Kultni splitski klub Zenta zatvara svoja vrata u ponedjeljak! Glavna štacija za ljetne provode već je nekoliko godina poslovala u nerazjašnjenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima što je sada dovelo do stečajnoga postupka koji je rezultirao prekidom poslovanja. Za pojašnjenje situacije nazvali smo Gordana Šestića iz tvrtke Control Master koja je zakupila prostor kluba.

Teški kaos na Zenti; stari ‘poškovci’ izbačeni s bazena, a noćni klub im ne plaća najam i svejedno radi! Bizarnostima tu nije kraj, a sve je još zakompliciralo nepostojanje gradske vlasti

- Nismo dočekali dogovoreni sporazum s Gradom Splitom i novi ugovor s Javnom ustanovom športski objekti te smo ispali kolateralna žrtva nesređenih odnosa između Grada i Ovk Pošk-a koji je bio prijašnji koncesionar sportskoga objekta. Kao što već znate, Ovk Pošku-u je koncesija istekla 2020., a oni su inzistirali da nam i nakon toga naplaćuju zakup prostora koji njima ne pripada. Potom su aktivirali našu zadužnicu i praktički nas doveli do stečaja. Javnoj Ustanovi Športski objekti nećemo morati platiti ništa jer nismo s njima nikada imala pravni odnos niti potpisali ugovor. Jedino nam preostaje da napustimo prostor i razdužimo se kod Grada kao vlasnika prostora te pokušamo izlicitirati prostor u novom natječaju ako ga bude. Prostor ostavljamo u mnogo boljem stanju od onoga u kojem smo ga zatekli, uložili smo minimalno milijun i dvjesto tisuća u objekt i rekao bih da sad vrijedi puno više za nekoga budućeg zakupodavca – rekli su nam iz Control Mastera.

Inače, bivši koncesionar sportskoga objekta Zenta, Ovk Pošk, pokrenuo je novčano potraživanje prema tvrtki Control Master, no iz tvrtke nam kažu kako smatraju da su male šanse da se bivši koncesionar novčano naplati.

- Inzistirali su na toj naplati i prouzročili nam blokadu koja je dovela do stvaranja stečajnog postupka, a u tom stečajnom postupku vrlo su mali izgledi da će se oni naplatiti. Taj prihod svakako ne pripada Ovk Pošk-u nego Gradu ili koncesionaru kojega ovlasti Grad – komentirao je Šestić.

- Za kraj bih se htio zahvaliti svim Splićanima i cijelom gradu na zaista ugodnom društvu, bilo je mnogo odličnih programa i nadam se da se u budućnosti opet vidimo – zaključio je razgovor Šestić.

Da podsjetimo, koncesiju je nad sportskim objektom Zenta imao vaterpolski klub Ovk Pošk, a koncesija mu je ukinuta 2020. godine odlukom bivšega gradonačelnika Andree Krstulovića Opare. Iste je godine odlukom Gradskoga vijeća Javnoj ustanovi Športski objekti (JUŠO) dodijeljen sportski objekt Zenta na upravljanje, no JUŠO do dana danas nije uspio ući u potpuni posjed sportskoga objekta, već samo bazena. Problem je nastao nakon što je klubu Ovk Pošk-u raskinuta koncesija što je dovelo do nereguliranih odnosa oko upravljanja nad objektom, pa zakupac kluba, Control Master, nije imao kome plaćati zakup prostora. Pravni odnos imao je jedino s Ovk Pošk-om kojemu je koncesija raskinuta, a potpuna primopredaja između Grada Splita i JUŠO-a nije na vrijeme regulirana.

Kultni splitski klub Zenta zatvara svoja vrata u ponedjeljak! Glavna štacija za ljetne provode već je nekoliko godina poslovala u nerazjašnjenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima što je sada dovelo do stečajnoga postupka koji je rezultirao prekidom poslovanja. Za pojašnjenje situacije nazvali smo Gordana Šestića iz tvrtke Control Master koja je zakupila prostor kluba.

