske službe i sanitetskog prijevoza, pod sve djelatnike mislimo na:

liječnike, medicinske sestre/tehničare u timu1, timu2, pdj i sanitetskom prijevozu i vozače u timu1, timu2 i sanitetskom prijevozu. Tim hitne službe je upravo to TIM lanac koji bez jedne karike ne funkcionira.

Koju školu i stupanj obrazovanja netko u timu ima u ovom slučaju nije uopće bitno. Zašto, vrlo jednostavno zato jer sva tri ili dva člana sudjeluju u intervencijama koje su psihički i fizički zahtjevne. Mi osim opskrbe pacijenta tog istog pacijenta nosimo s prvog, drugog ili petog kata bez lifta, nosimo po stijenama, škrapama, poljima, blatu, kiši.

Reanimiramo ljude na plažama i nakon reanimacije nosimo pacijenta i svu opremu u svojim rukama i onda taj isti vozač juri u bolnicu koja je od 1 do preko 100 km udaljena jer nemamo HEMS, da ne pišem o izvlačenju pacijenata iz vozila na autocestama i slično. I zato NE nećemo se odreći vozača u našoj borbi, ni liječnika ni sanitetskog prijevoza da nam bude lakša borba. Ne znamo mi za lako. Tim je tim svi kao jedan."

Jedan "hitnjak" je napisao i ovo: "Biti hitnjak poslije svoje 50 godine starosti i raditi hitne intervencije na terenu je neodgovorno sa strane onih koji odlučuju. Istina je, da je hitnjak poslije 30 godina radnog staža najiskusniji, ali tijelo nije više mlado i fizičke performanse hitnjaka se tada smanjuju.

Znanje i iskustva takvog hitnjaka poslije 30 godina mogu se bogato upotrijebiti i na drugi način. Takav hitnjak može učiti svoje mlade kolege, raditi kao supervizor i biti koristan po pitanju vođenja, nadzora i prijenosu znanja."

"Hitnjaci" 14. travnja ove godine organiziraju veliki prosvjed u Zagrebu.

Na Facebook stranici koja okuplja djelatnike hitnih pomoći iz cijele Hrvatske (Hitna uživo 194) osvanula je poruka koja je mnogima natjerala suze na oči. Poruka je jedna u nizu onih kojima se želi potaknuti vladajuće da se djelatnicima hitnih službi vrati oduzeto pravo na beneficirani radni staž. S ovom porukom, kažu, žele osvijestiti političare...

Poruku prenosimo u cijelosti:

– Dnevna smjena ispostava Split, preko razglasa odzvanja poziv da moj tim ima intervenciju. Sjedamo u vozilo, pridružuje nam se i voditeljica nastavne jedinice našeg zavoda.

U pitanju je vjerojatna reanimacija djeteta od nekoliko godina starosti. Danas, kad vidim svoje dijete, sve češće mi se vraća ta uglavnom potisnuta intervencija.

Putem na brzinu provjerim još jednom opremu, sve je ok i...
