Ponovno je "crknuo" MSCT uređaj na KBC-ovu Kliničkom zavodu za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju.
Dogodilo se to već tko zna koji put, a zbog niza okolnosti je upitno hoće li ga sada biti moguće popraviti, jer je teško pronaći rezervne dijelove za uređaj koji je star 15 godina.
- Ovaj MSCT je odavno već trebao biti izvan upotrebe, jer mu je normalni "životni vijek" odavno prošao. Po medicinskom rječniku, on je bio na "aparatima". Prema za sada dostupnim informacijama, popravak uređaja bi mogao potrajati i do mjesec i pol - tvrdi doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, zamjenik bolničkog ravnatelja i predstojnik Radiologije.
Osim za dijagnostičke pretrage, MSCT je korišten i za obavljanje punkcija i biopsija.
- Zbog toga nam je ovaj uređaj bio i još značajniji. Postojeća aparatura već radi pod ogromnim opterećenjem, gotovo 24 sata dnevno, a sada će biti pod dodatnim pritiskom. Ostali smo na tri MSCT-a, dva na Firulama i jednom na Križinama. Jedan od tih uređaja na Firulama je star 11 godina, a drugi dvije i pol, kao i onaj na Križinama - ističe naš sugovornik i dodaje:
- S ovom aparaturom ne možemo zadovoljiti rastuće potrebe. Krpamo kraj s krajem, ljudi rade po cijeli dan, a prije dva dana smo na jednom MSCT-u obradili pacijente tijekom pune dvije smjene. Taj je uređaj radio 24 sata bez stajanja. Samo tijekom protekle godine smo na četiri MSCT uređaja obavili 34 tisuće radioloških pretraga, od kojih 80 posto otpada na onkološke bolesnike, kojih je sve više. Sukladno svemu tome, možemo očekivati da će liste čekanja rasti, jer ako nemamo dovoljno uređaja, ne možemo ni raditi onoliko koliko bismo morali ili trebali.
Onkološki bolesnici su prioritet, a ostali građani na pregled abdomena moraju čekati oko pola godine.
- Onkološke bolesnike pregledavamo u što kraćem roku, rekao bih unutar mjesec dana, iako i tu granicu ponekad znamo "preskočiti", što, naravno, ovisi o stanju uređaja. Kako nesreća nikada ne dolazi sama, uvjerili smo se i nedavno. Tada nam se bespovratno pokvario dijaskopski RTG uređaj na kojemu su se radile pretrage probavnog sustava i kod odraslih i kod djece. Taj uređaj je bio star 30 godina - kaže doc. dr. Dolić.
Dakle, u drugoj hrvatskoj bolnici po veličini i značaju dijaskopski se pregledi obavljaju na uređaju koje imaju i u nekim slabije razvijenim afričkim zemljama.
- Naš KBC hitno mora dobiti barem dva MSCT-a ako, tko god bio budući ministar zdravstva, želi da najveća dalmatinska bolnica radi normalno. S postojećom aparaturom teško da ćemo moći raditi i ovaj tako pompozno najavljen projekt screeninga raka pluća. Dva MSCT uređaja za KBC mogla bi biti nabavljena za oko sedam milijuna kuna i ako ima dobre volje, cijeli se postupak javne nabave može riješiti za šest mjeseci - dodaje KBC-ov čelnik.
Prema njegovu mišljenju, u hrvatskom se zdravstvu loše određuju prioriteti.
- MSCT-ovi se kupuju za bolnice koje nikada neće u potpunosti moći iskoristiti potencijale tih uređaja jer jednostavno nemaju dovoljno pacijenata. S druge strane, u Splitu imamo pacijenata za tri bolnice, a ne možemo dobiti potrebnu opremu. Vrijeme je da se odgovorni prestanu odnositi prema našem KBC-u na način "lako ćemo" i da postanu svjesni da je splitska bolnica "žila kucavica" hrvatskog zdravstva - zaključuje doc. dr. Dolić.
Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se prema cijeloj situaciji postaviti predloženi ministar dr. Vili Beroš, rođeni Splićanin i Dalmatinac. Neka dr. Vili bude "otac", a ne "očuh" splitskom zdravstvu, a ako Vlada koja barata novcem poreznih obveznika i zdravstvenih osiguranika nema spomenutih sedam milijuna kuna za dva MSCT-a, neka "stavi ključ u bravu".

