Nadzornici u gradskim tvrtkama ipak će iduća tri mjeseca morati zaboraviti na naknadu u iznosu do 1900 kuna. Ne mogu računati ni na polovicu tog iznosa kako je Gradskom vijeću isprva predlagao Odbor za izbor i imenovanja u kojem sjedi sedam gradskih vijećnika, a na čelu im je Petar Škorić (HDZ). Kako je "Slobodna", naime, doznala u utorak, spomenuti je Odbor Gradskom vijeću, unatoč mjerama Savjeta gradonačelnika kojima se, između ostalog, sugerira potpuno ukidanje naknada članovima nadzornih odbora, uputio prijedlog prema kojem bi sljedeća tri mjeseca oni, ipak, primali 50 posto te naknade.
Predsjednik GV-a, Igor Stanišić, potvrdio nam je kako je zaprimio takav prijedlog, da bi se jučer dogodio preokret. Petar Škorić je, naime, ponovno sazvao sjednicu Odbora za izbor i imenovanja na kojoj se elektronskim putem glasovalo o potpuno novom prijedlogu, sada o "neisplati naknade članovima upravnih vijeća ustanova u kulturi, kazališnih vijeća i vijeća u kulturi Grada te članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u vlasništvu i većinskom vlasništvu Grada Splita". Nakon bure koja se podigla u javnosti Škorić je, po svemu sudeći, ipak bio prisiljen odustati od svoje teze prema kojoj članovi NO-ova zaslužuju barem polovicu iznosa naknade jer je pojedincima, prema njegovim riječima, to jedini izvor prihoda.
Kako bilo, na Odboru je prijedlog o ukidanju naknada nadzornicima prošao, a vidjet ćemo kakav će stav po ovom pitanju danas iskazati gradski vijećnici. Kad su u pitanju naknade za sudjelovanje u radu upravnih vijeća gradskih ustanova koje se, također, na iduća tri mjeseca planiraju ukinuti, one su značajno manje i iznose oko 500-ak kuna, a članovi ih dobivaju samo u slučaju da održe sastanak.
Napomenimo i kako će se na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća glasati i o smanjenju plaće gradonačelnika i njegovih zamjenika. U obrazloženju ove točke stoji kako se "zbog izvanrednih okolnosti uzrokovanih epidemijom koronavirusa, a u cilju pomoći građanima i gospodarstvu Grada Splita, donosi privremena mjera smanjenja koeficijenta za za obračun plaće gradonačelnika i zamjenika gradonačelnika za 20 posto, u razdoblju od 1. travnja do 30. lipnja 2020. godine".
To bi značilo da će Andro Krstulović Opara do kolovoza primati plaću manju za 3.500 kuna, dok će se njegovim zamjenicima, Ninu Veli i Jeleni Hrgović od mjesečnih primanja oduzimati od 2.500 do 3.000 kuna, ovisno o godinama staža.

Novac ostaje u gradskim firmama
Pitanje je smiju li uopće gradski vijećnici odlučivati o isplati ili neisplati naknada za rad u nadzornim odborima. Naime, u zakonu stoji kako o visini, kao i o smanjenju naknade odlučuja skupština trgovačkog društva u kojem djeluje određeni nadzorni odbor.
Inače, naknade članovima NO-ova ne isplaćuje Grad Split već trgovačka društva koja oni nadziru. Dakle, eventualnom neisplatom naknada u sljedeća tri mjeseca, novac neće ostati u gradskoj blagajni, već u javnim tvrtkama.

Nadzornici u gradskim tvrtkama ipak će iduća tri mjeseca morati zaboraviti na naknadu u iznosu do 1900 kuna. Ne mogu računati ni na polovicu tog iznosa kako je Gradskom vijeću isprva predlagao Odbor za izbor i imenovanja u kojem sjedi sedam gradskih vijećnika, a na čelu im je Petar Škorić (HDZ). Kako je "Slobodna", naime, doznala u utorak, spomenuti je Odbor Gradskom vijeću, unatoč mjerama Savjeta gradonačelnika kojima se, između ostalog, sugerira potpuno ukidanje naknada članovima nadzornih odbora, uputio prijedlog prema kojem bi sljedeća tri mjeseca oni, ipak, primali 50 posto te naknade.
Predsjednik GV-a, Igor Stanišić, potvrdio nam je kako je zaprimio takav prijedlog, da bi se jučer dogodio preokret. Petar Škorić je, naime, ponovno sazvao sjednicu Odbora za izbor i imenovanja na kojoj se elektronskim putem glasovalo o potpuno novom prijedlogu, sada o "neisplati naknade članovima upravnih vijeća ustanova u kulturi, kazališnih vijeća i vijeća u kulturi Grada te članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u vlasništvu i većinskom vlasništvu Grada Splita". Nakon bure koja se podigla u javnosti Škorić je, po svemu sudeći, ipak bio prisiljen odustati od svoje teze prema kojoj članovi NO-ova zaslužuju barem polovicu iznosa naknade jer je pojedincima, prema njegovim riječima, to jedini izvor prihoda.
Kako bilo, na Odboru je prijedlog o ukidanju naknada nadzornicima prošao, a vidjet ćemo kakav će stav po ovom pitanju danas iskazati gradski vijećnici. Kad su u pitanju naknade za sudjelovanje u radu upravnih vijeća gradskih ustanova koje se, također, na iduća tri mjeseca planiraju ukinuti, one su značajno manje i iznose oko 500-ak kuna, a članovi ih dobivaju samo u slučaju da održe sastanak.
Napomenimo i kako će se na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća glasati i o smanjenju plaće gradonačelnika i njegovih zamjenika. U obrazloženju ove točke stoji kako se "zbog izvanrednih okolnosti uzrokovanih epidemijom koronavirusa, a u cilju pomoći građanima i gospodarstvu Grada Splita, donosi privremena mjera smanjenja koeficijenta za za obračun plaće gradonačelnika i zamjenika gradonačelnika za 20 posto, u razdoblju od 1. travnja do 30. lipnja 2020. godine".
To bi značilo da će Andro Krstulović Opara do kolovoza primati plaću manju za 3.500 kuna, dok će se njegovim zamjenicima, Ninu Veli i Jeleni Hrgović od mjesečnih primanja oduzimati od 2.500 do 3.000 kuna, ovisno o godinama staža.

Novac ostaje u gradskim firmama
Pitanje je smiju li uopće gradski vijećnici odlučivati o isplati ili neisplati naknada za rad u nadzornim odborima. Naime, u zakonu stoji kako o visini, kao i o smanjenju naknade odlučuja skupština trgovačkog društva u kojem djeluje određeni nadzorni odbor.
Inače, naknade članovima NO-ova ne isplaćuje Grad Split već trgovačka društva koja oni nadziru. Dakle, eventualnom neisplatom naknada u sljedeća tri mjeseca, novac neće ostati u gradskoj blagajni, već u javnim tvrtkama.
