Na današnjoj konferenciji Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, ravnateljica županijskog NZJZ-a Željka Karin je, odgovarajući na novinarska pitanja, još jednom progovorila o detaljima pojave koronavirusa u Domu za starije i nemoćne u Vukovarskoj te prepričala sam tijek događaja.
- Kad smo dobili informaciju da ima više korisnika u Domu koji imaju temperaturu, pozvan je epidemiolog u 11 sati ujutro, odmah se u 12 išlo u Dom u izvid. Uzeti su brisevi i napravljen je uzorak. Rezultati su bili tijekom dana. Čim smo saznali da su rezultati pozitivni, odmah smo obavijestili nadležne u Domu i krenuo je dogovor sa KBC-om o premještanju korisnika, odnosno testiranja ostalih korisnika. Onog trenutka kad smo dobili poziv, reagirali smo, odgovorila je na pitanje Željka Karin.
- Kao što ste jučer čuli od Nacionalnog stožera, 29. ožujka je pozvan dežurni epidemiolog, ne privatno, nego na normalan broj mobitela. Rečeno mu je da jedna od korisnica Doma ima temperaturu. Rečeno je da se osoba premjesti u samoizolaciju te da se pozove liječnik koji će utvrditi stanje i procijeniti o čemu se radi.
Moram naglasiti, epidemiolog nije osoba koja ide pregledavati pacijente, već osoba koja kaže koje mjere treba provoditi te onda dođe u izvid. No nadležni liječnik nadzire osobu i on treba utvrditi stanje ili hitna pomoć. Kao što znamo, nadležna liječnica je bila, utvrdila da se kod štićenice radi o urinarnom infektu, da ima temperaturu, što je i normalno kod urinarnog infekta. Gospođa je dobila atibiotik i temperatura je pala. U tom trenutku nije bilo sumnje niti je sumnja na Covid prijavljena.
- Budući da ste potvrdili da su se njegovateljice presvlačile u zajedničkoj prostoriji, je li to dokaz da nisu poštivane sve mjere?, zanimalo je okupljene novinare.
- Kad je nastala situacija, onda smo poduzeli sve mjere da se na minimum svede mogućnost daljnjeg širenja. U svim ustanovama postoji dio, garderoba, gdje se osoba oblači i dio gdje se svači. Nemate prostornih kapaciteta da odradite sve po uzusima struke kad je epidemija.
Ali, u tim trenucima nije bilo epidemije, pa su se njegovateljice uredno oblačile i presvlačile u toj prostoriji. Kad se pojavila epidemija, onda smo mi morali uvesti novu razdiobu. Posebne prostore za oblačenje, svlačenje, dekontaminaciju. Ni u drugim domovima nema savršenih mogućnosti.
Organizirali smo sada način kao na Klinici za infektivne bolesti. To nije moguće u svim domovima. To nije razlog da se kaže da nije postupano na način na koji je trebalo postupati, rekla je Karin.
- Imate li podatke da je igdje lociran izvor zaraze, u trgovinama, primjerice?, bilo je iduće pitanje.
- Ne. Pretpostavljamo da ljudi nisu bili u kontaktu dužem od 15 minuta na takvim mjestima. Ako osoba u dućanu ima zarazu, a nadamo se da svi više manje nose maske - apeliram da se nose maske kad se ide vani - zaražena osoba mora biti 15 minuta u kontaktu s nezaraženom osobom da aerosol ide s jedne na drugu. Zato u dućanu znamo da cirkulira i ide puno brže protok ljudi, pa se nadamo da zbog toga ni nema zaraze.
Karin je postavljeno i pitanje je li virus ušao u Dom preko osoblja.
- Po epidemiološkom izvidu, najvjerojatnije možemo pretpostaviti da je virus ušao u Dom preko djelatnika. Upravo zbog toga što imamo podatak da su u domu bili korisnici koji nisu bili vani, posjete su bile zabranjene, a imamo i 14 zaraženih djelatnika Doma u Vukovarskoj. Pretpostavljamo da su bili asimptomatski, jer inače ne bi radli, čuli ste i prije od naše epidemiologinje, da ima mnogo asimptomatskih pacijenata i da se bolest upravo tako širi.
- I nitko nije kriv?, postavljeno je pitanje za kraj.
- Čujte, ako je djelatnik asimptomatski, a ima bolest, ne možete ga kriviti. Morate znati da inače zdravstveni djelatnici jesu na prvoj liniji obrane. Nije čudo da kod tih osoba dođe do infekcije.

