Lako je kockati se tuđim novcem. Ispada da tako razmišljaju službenici u Banovini kada je u pitanju novac iz gradske blagajne, u ovom slučaju iznos od 66,6 milijuna kuna.
Dakle, danas je trebalo biti održano prvo ročište na splitskom Trgovačkom sudu zbog spora u kojem "Mejaši Deveti" tuže Grad Split za spomenuti iznos uložen u izgradnju javnih prometnica na Mejašima. No, ročište je na kraju odgođeno za studeni, kako bi se Grad stigao očitovati o podnesku "Mejaša Devetih" napisanom na 30-ak stranica.
Do spora je došlo nakon što gradski činovnici nisu htjeli prihvatiti da "Mejaši Deveti" Gradu poklone 66,6 milijuna kuna vrijedne prometnice - Ulicu Šeste domobranske pukovnije Hrvatske vojske i Ulicu 158. brigade Hrvatske vojske, koje se prostiru na 9112 kvadrata zemljišta na Mejašima.

Od prve prometnice do sada je izgrađeno oko 200 metara - od spoja na Vukovarsku do trgovačkog centra "Mall of Split", a ukupna bi joj dužina trebala biti 315 metara i trebala bi povezivati raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata s Vukovarskom. Druga cesta proteže se u dužini od 330 metara od kružnog toka kod spomenutog šoping centra prema Putu Smokovika.
No, isto tako gradski činovnici nisu htjeli da tvrtka "Mejaši Prvi", investitor "Mall of Splita" (a koja je proizašla iz iste tvrtke kao i "Mejaši Deveti"), o svom trošku izgradi cestovni priključak koji bi Mejaše i trgovački centar spojio na prometnice ulica Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata.
Naime, zauzvrat je Grad trebao podnijeti zahtjev za izvlaštenje zemljišta na kojem se nalazi najskuplja bespravno izgrađena obiteljska kuća bez pogleda na more, za koju postoji rješenje građevinske inspekcije o rušenju.
Svoju polovicu te kuće jedan od dvojice braće Svaguša za 400 tisuća eura prodao je investitoru centra "Mall od Split" koji želi da se taj cestovni priključak izgradi. Drugi brat je svoju polovicu kuće za 1,1 milijun eura prodao tvrtki SAS, koja upravlja velikim europskim trgovačkim centrima i koja s tvrtkom "Mejaši Prvi" vodi veliki spor oko ranijeg upravljanja centrom "Mall of Split".
"Mejaši Prvi" ne mogu sami postupiti po rješenju o rušenju, već moraju čekati da to napravi država, jer u kući i dalje živi drugi brat Svaguša sa svojom obitelji, na što se s ugovorom (koji smo našli u zemljišniku) obvezao tvrtki SAS.
Da je Grad podnio zahtjev za izvlaštenje, "Mejaši Prvi" su mogli ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju cestovnog priključka.
No, u Banovini su se opravdavali kako su Hrvatske ceste te koje moraju zatražiti izvlaštenje zemljišta na kojem je ta kuća, zaboravljajući da su upravo Hrvatske ceste dale punomoć Gradu da to može obaviti u njihovo ime, ali su u Banovini na tu punomoć odbili staviti svoj potpis. I tako onda dolazimo do sudskog spora.

Istina je da su se tvrtke "Mejaši" obvezale da će o svom trošku izgraditi javne prometnice koje Vukovarsku ulicu spajaju s trgovačkim centrom i Mejašima, zbog čega je u to i uloženo 66,6 milijuna kuna privatnog novca. No, u tvrtki "Mejaši Prvi" navode kako njihov ugovor s Gradom ne proizvodi pravne učinke jer ništa zauzvrat nisu dobili, te da im Grad mora nadoknaditi uložena sredstva.
Nisu koristili urbanistički bonus koji im je omogućavao gradnju većeg trgovačkog centra, a kažu da ih je na potpisivanje ugovora prisilila tadašnja gradska vlast, koja im je poručila da je jedini način da dobiju cestovni prilaz do trgovačkog centra taj da ga sami izgrade.
Dodaju da su, na njihovu sreću, u Banovini loše sastavili ugovor.
Grad se upustio u taj novi spor oko nerazvrstanih cesta na Mejašima jer smatra da je apsolutno u pravu. Tako su smatrali i gradski službenici u slučaju nerazvrstanih cesta na TTTS-u pa su dobili pravomoćnu presudu po kojoj dr. Nebojši Kneževiću i s njime povezanim osobama trebaju platiti 150 milijuna kuna iz gradskog proračuna.
Tko je sada u pravu, ponovno će odrediti sud u parnici do koje nije trebalo ni doći.

