Nakon izgradnje velebne stambene zgrade uzduž Vukovarske ulice nedaleko od splitske trgovačke meke Mall of Split, obitelj Dedić kreće u nove stambene pothvate. Njihova firma "Dedić" d. o. o sredinom ljeta započinje gradnju novog stambeno-poslovnog objekta na križanju Vukovarske i Lovrinačke.
Projekt zgrada koje bi se trebale graditi na površini od 6350 četvornih metara, protezat će se na devet etaža (dva podruma, suteren, prizemlje, četiri kata, te nadgrađe) i u kojoj su prema projektnoj dokumentaciji predviđena 72 stana, financijski je teška 70 milijuna kuna.
Također, predviđena su i 173 garažna mjesta od čega pola otpada na poslovne subjekte dok je preostali dio predviđen za stanare. Na vanjskom dijelu, također su predviđena 42 parkirališna mjesta.
- Znači, radi se o ugaonom objektu koji će biti izgrađen paralelno i okomito sa Vukovarskom ulicom. U našem novom stambenom objektu čiji se završetak očekuje negdje za Uskrs 2021. godine, a osim jednosobnih, gradit ćemo dvosobne i trosobne stanove odnosno lepezu stanova od 40 do 100 kvadratnih metara.
- Cijena će ovisiti o kvadraturi, znači od 2500 eura po četvornom metru, pa naviše. Već sada vršimo zabilješke i prema dosadašnjem pokazanom interesu, kupaca neće faliti. Već dvije godine pripremamo projektnu dokumentaciju, a trenutno smo u fazi ishodovanja svih potrebnih dozvola. Paraleno s tim vršimo čišćenje terena na kojem se trenutno nalaze plastenici-informirao nas je o svojim planovima Neno Dedić, vlasnik investicijske tvrtke "Dedić" d.o o.
Prema najavama, na objektu će se graditi i nova trafostanica za što je investitor dobio suglasnost HEP-a koji je ujedno i suinvestitor novog razvodnog postrojenja.
Izgradnja novog stambeno-poslovnog objekta na Mejašima, nekadašnjeg slijepog crijeva grada podno Marjana, svakako je pokazatelj logičnog širenja grada prema istočnim naseljima kao jedinog rješenja zbog kroničnog nedostatka građevinskih terena predviđenih za slične objekte.
Međutim, galopirajuću urbanizaciju grad bi trebao pratiti i sa doličnijom komunalnom infrastrukturom, što na Mejašima i nije slučaj.

Nakon izgradnje velebne stambene zgrade uzduž Vukovarske ulice nedaleko od splitske trgovačke meke Mall of Split, obitelj Dedić kreće u nove stambene pothvate. Njihova firma "Dedić" d. o. o sredinom ljeta započinje gradnju novog stambeno-poslovnog objekta na križanju Vukovarske i Lovrinačke.
Projekt zgrada koje bi se trebale graditi na površini od 6350 četvornih metara, protezat će se na devet etaža (dva podruma, suteren, prizemlje, četiri kata, te nadgrađe) i u kojoj su prema projektnoj dokumentaciji predviđena 72 stana, financijski je teška 70 milijuna kuna.
Također, predviđena su i 173 garažna mjesta od čega pola otpada na poslovne subjekte dok je preostali dio predviđen za stanare. Na vanjskom dijelu, također su predviđena 42 parkirališna mjesta.
- Znači, radi se o ugaonom objektu koji će biti izgrađen paralelno i okomito sa Vukovarskom ulicom. U našem novom stambenom objektu čiji se završetak očekuje negdje za Uskrs 2021. godine, a osim jednosobnih, gradit ćemo dvosobne i trosobne stanove odnosno lepezu stanova od 40 do 100 kvadratnih metara.
- Cijena će ovisiti o kvadraturi, znači od 2500 eura po četvornom metru, pa naviše. Već sada vršimo zabilješke i prema dosadašnjem pokazanom interesu, kupaca neće faliti. Već dvije godine pripremamo projektnu dokumentaciju, a trenutno smo u fazi ishodovanja svih potrebnih dozvola. Paraleno s tim vršimo čišćenje terena na kojem se trenutno nalaze plastenici-informirao nas je o svojim planovima Neno Dedić, vlasnik investicijske tvrtke "Dedić" d.o o.
Prema najavama, na objektu će se graditi i nova trafostanica za što je investitor dobio suglasnost HEP-a koji je ujedno i suinvestitor novog razvodnog postrojenja.
Izgradnja novog stambeno-poslovnog objekta na Mejašima, nekadašnjeg slijepog crijeva grada podno Marjana, svakako je pokazatelj logičnog širenja grada prema istočnim naseljima kao jedinog rješenja zbog kroničnog nedostatka građevinskih terena predviđenih za slične objekte.
Međutim, galopirajuću urbanizaciju grad bi trebao pratiti i sa doličnijom komunalnom infrastrukturom, što na Mejašima i nije slučaj.
