Splitska je policija potvrdila u srijedu ujutro kako je zaprimila zahtjev Općinskog državnog odvjetništva za provjeru liječničke dokumentacije u slučaju zamjene identiteta dviju pacijentica od kojih je jedna preminula u KBC-u Split.

Policija bi već danas od uprave splitske bolnice trebala zatražiti dokumentaciju liječenja dviju korisnica privatnih domova za starije i nemoćne osobe, a sve kako bi se utvrdilo ima li u tom postupanju elemenata za daljnja kriminalistička istraživanja.

"Točno je da policija postupa po zahtjevu Državnog odvjetništva u dva slučaja zamjene identiteta u KBC Split", kratko je Hini potvrdila Željka Radošević iz splitske policije.

Unatoč izjavama obitelji dviju korisnica doma da neće zbog toga podići tužbu policija, a i Državno odvjetništvo cijelo vrijeme prate situaciju. U slučaju da se utvrdi kako je došlo i do zamjene lijekova kod dviju pacijentica moglo bi se raditi o kaznenom djelu nesavjesnog liječenja.

Zamjena identiteta pacijentica dogodila se još u travnju, kada su djelatnici KBC-a prilikom zaprimanja u bolnicu zamijenil​i​ identitet dviju starijih i dementnih osoba iz dva privatna doma za starije i nemoćne osobe u Segetu i Dicmu.

Jedna od njih bila je pozitivna na koronavirus i u ponedjeljak ​je ​vraćena u dom, no kada su je tamo doveli utvrđeno je da to nije njihova korisnica. Druga štićenica je sredinom travnja preminula te je pokopana u Grudama, a ​u ponedjeljak​ se otkrilo da je pokopana pod drugim identitetom.​

Ravnatelj Julije Meštrović ​je nakon toga ​o​ svemu obavijestio ministra ​Beroša, ​pokrenuo unutarnji nadzor i podnio ostavku o kojoj će odlučivati Upravno vijeće KBC- a Split.​

To međutim nije bio jedini slučaj zamjene identiteta u KBC-u jer su djelatnici bolnice početkom svibnja ​zamijenili dvije žene istog prezimena ​tako što ​su prvu koja nije bolovala od koronavirusa smjestili u COVID bolnicu na Križinama, dok su zaraženu štićenicu vratili u Dom za starije i nemoćne osobe.

Ravnatelja Meštrovića jednoglasno je podržalo je Stručno vijeće bolnice koje traži od Upravnog vijeća da ne podrži njegovu ostavku. Mišljenja su kako je njegova ostavka moralan čin ali isto tako smatraju i da nije odgovoran za zamjenu identiteta pacijentica. Podršku ravnatelju dao je i Hrvatski liječnički zbor.

Kako se neslužbeno doznaje od tamošnjih sindikata većina zaposlenika KBC-a Split - liječnici, medicinske sestre i ostalo osoblje je uz Julija Meštrovića.

Splitska je policija potvrdila u srijedu ujutro kako je zaprimila zahtjev Općinskog državnog odvjetništva za provjeru liječničke dokumentacije u slučaju zamjene identiteta dviju pacijentica od kojih je jedna preminula u KBC-u Split.

Policija bi već danas od uprave splitske bolnice trebala zatražiti dokumentaciju liječenja dviju korisnica privatnih domova za starije i nemoćne osobe, a sve kako bi se utvrdilo ima li u tom postupanju elemenata za daljnja kriminalistička istraživanja.

"Točno je da policija postupa po zahtjevu Državnog odvjetništva u dva slučaja zamjene identiteta u KBC Split", kratko je Hini potvrdila Željka Radošević iz splitske policije.

Unatoč izjavama obitelji dviju korisnica doma da neće zbog toga podići tužbu policija, a i Državno odvjetništvo cijelo vrijeme prate situaciju. U slučaju da se utvrdi kako je došlo i do zamjene lijekova kod dviju pacijentica moglo bi se raditi o kaznenom djelu nesavjesnog liječenja.

Zamjena identiteta pacijentica dogodila se još u travnju, kada su djelatnici KBC-a prilikom zaprimanja u bolnicu zamijenil​i​ identitet dviju starijih i dementnih osoba iz dva privatna doma za starije i nemoćne osobe u Segetu i Dicmu.

Jedna od njih bila je pozitivna na koronavirus i u ponedjeljak ​je ​vraćena u dom, no kada su je tamo doveli utvrđeno je da to nije njihova korisnica. Druga štićenica je sredinom travnja preminula te je pokopana u Grudama, a ​u ponedjeljak​ se otkrilo da je pokopana pod drugim identitetom.​

Ravnatelj Julije Meštrović ​je nakon toga ​o​ svemu obavijestio ministra ​Beroša, ​pokrenuo unutarnji nadzor i podnio ostavku o kojoj će odlučivati Upravno vijeće KBC- a Split.​

To međutim nije bio jedini slučaj zamjene identiteta u KBC-u jer su djelatnici bolnice početkom svibnja ​zamijenili dvije žene istog prezimena ​tako što ​su prvu koja nije bolovala od koronavirusa smjestili u COVID bolnicu na Križinama, dok su zaraženu štićenicu vratili u Dom za starije i nemoćne osobe.

Ravnatelja Meštrovića jednoglasno je podržalo je Stručno vijeće bolnice koje traži od Upravnog vijeća da ne podrži njegovu ostavku. Mišljenja su kako je njegova ostavka moralan čin ali isto tako smatraju i da nije odgovoran za zamjenu identiteta pacijentica. Podršku ravnatelju dao je i Hrvatski liječnički zbor.

Kako se neslužbeno doznaje od tamošnjih sindikata većina zaposlenika KBC-a Split - liječnici, medicinske sestre i ostalo osoblje je uz Julija Meštrovića.

Policija provjerava skandal u KBC-u Split: ako se utvrdi da su i lijekovi pacijentica zamijenjeni moglo bi se raditi o kaznenom djelu

Splitska je policija potvrdila u srijedu ujutro kako je zaprimila zahtjev Općinskog državnog odvjetništva za provjeru liječničke dokumentacije u slučaju zamjene identiteta dviju pacijentica od kojih je jedna preminula u KBC-u Split.

Policija bi već danas od uprave splitske bolnice trebala zatražiti dokumentaciju liječenja dviju korisnica privatnih domova za starije i nemoćne osobe, a sve kako bi se utvrdilo ima li u tom postupanju elemenata za daljnja kriminalistička istraživanja.

"Točno je da policija postupa po zahtjevu Državnog odvjetništva u dva slučaja zamjene identiteta u KBC Split", kratko je Hini potvrdila Željka Radošević iz splitske policije.

Unatoč izjavama obitelji dviju korisnica doma da neće zbog toga podići tužbu policija, a i Državno odvjetništvo...
