Nakon javne bruke, koja je pukla zbog bijega pacijenta iz bolnice Križine u kojoj nema tople vode, ipak se vodstvo KBC-a odlučilo na hitni popravak sustava mada su, kako kažu, trenutno za to gotovo nemogući uvjeti. Covid odjel je pun pacijenata, bolnica je pod posebnim epidemijskim mjerama, a treba raskopavati zidove, kaže Marijan Bilobrk iz Tehičke službe KBC-a. Inače je, kako dodaje, za posao postojala sva dokumentacija samo je teško bili naći izvođače.
- Normalno da je teško raditi fizičke poslove u ovim uvjetima i pod zaštitnom opremom, ali kako je liječnicima i ostalom zdravstvenom osoblju, tako će biti i nama, ljudi su se korektno prihvatili radova i ne želimo od toga raditi dramu – govori nam Danijel Benčić, direktor firme Rudan iz Istre koja se prihvatila posla.
U srijedu je i sam ravnatelj KBC-a Julije Meštrović odjenuo zaštitno odijelo i simbolično označio početak sanacije dotrajalog sustava za grijanje vode, oa se time solidarizirao s radnicima.
- Evo i sam sam sudjelovao da pokažem kako je moguće i u ovim uvjetima popravljati stvari. Problem je bio što su mnogi izbjegavali izvoditi radove zbog koronavirusa jer naravno da nije nikome ugodno sada boraviti u bolnici, to mogu razumjeti, ali pod zaštitnom opremom ne bi trebao postojati strah od zaraze. Svjestan sam da je loše što nema tople vode, ali bolnica nije na koljenima kao što se predstavlja javnosti. Dapače, mi smo jedna od najorganiziranijih bolnica ovih dana, a drugi smo centar po veličini poslije Zagreba – rekao je dr. Meštrović dodavši da bi sve bilo riješeno još odavno da nije bilo epidemije.

Kako smo pisali, riječ je o problemu koji se desetljećima gura pod tepih. Čak je, podsjetimo, i ministar Vili Beroš početkom rujna reagirao naloloživši tada da ga iz Uprave Kliničkog bolničkog centra promptno izvijeste o poduzetim mjerama u cilju uspostavljanja normalnog protoka tople vode u istočnom zdravstvenom kompleksu. Naveo je pritom da je "postojanje tople vode u zdravstvenoj ustanovi jedan od osnovnih higijenskih uvjeta koji odgovorne osobe u moraju osigurati te je saniranje potrebnih instalacija apsolutni prioritet koji se mora riješiti".
- Tople vode ima, samo treba pričekati dok ona poteče cijevima. Mi smo odavno odabrali izvođača radova koji mora promijeniti pumpe uz pomoć kojih će naši pacijenti dolaziti brže do tople vode – izjavio je prethodnih dana dr. Krešimir Dolić, zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split, izvijestivši javnost da je bolnici za riješenje problema potrebno 300 tisuća kuna.
U objekt na Križinama, naime, nije ugrađen sustav za recirkulaciju vode, zbog čega ne postoje dvije "cijevi" za toplu vodu, već samo jedna, pa se voda zbog nekorištenja u njoj, objašnjeno je, hladi. To je stvaralo probleme osobito na višim etažama i to iznimno u jutarnjim satima, jer je toplu vodu na slavinama treba pričekati i desetak minuta s obzirom da su se cijevi noću ohladile.
Sanacija će biti teška s obzirom da se moraju izmiještati neki dijelovi sustava radi kopanja i probijanja cijevi, ali izvodit će se, kažu izvođači, korak po korak.

- U normalnim okolnostima radovi bi se mogli privesti kraju za dva mjeseca, a ovako je to teško prognozirati – kazao nam je Benčić. Problem je, dodaje, i s nabavkom materijala i opreme s obzirom da je otežan promet na granicama zbog epidemije. Također su dodatne prepreke i to što su neki zaposlenici povremeno odsutni zbog izolacije.
- Trenutno su radovi u podrumskim dijelovima zgrade, ali potrebno je razvući cijevi po vertikali i horizontalno do sanitarnih čvorova i naravno da tu u ovim uvjetima epidemije očekujemo poteškoće – zaključio je direktor "Rudana". Inače, ta ista tvrtka je u sklopu Vladina projekta obnove javnih objekata, u javno-privatnom partnerstvu, radila i energetsku obnovu Križina. Kako je 2015. pompozno najavljeno, pod tim radovima bila je planirana sanacija fasade, krova i vanjske stolarije, rekonstrukcija kotlovnice, zamijenjena kompletnog sustava rasvjete, grijanja i vodoopskrbne mreže te postavljanje solarnih kolektora i promjena energenta.
"Uložili smo više od 146 milijuna kuna, 40 posto sredstava države, a ostatak je financirao privatni partner kojemu će bolnica u sljedećih 14 godina vraćati dug iz uštede", rekao je lani u veljači tadašnji ministar graditeljstva Predrag Štromar.