Teški kaos na Zenti; stari ‘poškovci’ izbačeni s bazena, a noćni klub im ne plaća najam i svejedno radi! Bizarnostima tu nije kraj, a sve je još zakompliciralo nepostojanje gradske vlasti

- Nismo dočekali dogovoreni sporazum s Gradom Splitom i novi ugovor s Javnom ustanovom športski objekti te smo ispali kolateralna žrtva nesređenih odnosa između Grada i Ovk Pošk-a koji je bio prijašnji koncesionar sportskoga objekta. Kao što već znate, Ovk Pošku-u je koncesija istekla 2020., a oni su inzistirali da nam i nakon toga naplaćuju zakup prostora koji njima ne pripada. Potom su aktivirali našu zadužnicu i praktički nas doveli do stečaja. Javnoj Ustanovi Športski objekti nećemo morati platiti ništa jer nismo s njima nikada imala pravni odnos niti potpisali ugovor. Jedino nam preostaje da napustimo prostor i razdužimo se kod Grada kao vlasnika prostora te pokušamo izlicitirati prostor u novom natječaju ako ga bude. Prostor ostavljamo u mnogo boljem stanju od onoga u kojem smo ga zatekli, uložili smo minimalno milijun i dvjesto tisuća u objekt i rekao bih da sad vrijedi puno više za nekoga budućeg zakupodavca – rekli su nam iz Control Mastera.

Inače, bivši koncesionar sportskoga objekta Zenta, Ovk Pošk, pokrenuo je novčano potraživanje prema tvrtki Control Master, no iz tvrtke nam kažu kako smatraju da su male šanse da se bivši koncesionar novčano naplati.

- Inzistirali su na toj naplati i prouzročili nam blokadu koja je dovela do stvaranja stečajnog postupka, a u tom stečajnom postupku vrlo su mali izgledi da će se oni naplatiti. Taj prihod svakako ne pripada Ovk Pošk-u nego Gradu ili koncesionaru kojega ovlasti Grad – komentirao je Šestić.

- Za kraj bih se htio zahvaliti svim Splićanima i cijelom gradu na zaista ugodnom društvu, bilo je mnogo odličnih programa i nadam se da se u budućnosti opet vidimo – zaključio je razgovor Šestić.

Da podsjetimo, koncesiju je nad sportskim objektom Zenta imao vaterpolski klub Ovk Pošk, a koncesija mu je ukinuta 2020. godine odlukom bivšega gradonačelnika Andree Krstulovića Opare. Iste je godine odlukom Gradskoga vijeća Javnoj ustanovi Športski objekti (JUŠO) dodijeljen sportski objekt Zenta na upravljanje, no JUŠO do dana danas nije uspio ući u potpuni posjed sportskoga objekta, već samo bazena. Problem je nastao nakon što je klubu Ovk Pošk-u raskinuta koncesija što je dovelo do nereguliranih odnosa oko upravljanja nad objektom, pa zakupac kluba, Control Master, nije imao kome plaćati zakup prostora. Pravni odnos imao je jedino s Ovk Pošk-om kojemu je koncesija raskinuta, a potpuna primopredaja između Grada Splita i JUŠO-a nije na vrijeme regulirana.

Kultni splitski klub Zenta zatvara svoja vrata u ponedjeljak! Glavna štacija za ljetne provode već je nekoliko godina poslovala u nerazjašnjenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima što je sada dovelo do stečajnoga postupka koji je rezultirao prekidom poslovanja. Za pojašnjenje situacije nazvali smo Gordana Šestića iz tvrtke Control Master koja je zakupila prostor kluba.

Teški kaos na Zenti; stari ‘poškovci’ izbačeni s bazena, a noćni klub im ne plaća najam i svejedno radi! Bizarnostima tu nije kraj, a sve je još zakompliciralo nepostojanje gradske vlasti