Na današnjoj konferenciji Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, ravnateljica županijskog NZJZ-a Željka Karin je, odgovarajući na novinarska pitanja, još jednom progovorila o detaljima pojave koronavirusa u Domu za starije i nemoćne u Vukovarskoj te prepričala sam tijek događaja.
- Kad smo dobili informaciju da ima više korisnika u Domu koji imaju temperaturu, pozvan je epidemiolog u 11 sati ujutro, odmah se u 12 išlo u Dom u izvid. Uzeti su brisevi i napravljen je uzorak. Rezultati su bili tijekom dana. Čim smo saznali da su rezultati pozitivni, odmah smo obavijestili nadležne u Domu i krenuo je dogovor sa KBC-om o premještanju korisnika, odnosno testiranja ostalih korisnika. Onog trenutka kad smo dobili poziv, reagirali smo, odgovorila je na pitanje Željka Karin.
- Kao što ste jučer čuli od Nacionalnog stožera, 29. ožujka je pozvan dežurni epidemiolog, ne privatno, nego na normalan broj mobitela. Rečeno mu je da jedna od korisnica Doma ima temperaturu. Rečeno je da se osoba premjesti u samoizolaciju te da se pozove liječnik koji će utvrditi stanje i procijeniti o čemu se radi.
Moram naglasiti, epidemiolog nije osoba koja ide pregledavati pacijente, već osoba koja kaže koje mjere treba provoditi te onda dođe u izvid. No nadležni liječnik nadzire osobu i on treba utvrditi stanje ili hitna pomoć. Kao što znamo, nadležna liječnica je bila, utvrdila da se kod štićenice radi o urinarnom infektu, da ima temperaturu, što je i normalno kod urinarnog infekta. Gospođa je dobila atibiotik i temperatura je pala. U tom trenutku nije bilo sumnje niti je sumnja na Covid prijavljena.
- Budući da ste potvrdili da su se njegovateljice presvlačile u zajedničkoj prostoriji, je li to dokaz da nisu poštivane sve mjere?, zanimalo je okupljene novinare.
- Kad je nastala situacija, onda smo poduzeli sve mjere da se na minimum svede mogućnost daljnjeg širenja. U svim ustanovama postoji dio, garderoba, gdje se osoba oblači i dio gdje se svači. Nemate prostornih kapaciteta da odradite sve po uzusima struke kad je epidemija.
Ali, u tim trenucima nije bilo epidemije, pa su se njegovateljice uredno oblačile i presvlačile u toj prostoriji. Kad se pojavila epidemija, onda smo mi morali uvesti novu razdiobu. Posebne prostore za oblačenje, svlačenje, dekontaminaciju. Ni u drugim domovima nema savršenih mogućnosti.
Organizirali smo sada način kao na Klinici za infektivne bolesti. To nije moguće u svim domovima. To nije razlog da se kaže da nije postupano na način na koji je trebalo postupati, rekla je Karin.
- Imate li podatke da je igdje lociran izvor zaraze, u trgovinama, primjerice?, bilo je iduće pitanje.
- Ne. Pretpostavljamo da ljudi nisu bili u kontaktu dužem od 15 minuta na takvim mjestima. Ako osoba u dućanu ima zarazu, a nadamo se da svi više manje nose maske - apeliram da se nose maske kad se ide vani - zaražena osoba mora biti 15 minuta u kontaktu s nezaraženom osobom da aerosol ide s jedne na drugu. Zato u dućanu znamo da cirkulira i ide puno brže protok ljudi, pa se nadamo da zbog toga ni nema zaraze.
Karin je postavljeno i pitanje je li virus ušao u Dom preko osoblja.
- Po epidemiološkom izvidu, najvjerojatnije možemo pretpostaviti da je virus ušao u Dom preko djelatnika. Upravo zbog toga što imamo podatak da su u domu bili korisnici koji nisu bili vani, posjete su bile zabranjene, a imamo i 14 zaraženih djelatnika Doma u Vukovarskoj. Pretpostavljamo da su bili asimptomatski, jer inače ne bi radli, čuli ste i prije od naše epidemiologinje, da ima mnogo asimptomatskih pacijenata i da se bolest upravo tako širi.
- I nitko nije kriv?, postavljeno je pitanje za kraj.
- Čujte, ako je djelatnik asimptomatski, a ima bolest, ne možete ga kriviti. Morate znati da inače zdravstveni djelatnici jesu na prvoj liniji obrane. Nije čudo da kod tih osoba dođe do infekcije.