Nakon javne bruke, koja je pukla zbog bijega pacijenta iz bolnice Križine u kojoj nema tople vode, ipak se vodstvo KBC-a odlučilo na hitni popravak sustava mada su, kako kažu, trenutno za to gotovo nemogući uvjeti. Covid odjel je pun pacijenata, bolnica je pod posebnim epidemijskim mjerama, a treba raskopavati zidove, kaže Marijan Bilobrk iz Tehičke službe KBC-a. Inače je, kako dodaje, za posao postojala sva dokumentacija samo je teško bili naći izvođače.
- Normalno da je teško raditi fizičke poslove u ovim uvjetima i pod zaštitnom opremom, ali kako je liječnicima i ostalom zdravstvenom osoblju, tako će biti i nama, ljudi su se korektno prihvatili radova i ne želimo od toga raditi dramu – govori nam Danijel Benčić, direktor firme Rudan iz Istre koja se prihvatila posla.
U srijedu je i sam ravnatelj KBC-a Julije Meštrović odjenuo zaštitno odijelo i simbolično označio početak sanacije dotrajalog sustava za grijanje vode, oa se time solidarizirao s radnicima.
- Evo i sam sam sudjelovao da pokažem kako je moguće i u ovim uvjetima popravljati stvari. Problem je bio što su mnogi izbjegavali izvoditi radove zbog koronavirusa jer naravno da nije nikome ugodno sada boraviti u bolnici, to mogu razumjeti, ali pod zaštitnom opremom ne bi trebao postojati strah od zaraze. Svjestan sam da je loše što nema tople vode, ali bolnica nije na koljenima kao što se predstavlja javnosti. Dapače, mi smo jedna od najorganiziranijih bolnica ovih dana, a drugi smo centar po veličini poslije Zagreba – rekao je dr. Meštrović dodavši da bi sve bilo riješeno još odavno da nije bilo epidemije.

Kako smo pisali, riječ je o problemu koji se desetljećima gura pod tepih. Čak je, podsjetimo, i ministar Vili Beroš početkom rujna reagirao naloloživši tada da ga iz Uprave Kliničkog bolničkog centra promptno izvijeste o poduzetim mjerama u cilju uspostavljanja normalnog protoka tople vode u istočnom zdravstvenom kompleksu. Naveo je pritom da je "postojanje tople vode u zdravstvenoj ustanovi jedan od osnovnih higijenskih uvjeta koji odgovorne osobe u moraju osigurati te je saniranje potrebnih instalacija apsolutni prioritet koji se mora riješiti".
- Tople vode ima, samo treba pričekati dok ona poteče cijevima. Mi smo odavno odabrali izvođača radova koji mora promijeniti pumpe uz pomoć kojih će naši pacijenti dolaziti brže do tople vode – izjavio je prethodnih dana dr. Krešimir Dolić, zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split, izvijestivši javnost da je bolnici za riješenje problema potrebno 300 tisuća kuna.
U objekt na Križinama, naime, nije ugrađen sustav za recirkulaciju vode, zbog čega ne postoje dvije "cijevi" za toplu vodu, već samo jedna, pa se voda zbog nekorištenja u njoj, objašnjeno je, hladi. To je stvaralo probleme osobito na višim etažama i to iznimno u jutarnjim satima, jer je toplu vodu na slavinama treba pričekati i desetak minuta s obzirom da su se cijevi noću ohladile.
Sanacija će biti teška s obzirom da se moraju izmiještati neki dijelovi sustava radi kopanja i probijanja cijevi, ali izvodit će se, kažu izvođači, korak po korak.

- U normalnim okolnostima radovi bi se mogli privesti kraju za dva mjeseca, a ovako je to teško prognozirati – kazao nam je Benčić. Problem je, dodaje, i s nabavkom materijala i opreme s obzirom da je otežan promet na granicama zbog epidemije. Također su dodatne prepreke i to što su neki zaposlenici povremeno odsutni zbog izolacije.
- Trenutno su radovi u podrumskim dijelovima zgrade, ali potrebno je razvući cijevi po vertikali i horizontalno do sanitarnih čvorova i naravno da tu u ovim uvjetima epidemije očekujemo poteškoće – zaključio je direktor "Rudana". Inače, ta ista tvrtka je u sklopu Vladina projekta obnove javnih objekata, u javno-privatnom partnerstvu, radila i energetsku obnovu Križina. Kako je 2015. pompozno najavljeno, pod tim radovima bila je planirana sanacija fasade, krova i vanjske stolarije, rekonstrukcija kotlovnice, zamijenjena kompletnog sustava rasvjete, grijanja i vodoopskrbne mreže te postavljanje solarnih kolektora i promjena energenta.
"Uložili smo više od 146 milijuna kuna, 40 posto sredstava države, a ostatak je financirao privatni partner kojemu će bolnica u sljedećih 14 godina vraćati dug iz uštede", rekao je lani u veljači tadašnji ministar graditeljstva Predrag Štromar.
