Pandemija koronavirusa ubrzala je ono što napredna tehnologija omogućuje već neko vrijeme.
Naše zakonodavstvo ne poznaje rad na daljinu u punom smislu te riječi. Iz tog razloga je i nastao projekt koji okuplja predstavnike poslodavaca i sindikata kako bi se došlo do rješenja definiranja rada na daljinu - rekla je Iva Tomić, glavna ekonomistica Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) i voditeljica projekta "Devote", na okruglom stolu o budućnosti rada na daljinu, održanom u hotelu "Park".

- Prema trenutačnim odredbama radnog zakonodavstva, rad na daljinu nije dovoljno dobro definiran pa su poslodavci i radnici imali brojne nedoumice vezane uz rad izvan ureda na početku pandemije. Nadam se da će skorašnja izmjena Zakona o radu koja treba urediti ovo pitanje biti kvalitetna i na kvalitetan način odgovoriti na njega - rekao je Damir Zorić, glavni direktor HUP-a.

Osim njega, prisutnima su se obratili Vesna Ivić-Šimetin, direktorica HUP-ova Regionalnog ureda u Splitu, Jasna Pipunić, predsjednica Sindikata naftnoga gospodarstva, te Iva Nappholz, pravna savjetnica u HUP-u.
- Rad na daljinu ima budućnost. Njegova je kvaliteta ne samo u balansu privatnog i poslovnog života, nego mislimo da se pokazalo da je produktivnost radnika najmanje ostala na onoj razini na kojoj je i bila, a u većini slučajeva se i poboljšala - kazala je Pipunić i dodala da je vrlo važno i pitanje prava na isključenje nakon osmosatnog radnog vremena kako bi se održao balans između rada i privatnog života.
Kratka izlaganja održali su i Josipa Klišanin, načelnica Sektora za radne odnose u Ministarstvu rada, Mateo Perak, član Uprave tvrtke "Innovatio Proficit", te Bálint Kis, predsjednik Europskog radničkog vijeća MOL Grupe i Henrik Munthe, pravnik u NHO-u i član projektnog tima "Devote"
- Koliko imamo nesreću, toliko imamo i sreću da nas je pandemija gurnula u rad od kuće više nego što je bio prakticiran prije nje, tako da neka iskustva silom prilika već imamo i ne trebamo raditi posebna istraživanja. Bez obzira na pandemiju, tržište rada došlo je u situaciju da su se digitalizirali određeni procesi i promjene bi dovele do toga da rad od kuće postane češća pojava nego ranije. Radom od kuće očuvana su mnoga radna mjesta u Hrvatskoj i to je pomoglo da ne dođe do situacije da značajno poraste broj nezaposlenih osoba - rekla je Klišanin i dodala:
- I dalje postoji velik interes za rad od kuće i koristi od njega, stoga mi to moramo prepoznati kroz Zakon o radu. On trenutačno poznaje institut rada na izdvojenome mjestu rada, ali definitivno postoji potreba da ga znatno doradimo kako bi odnosi poslodavaca i radnika u takvom obliku rada bili puno jasniji i preciznije određeni.
Najveća je nedostatnost nepostojanje jasne definicije rada na izvornome mjestu rada te potpuni izostanak prepoznavanja rada na daljinu. Rad od kuće ne mora nužno značiti rad putem digitalne tehnologije, ali u 95 posto slučajeva će se zaista raditi o tome. Sada želimo prepoznati rad na daljinu kao poseban način obavljanja posla preko digitalne tehnologije.

Pandemija koronavirusa ubrzala je ono što napredna tehnologija omogućuje već neko vrijeme.
Naše zakonodavstvo ne poznaje rad na daljinu u punom smislu te riječi. Iz tog razloga je i nastao projekt koji okuplja predstavnike poslodavaca i sindikata kako bi se došlo do rješenja definiranja rada na daljinu - rekla je Iva Tomić, glavna ekonomistica Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) i voditeljica projekta "Devote", na okruglom stolu o budućnosti rada na daljinu, održanom u hotelu "Park".

- Prema trenutačnim odredbama radnog zakonodavstva, rad na daljinu nije dovoljno dobro definiran pa su poslodavci i radnici imali brojne nedoumice vezane uz rad izvan ureda na početku pandemije. Nadam se da će skorašnja izmjena Zakona o radu koja treba urediti ovo pitanje biti kvalitetna i na kvalitetan način odgovoriti na njega - rekao je Damir Zorić, glavni direktor HUP-a.

Osim njega, prisutnima su se obratili Vesna Ivić-Šimetin, direktorica HUP-ova Regionalnog ureda u Splitu, Jasna Pipunić, predsjednica Sindikata naftnoga gospodarstva, te Iva Nappholz, pravna savjetnica u HUP-u.
- Rad na daljinu ima budućnost. Njegova je kvaliteta ne samo u balansu privatnog i poslovnog života, nego mislimo da se pokazalo da je produktivnost radnika najmanje ostala na onoj razini na kojoj je i bila, a u većini slučajeva se i poboljšala - kazala je Pipunić i dodala da je vrlo važno i pitanje prava na isključenje nakon osmosatnog radnog vremena kako bi se održao balans između rada i privatnog života.
Kratka izlaganja održali su i Josipa Klišanin, načelnica Sektora za radne odnose u Ministarstvu rada, Mateo Perak, član Uprave tvrtke "Innovatio Proficit", te Bálint Kis, predsjednik Europskog radničkog vijeća MOL Grupe i Henrik Munthe, pravnik u NHO-u i član projektnog tima "Devote"
- Koliko imamo nesreću, toliko imamo i sreću da nas je pandemija gurnula u rad od kuće više nego što je bio prakticiran prije nje, tako da neka iskustva silom prilika već imamo i ne trebamo raditi posebna istraživanja. Bez obzira na pandemiju, tržište rada došlo je u situaciju da su se digitalizirali određeni procesi i promjene bi dovele do toga da rad od kuće postane češća pojava nego ranije. Radom od kuće očuvana su mnoga radna mjesta u Hrvatskoj i to je pomoglo da ne dođe do situacije da značajno poraste broj nezaposlenih osoba - rekla je Klišanin i dodala:
- I dalje postoji velik interes za rad od kuće i koristi od njega, stoga mi to moramo prepoznati kroz Zakon o radu. On trenutačno poznaje institut rada na izdvojenome mjestu rada, ali definitivno postoji potreba da ga znatno doradimo kako bi odnosi poslodavaca i radnika u takvom obliku rada bili puno jasniji i preciznije određeni.
Najveća je nedostatnost nepostojanje jasne definicije rada na izvornome mjestu rada te potpuni izostanak prepoznavanja rada na daljinu. Rad od kuće ne mora nužno značiti rad putem digitalne tehnologije, ali u 95 posto slučajeva će se zaista raditi o tome. Sada želimo prepoznati rad na daljinu kao poseban način obavljanja posla preko digitalne tehnologije.
