Stanare koji bi se trebali useliti u zgradu na Poljičkoj cesti, koju su zbog zavijanja koje proizvodi kad puše vjetar već nazvali splitskim orguljama, čeka neugodno iznenađenje.

Naime, pristupni put kojim bi trebali dolaziti do stanova nalazi se sa sjeverne strane zgrade, iz pravca Visoke, i blokiran je od vlasnika parcele obitelji Muše. Kako nam tumači Tonči Muše, koji s ocem Zoranom na Visokoj ima autoservis “ATC Muše“, odlučili su zaštititi svoj interes jer ih je izigrao investitor, tvrtka “Elanija“ u vlasništvu Marine Wallner.- Gospođa Wallner nije ispoštovala dogovor. Godine 2008. uplatio sam ratu za stan na najvišem katu koji je koštao oko tri tisuće eura po četvornome metru. Ostatak je trebao biti kompenziran ovim zemljištem. Međutim, projekt je kasnije izmijenjen, napravljeno je više stanova, a moj je pretvoren u nešto što nikako nisam htio.

Osim toga, ti prevaranti su govorili da će na vrhu zgrade biti bazen i prostorije za wellnes, a od toga nema ništa. Pločice u stanu su stavili jeftine iz IKEA-e. Stan je kasnije još i preprodan. Kako je ugovor istekao 31. prosinca, odlučili smo zagraditi ono što je naše – napominje Muše mlađi. Njegov otac Zoran Muše tvrdi kako zgrada “Elanije” neće moći dobiti uporabnu dozvolu bez pristupnog puta.

‘Bezakonje i kriminal’

- Ovo je dokaz bezakonja koje vlada u gradu. Meni su u GUP-u dali preteške uvjete za gradnju, a “Elaniji” su omogućili da sagradi najveću zgradu u Splitu na 18 etaža. Oni su našu kvotu na Visokoj iskoristili kao prizemlje, a sve ispod nje dolje prema Poljičkoj je suteren. U stanove se treba ulaziti s ovog nivoa, uostalom, gdje će pristupiti vatrogasno vozilo? Kriminal vlada kada ovakve zgrade dobivaju dozvole – smatra ogorčeni Zoran Muše.

I dok obitelj Muše poduzetnicu Wallner proziva da je varalica, ona uzvraća kako ovdje nije u pitanju ništa drugo već ucjena zatvaranjem ceste, te da je ta obitelj dobro prošla jer su dobili šest milijuna eura za parcelu na kojoj je zgrada igrađena.

- Takvu je svotu malo tko u gradu dobio. A za ovu parcelu s pristupnim putem su od Grada tražili više negoli je procijenio sudski vještak. Kasnije su od nas tražili više novca nego što smo im htjeli ponuditi – napominje Wallnerica, priznavši da za dotični stan nikad nije plaćena druga rata, niti se dogodila kompenzacija u zemljištu.

Tonči Muše tvrdi kako će se sudskim putem namiriti za sredstva koja je uplatio za nikad dobiveni stan. Što se tiče mogućnosti da zgrada ne dobije uporabnu dozvolu, Wallner tvrdi kako vjeruje da će dozvola biti dobivena jer se zgrada nalazi na cesti. No, Zoran i Tonči Muše napominju kako takav pristup nije u skladu s projektom po kojem s Poljičke mogu prilaziti samo vozila za poslovne prostore.

Pomirljivi tonovi s figom u džepu

Mi smo svoje obveze ispoštovali i platili smo 2008. gradu dva milijuna eura. Istina je da zgrada sad nema pristup sa sjeverne strane, ali svaka zgrada je svoja priča i vjerujem da će se i ova riješiti - tvrdi Marina Wallner.

Na pomirljiva rješenja spremni su i otac i sin Muše koji kažu kako nemaju ništa protiv budućih stanara te da će za njih prirediti domjenak kad se stvar konačno riješi. No, sada svaki od aktera ima figu u džepu. Obitelj Muše dala je u najam parcelu, pa su na njoj sada karoserije starih auta. Marina Wallner, pak, napominje kako po Zakonu o cestama parcele koje su u javnoj upotrebi dobivaju status javne površine, neovisno o vlasništvu.

- Ovo je javna površina - tvrdi Wallnerica za parcelu obitelji Muše, koja je sada ograđena i ne djeluje nimalo javno. Dapače, na njoj je natpis na kojem piše da stanarima nije kriv vlasnik što tu ne mogu prolaziti, već investitor.

