Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", nositelj koncesije i investitor projekta, objavila je otvoreni postupak javne nabave za izvođača radova na projektu "Izvođenje radova na uređenju priobalnog pojasa – Žnjanski plato – Grad Split", a nakon što je dovršeno prethodno savjetovanje.

Ovime je jedan od najvažnijih projekata u Gradu Splitu, ističu iz tvrtke "Žnjan", na korak do početka radova, a dovršetkom projekta, svi Splićani i njihovi posjetitelji konačno će dobiti modernu i uređenu plažu s nizom popratnih sadržaja i hortikulturnim uređenjem (šetnice, sportski sadržaji i tereni, ugostiteljski objekti, garaža i parkiralište, amfiteatar, itd.).

Ova javna nabava obuhvaća pet od ukupno šest faza projekta te se provodi objedinjeno jer je riječ o radovima koji će se kontinuirano izvoditi te se vremenski preklapaju i nadopunjuju. Šesta faza provodit će se kao predmet druge nabave, a obuhvaća prostor pod koncesijom hotela.

- Ovo je važan korak u postupku realizacije ovog strateškog projekta, a nakon što smo na prošloj sjednici gradskog vijeća dobili potporu za kredit Europske investicijske banke (EIB) kojim će se osigurati dio sredstava za ovaj, ali i niz drugih projekata važnih za Grad Split sve smo bliže početku radova. Prostor na Žnjanu već 25 godina stoji u ovakvom stanju i sve se na njemu događalo na divlje, bez plana i sigurno ne na korist građana, a sada je konačno došlo vrijeme da ga uredimo i da stane uz bok najljepšim europskim plažama i bude na ponos grada. Želim vjerovati da nam je svima ovo zajednički interes na dobrobit građana i da neće biti pokušaja opstrukcija u tijeku javne nabave kako bi se prolongirao početak radova - rekao je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

Planirani početak radova je u jesen ove godine, nakon što se odrade svi koraci u postupku javne nabave te potpiše ugovor s odabranim izvođačem. Procijenjena vrijednost projekta je 35.000.000,00 eura bez PDV-a.

Dio sredstava u visini od 40 posto planira se osigurati iz bespovratnih EU sredstava iz tzv. ITU mehanizama, dok će se ostatak od 60 posto osigurati iz kredita EIB-a.

Predviđeni rok dovršetka radova je 289 dana od početka radova, osim za 2. fazu za koju je rok 365 dana, a to je ujedno i najzahtjevnija faza jer osim paviljonskih građevina, uređenja terena i izgradnje trafostanice, obuhvaća i izgradnju podzemne garaže.

- Postupak do ovog trenutka bio je izuzetno kompleksan i bilo je važno svu dokumentaciju pripremiti na kvalitetan način kako bi uspješno realizirali projekt jer je riječ o opsežnom i za Grad Split prioritetnom projektu. Nakon pokretanja nabave za izvođača radova, u narednim danima slijedi i javna nabava za nadzor. Postupak izdavanja građevinskih dozvola dobro ide i očekujemo da ćemo ih imati prije nego se postupak nabave dovrši, rekao je Antonio Ljubas, direktor gradske tvrtke "Žnjan".

Natječajna dokumentacija dostupna je na stranicama Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave RH (EOJN), a rok za prijave je do 31. kolovoza 2023.

Na Žnjanu su trenutno u tijeku radovi na nultoj fazi projekta uređenja koja obuhvaća rekonstrukciju i izgradnju oborinske odvodnje na području Žnjana, a investitor je Grad Split.

Svi predviđeni radovi izvodit će se na dijelovima prometnice Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II, a na snazi je privremena prometna regulacija te radovi neće ometati građane i posjetitelje u korištenju plaže.

Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", nositelj koncesije i investitor projekta, objavila je otvoreni postupak javne nabave za izvođača radova na projektu "Izvođenje radova na uređenju priobalnog pojasa – Žnjanski plato – Grad Split", a nakon što je dovršeno prethodno savjetovanje.

Ovime je jedan od najvažnijih projekata u Gradu Splitu, ističu iz tvrtke "Žnjan", na korak do početka radova, a dovršetkom projekta, svi Splićani i njihovi posjetitelji konačno će dobiti modernu i uređenu plažu s nizom popratnih sadržaja i hortikulturnim uređenjem (šetnice, sportski sadržaji i tereni, ugostiteljski objekti, garaža i parkiralište, amfiteatar, itd.).

Ova javna nabava obuhvaća pet od ukupno šest faza projekta te se provodi objedinjeno jer je riječ o radovima koji će se kontinuirano izvoditi te se vremenski preklapaju i nadopunjuju. Šesta faza provodit će se kao predmet druge nabave, a obuhvaća prostor pod koncesijom hotela.

- Ovo je važan korak u postupku realizacije ovog strateškog projekta, a nakon što smo na prošloj sjednici gradskog vijeća dobili potporu za kredit Europske investicijske banke (EIB) kojim će se osigurati dio sredstava za ovaj, ali i niz drugih projekata važnih za Grad Split sve smo bliže početku radova. Prostor na Žnjanu već 25 godina stoji u ovakvom stanju i sve se na njemu događalo na divlje, bez plana i sigurno ne na korist građana, a sada je konačno došlo vrijeme da ga uredimo i da stane uz bok najljepšim europskim plažama i bude na ponos grada. Želim vjerovati da nam je svima ovo zajednički interes na dobrobit građana i da neće biti pokušaja opstrukcija u tijeku javne nabave kako bi se prolongirao početak radova - rekao je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

Planirani početak radova je u jesen ove godine, nakon što se odrade svi koraci u postupku javne nabave te potpiše ugovor s odabranim izvođačem. Procijenjena vrijednost projekta je 35.000.000,00 eura bez PDV-a.

Dio sredstava u visini od 40 posto planira se osigurati iz bespovratnih EU sredstava iz tzv. ITU mehanizama, dok će se ostatak od 60 posto osigurati iz kredita EIB-a.

Predviđeni rok dovršetka radova je 289 dana od početka radova, osim za 2. fazu za koju je rok 365 dana, a to je ujedno i najzahtjevnija faza jer osim paviljonskih građevina, uređenja terena i izgradnje trafostanice, obuhvaća i izgradnju podzemne garaže.

- Postupak do ovog trenutka bio je izuzetno kompleksan i bilo je važno svu dokumentaciju pripremiti na kvalitetan način kako bi uspješno realizirali projekt jer je riječ o opsežnom i za Grad Split prioritetnom projektu. Nakon pokretanja nabave za izvođača radova, u narednim danima slijedi i javna nabava za nadzor. Postupak izdavanja građevinskih dozvola dobro ide i očekujemo da ćemo ih imati prije nego se postupak nabave dovrši, rekao je Antonio Ljubas, direktor gradske tvrtke "Žnjan".

Natječajna dokumentacija dostupna je na stranicama Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave RH (EOJN), a rok za prijave je do 31. kolovoza 2023.

Na Žnjanu su trenutno u tijeku radovi na nultoj fazi projekta uređenja koja obuhvaća rekonstrukciju i izgradnju oborinske odvodnje na području Žnjana, a investitor je Grad Split.

Svi predviđeni radovi izvodit će se na dijelovima prometnice Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II, a na snazi je privremena prometna regulacija te radovi neće ometati građane i posjetitelje u korištenju plaže.
