Dio nogostupa u Ulici Domovinskog rata, preko puta kolodvora na Sukojišanu, već je godinama neslužbeno mjesto gdje pojedini naši sugrađani ostavljaju vozila koja namjeravaju prodavati.

No, uskoro će takvoj praksi doći kraj jer je Grad odlučio dio nogostupa ispred kolodvora na Sukojišanu - ograditi stupićima, tako da će ubuduće na tom dijelu biti onemogućeno parkiranje. Radove izvodi tvrtka "Point", a trebali bi biti gotovi za par dana.

No, kako smo doznali od Damira Babića, voditelja Odsjeka za komunalne poslove, to nije bio primarni razlog ograđivanja stupićima, već - sigurnost vozača i prometa na tom dijelu.

- Tu je poprilično visok rubnjak, pa je zbog toga vozačima nezgodno spuštanje s nogostupa, ali i penjanje. S obzirom na tu situaciju, to je i sigurnosni problem, posebno zato jer je u blizini skretanje u Gundulićevu pa je tu potencijalna opasnost od sudara - pojasnio nam je Babić i dodao kako će se na dionici od 50 metar postaviti 25 stupića.

No, kako smo doznali od Damira Babića, voditelja Odsjeka za komunalne poslove, to nije bio primarni razlog ograđivanja stupićima, već - sigurnost vozača i prometa na tom dijelu.

- Tu je poprilično visok rubnjak, pa je zbog toga vozačima nezgodno spuštanje s nogostupa, ali i penjanje. S obzirom na tu situaciju, to je i sigurnosni problem, posebno zato jer je u blizini skretanje u Gundulićevu pa je tu potencijalna opasnost od sudara - pojasnio nam je Babić i dodao kako će se na dionici od 50 metar postaviti 25 stupića.