Ponovno je "crknuo" MSCT uređaj na KBC-ovu Kliničkom zavodu za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju.
Dogodilo se to već tko zna koji put, a zbog niza okolnosti je upitno hoće li ga sada biti moguće popraviti, jer je teško pronaći rezervne dijelove za uređaj koji je star 15 godina.
- Ovaj MSCT je odavno već trebao biti izvan upotrebe, jer mu je normalni "životni vijek" odavno prošao. Po medicinskom rječniku, on je bio na "aparatima". Prema za sada dostupnim informacijama, popravak uređaja bi mogao potrajati i do mjesec i pol - tvrdi doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, zamjenik bolničkog ravnatelja i predstojnik Radiologije.
Osim za dijagnostičke pretrage, MSCT je korišten i za obavljanje punkcija i biopsija.
- Zbog toga nam je ovaj uređaj bio i još značajniji. Postojeća aparatura već radi pod ogromnim opterećenjem, gotovo 24 sata dnevno, a sada će biti pod dodatnim pritiskom. Ostali smo na tri MSCT-a, dva na Firulama i jednom na Križinama. Jedan od tih uređaja na Firulama je star 11 godina, a drugi dvije i pol, kao i onaj na Križinama - ističe naš sugovornik i dodaje:
- S ovom aparaturom ne možemo zadovoljiti rastuće potrebe. Krpamo kraj s krajem, ljudi rade po cijeli dan, a prije dva dana smo na jednom MSCT-u obradili pacijente tijekom pune dvije smjene. Taj je uređaj radio 24 sata bez stajanja. Samo tijekom protekle godine smo na četiri MSCT uređaja obavili 34 tisuće radioloških pretraga, od kojih 80 posto otpada na onkološke bolesnike, kojih je sve više. Sukladno svemu tome, možemo očekivati da će liste čekanja rasti, jer ako nemamo dovoljno uređaja, ne možemo ni raditi onoliko koliko bismo morali ili trebali.
Onkološki bolesnici su prioritet, a ostali građani na pregled abdomena moraju čekati oko pola godine.
- Onkološke bolesnike pregledavamo u što kraćem roku, rekao bih unutar mjesec dana, iako i tu granicu ponekad znamo "preskočiti", što, naravno, ovisi o stanju uređaja. Kako nesreća nikada ne dolazi sama, uvjerili smo se i nedavno. Tada nam se bespovratno pokvario dijaskopski RTG uređaj na kojemu su se radile pretrage probavnog sustava i kod odraslih i kod djece. Taj uređaj je bio star 30 godina - kaže doc. dr. Dolić.
Dakle, u drugoj hrvatskoj bolnici po veličini i značaju dijaskopski se pregledi obavljaju na uređaju koje imaju i u nekim slabije razvijenim afričkim zemljama.
- Naš KBC hitno mora dobiti barem dva MSCT-a ako, tko god bio budući ministar zdravstva, želi da najveća dalmatinska bolnica radi normalno. S postojećom aparaturom teško da ćemo moći raditi i ovaj tako pompozno najavljen projekt screeninga raka pluća. Dva MSCT uređaja za KBC mogla bi biti nabavljena za oko sedam milijuna kuna i ako ima dobre volje, cijeli se postupak javne nabave može riješiti za šest mjeseci - dodaje KBC-ov čelnik.
Prema njegovu mišljenju, u hrvatskom se zdravstvu loše određuju prioriteti.
- MSCT-ovi se kupuju za bolnice koje nikada neće u potpunosti moći iskoristiti potencijale tih uređaja jer jednostavno nemaju dovoljno pacijenata. S druge strane, u Splitu imamo pacijenata za tri bolnice, a ne možemo dobiti potrebnu opremu. Vrijeme je da se odgovorni prestanu odnositi prema našem KBC-u na način "lako ćemo" i da postanu svjesni da je splitska bolnica "žila kucavica" hrvatskog zdravstva - zaključuje doc. dr. Dolić.
Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se prema cijeloj situaciji postaviti predloženi ministar dr. Vili Beroš, rođeni Splićanin i Dalmatinac. Neka dr. Vili bude "otac", a ne "očuh" splitskom zdravstvu, a ako Vlada koja barata novcem poreznih obveznika i zdravstvenih osiguranika nema spomenutih sedam milijuna kuna za dva MSCT-a, neka "stavi ključ u bravu".
