U raspravi o rebalansu proračuna za 2023. godinu, Lidija Bekavac (HGS) kazala je da je izgledalo da je rebalans samo kozmetički.

- Izmjena je da se iznos smanjio s 240.205.274 eura na 236.221.003 eura, odnosno za oko četiri milijuna eura ili 1,68 posto. Najznačajnija stavka jest da su se smanjile investicije za 10.300.000 eura. Željela bih sve podsjetiti da su se prvim rebalansom već tada smanjile investicije u iznosu 10.600.000 eura, tako da u odnosu na prvotni proračun investicije su ukupno smanjene za 20.900.000 eura, a taj nerad i ne građenje vide svi naši sugrađani.

Bekavac je upozorila da je realizacija samo 20 posto od plana, međutim planirano zaduženje Grada Splita od 11.655.000 eura i dalje ostaje.

- Želim još jednom podsjetiti da je gradonačelnik oročio 10.000.000 eura, a istovremeno i dalje trži kredit od 11.655.000 eura, dok razvoja u Splitu - nema! To je kao da imate u kući 10.000 eura, a dižete kredit za 11.000 eura. Tko bi to napravio? Gradonačelnik radi u korist banaka, a na dugoročnu štetu Grada Splita. Zaključak je da nema razvoja, nema izgradnje, ali će zato ostati zaduženje i kredit sljedećih 25 godina - upozorila je Lidija Bekavac.

U raspravi o rebalansu proračuna za 2023. godinu, Lidija Bekavac (HGS) kazala je da je izgledalo da je rebalans samo kozmetički.

- Izmjena je da se iznos smanjio s 240.205.274 eura na 236.221.003 eura, odnosno za oko četiri milijuna eura ili 1,68 posto. Najznačajnija stavka jest da su se smanjile investicije za 10.300.000 eura. Željela bih sve podsjetiti da su se prvim rebalansom već tada smanjile investicije u iznosu 10.600.000 eura, tako da u odnosu na prvotni proračun investicije su ukupno smanjene za 20.900.000 eura, a taj nerad i ne građenje vide svi naši sugrađani.

Bekavac je upozorila da je realizacija samo 20 posto od plana, međutim planirano zaduženje Grada Splita od 11.655.000 eura i dalje ostaje.

- Želim još jednom podsjetiti da je gradonačelnik oročio 10.000.000 eura, a istovremeno i dalje trži kredit od 11.655.000 eura, dok razvoja u Splitu - nema! To je kao da imate u kući 10.000 eura, a dižete kredit za 11.000 eura. Tko bi to napravio? Gradonačelnik radi u korist banaka, a na dugoročnu štetu Grada Splita. Zaključak je da nema razvoja, nema izgradnje, ali će zato ostati zaduženje i kredit sljedećih 25 godina - upozorila je Lidija Bekavac.

Lidija Bekavac: ‘Puljak radi u korist banaka, a na dugoročnu štetu Grada. Razvoja u Splitu - nema!‘

U raspravi o rebalansu proračuna za 2023. godinu, Lidija Bekavac (HGS) kazala je da je izgledalo da je rebalans samo kozmetički.

- Izmjena je da se iznos smanjio s 240.205.274 eura na 236.221.003 eura, odnosno za oko četiri milijuna eura ili 1,68 posto. Najznačajnija stavka jest da su se smanjile investicije za 10.300.000 eura. Željela bih sve podsjetiti da su se prvim rebalansom već tada smanjile investicije u iznosu 10.600.000 eura, tako da u odnosu na prvotni proračun investicije su ukupno smanjene za 20.900.000 eura, a taj nerad i ne građenje vide svi naši sugrađani.

Bekavac je upozorila da je realizacija samo 20 posto od plana, međutim planirano zaduženje Grada Splita od 11.655.000 eura i dalje ostaje.

- Želim još jednom podsjetiti da je gradonačelnik oročio 10.000.000 eura, a istovremeno i dalje trži kredit od 11.655.000 eura, dok razvoja u Splitu - nema! To je kao da imate u kući 10.000 eura, a dižete kredit za 11.000 eura. Tko bi to napravio? Gradonačelnik radi u korist banaka, a na dugoročnu štetu Grada Splita. Zaključak je da nema razvoja, nema izgradnje, ali će zato ostati zaduženje i kredit sljedećih 25 godina - upozorila je Lidija Bekavac.