Lako je kockati se tuđim novcem. Ispada da tako razmišljaju službenici u Banovini kada je u pitanju novac iz gradske blagajne, u ovom slučaju iznos od 66,6 milijuna kuna.
Dakle, danas je trebalo biti održano prvo ročište na splitskom Trgovačkom sudu zbog spora u kojem "Mejaši Deveti" tuže Grad Split za spomenuti iznos uložen u izgradnju javnih prometnica na Mejašima. No, ročište je na kraju odgođeno za studeni, kako bi se Grad stigao očitovati o podnesku "Mejaša Devetih" napisanom na 30-ak stranica.
Do spora je došlo nakon što gradski činovnici nisu htjeli prihvatiti da "Mejaši Deveti" Gradu poklone 66,6 milijuna kuna vrijedne prometnice - Ulicu Šeste domobranske pukovnije Hrvatske vojske i Ulicu 158. brigade Hrvatske vojske, koje se prostiru na 9112 kvadrata zemljišta na Mejašima.

Od prve prometnice do sada je izgrađeno oko 200 metara - od spoja na Vukovarsku do trgovačkog centra "Mall of Split", a ukupna bi joj dužina trebala biti 315 metara i trebala bi povezivati raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata s Vukovarskom. Druga cesta proteže se u dužini od 330 metara od kružnog toka kod spomenutog šoping centra prema Putu Smokovika.
No, isto tako gradski činovnici nisu htjeli da tvrtka "Mejaši Prvi", investitor "Mall of Splita" (a koja je proizašla iz iste tvrtke kao i "Mejaši Deveti"), o svom trošku izgradi cestovni priključak koji bi Mejaše i trgovački centar spojio na prometnice ulica Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata.
Naime, zauzvrat je Grad trebao podnijeti zahtjev za izvlaštenje zemljišta na kojem se nalazi najskuplja bespravno izgrađena obiteljska kuća bez pogleda na more, za koju postoji rješenje građevinske inspekcije o rušenju.
Svoju polovicu te kuće jedan od dvojice braće Svaguša za 400 tisuća eura prodao je investitoru centra "Mall od Split" koji želi da se taj cestovni priključak izgradi. Drugi brat je svoju polovicu kuće za 1,1 milijun eura prodao tvrtki SAS, koja upravlja velikim europskim trgovačkim centrima i koja s tvrtkom "Mejaši Prvi" vodi veliki spor oko ranijeg upravljanja centrom "Mall of Split".
"Mejaši Prvi" ne mogu sami postupiti po rješenju o rušenju, već moraju čekati da to napravi država, jer u kući i dalje živi drugi brat Svaguša sa svojom obitelji, na što se s ugovorom (koji smo našli u zemljišniku) obvezao tvrtki SAS.
Da je Grad podnio zahtjev za izvlaštenje, "Mejaši Prvi" su mogli ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju cestovnog priključka.
No, u Banovini su se opravdavali kako su Hrvatske ceste te koje moraju zatražiti izvlaštenje zemljišta na kojem je ta kuća, zaboravljajući da su upravo Hrvatske ceste dale punomoć Gradu da to može obaviti u njihovo ime, ali su u Banovini na tu punomoć odbili staviti svoj potpis. I tako onda dolazimo do sudskog spora.

Istina je da su se tvrtke "Mejaši" obvezale da će o svom trošku izgraditi javne prometnice koje Vukovarsku ulicu spajaju s trgovačkim centrom i Mejašima, zbog čega je u to i uloženo 66,6 milijuna kuna privatnog novca. No, u tvrtki "Mejaši Prvi" navode kako njihov ugovor s Gradom ne proizvodi pravne učinke jer ništa zauzvrat nisu dobili, te da im Grad mora nadoknaditi uložena sredstva.
Nisu koristili urbanistički bonus koji im je omogućavao gradnju većeg trgovačkog centra, a kažu da ih je na potpisivanje ugovora prisilila tadašnja gradska vlast, koja im je poručila da je jedini način da dobiju cestovni prilaz do trgovačkog centra taj da ga sami izgrade.
Dodaju da su, na njihovu sreću, u Banovini loše sastavili ugovor.
Grad se upustio u taj novi spor oko nerazvrstanih cesta na Mejašima jer smatra da je apsolutno u pravu. Tako su smatrali i gradski službenici u slučaju nerazvrstanih cesta na TTTS-u pa su dobili pravomoćnu presudu po kojoj dr. Nebojši Kneževiću i s njime povezanim osobama trebaju platiti 150 milijuna kuna iz gradskog proračuna.
Tko je sada u pravu, ponovno će odrediti sud u parnici do koje nije trebalo ni doći.