Stanare koji bi se trebali useliti u zgradu na Poljičkoj cesti, koju su zbog zavijanja koje proizvodi kad puše vjetar već nazvali splitskim orguljama, čeka neugodno iznenađenje.

Naime, pristupni put kojim bi trebali dolaziti do stanova nalazi se sa sjeverne strane zgrade, iz pravca Visoke, i blokiran je od vlasnika parcele obitelji Muše. Kako nam tumači Tonči Muše, koji s ocem Zoranom na Visokoj ima autoservis “ATC Muše“, odlučili su zaštititi svoj interes jer ih je izigrao investitor, tvrtka “Elanija“ u vlasništvu Marine Wallner.- Gospođa Wallner nije ispoštovala dogovor. Godine 2008. uplatio sam ratu za stan na najvišem katu koji je koštao oko tri tisuće eura po četvornome metru. Ostatak je trebao biti kompenziran ovim zemljištem. Međutim, projekt je kasnije izmijenjen, napravljeno je više stanova, a moj je pretvoren u nešto što nikako nisam htio.

Osim toga, ti prevaranti su govorili da će na vrhu zgrade biti bazen i prostorije za wellnes, a od toga nema ništa. Pločice u stanu su stavili jeftine iz IKEA-e. Stan je kasnije još i preprodan. Kako je ugovor istekao 31. prosinca, odlučili smo zagraditi ono što je naše – napominje Muše mlađi. Njegov otac Zoran Muše tvrdi kako zgrada “Elanije” neće moći dobiti uporabnu dozvolu bez pristupnog puta.

‘Bezakonje i kriminal’

- Ovo je dokaz bezakonja koje vlada u gradu. Meni su u GUP-u dali preteške uvjete za gradnju, a “Elaniji” su omogućili da sagradi najveću zgradu u Splitu na 18 etaža. Oni su našu kvotu na Visokoj iskoristili kao prizemlje, a sve ispod nje dolje prema Poljičkoj je suteren. U stanove se treba ulaziti s ovog nivoa, uostalom, gdje će pristupiti vatrogasno vozilo? Kriminal vlada kada ovakve zgrade dobivaju dozvole – smatra ogorčeni Zoran Muše.

I dok obitelj Muše poduzetnicu Wallner proziva da je varalica, ona uzvraća kako ovdje nije u pitanju ništa drugo već ucjena zatvaranjem ceste, te da je ta obitelj dobro prošla jer su dobili šest milijuna eura za parcelu na kojoj je zgrada igrađena.

- Takvu je svotu malo tko u gradu dobio. A za ovu parcelu s pristupnim putem su od Grada tražili više negoli je procijenio sudski vještak. Kasnije su od nas tražili više novca nego što smo im htjeli ponuditi – napominje Wallnerica, priznavši da za dotični stan nikad nije plaćena druga rata, niti se dogodila kompenzacija u zemljištu.

Tonči Muše tvrdi kako će se sudskim putem namiriti za sredstva koja je uplatio za nikad dobiveni stan. Što se tiče mogućnosti da zgrada ne dobije uporabnu dozvolu, Wallner tvrdi kako vjeruje da će dozvola biti dobivena jer se zgrada nalazi na cesti. No, Zoran i Tonči Muše napominju kako takav pristup nije u skladu s projektom po kojem s Poljičke mogu prilaziti samo vozila za poslovne prostore.

Mi smo svoje obveze ispoštovali i platili smo 2008. gradu dva milijuna eura. Istina je da zgrada sad nema pristup sa sjeverne strane, ali svaka zgrada je svoja priča i vjerujem da će se i ova riješiti - tvrdi Marina Wallner.

Na pomirljiva rješenja spremni su i otac i sin Muše koji kažu kako nemaju ništa protiv budućih stanara te da će za njih prirediti domjenak kad se stvar konačno riješi. No, sada svaki od aktera ima figu u džepu. Obitelj Muše dala je u najam parcelu, pa su na njoj sada karoserije starih auta. Marina Wallner, pak, napominje kako po Zakonu o cestama parcele koje su u javnoj upotrebi dobivaju status javne površine, neovisno o vlasništvu.

- Ovo je javna površina - tvrdi Wallnerica za parcelu obitelji Muše, koja je sada ograđena i ne djeluje nimalo javno. Dapače, na njoj je natpis na kojem piše da stanarima nije kriv vlasnik što tu ne mogu prolaziti, već investitor.
