Zbog neovlaštenog ulaženja u strojarnicu napuštene zgrade diskoteke "Titanic" na Duilovu, uočili smo da je nepoznata osoba ili više njih iz nepoznatih razloga prvi put od 1991. godine pokrenula dizalo na način da je isto spušteno za dvije etaže niže.

Objavila je to Udruga Eko Duilovo i javno zahvalila ovlaštenoj tvrtki PIEL dizala koji su poslali stručnu osobu da izvidi što se tamo dogodilo.

- Utvrđeno je da je kabina dizala naslonjena na svega par centimetara željezne konstrukcije te da je za isti potrebno HITNO spuštanje kako ne bi bilo ozbiljnijih posljedica. Svakodnevno neovlašteno ulaženje u zgradu raznih tinejdžera i mladih ozbiljno može dovesti do ugroze života svih koji se zateknu u objektu.

Pozivamo roditelje da upozore svoju djecu da ne ulaze u zgradu za koju ćemo što prije pronaći sredstva kako bi istu i fizički zatvorili za posjetitelje iz sigurnosnih razloga - istaknuli se, te dodali da su o svemu obavijestili gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka, Grad Split te direktora tvrtke Splitska obala kako bi što prije nešto poduzeli.

Kako smo već više puta pisali plažni kompleks na Duilovu bio je top uređen i osamdesetih godina jedno od najljepših kupališta na Jadranu. Od početka Domovinskog rata samo propada.

Plažni objekt na Duilovu radila je splitska Tehnogradnja 1978. i to po projektu preminulog slavnog splitskog arhitekta Ante Svarčića. Investitor je bila JNA, a sama zgrada bila je namijenjena kupališnim, ugostiteljskim i rekreacijskim sadržajima susjednog hotela “Zagreb”. Objekt je smješten na klifu i služio je kao poveznica mora i hotela, a velika uzbrdica premoštena je armirano-betonskom vertikalom, u kojoj su bila dva ostakljena lifta iz kojih je pucao otvoreni pogled na Brač.

Hotel “Zagreb” je prvenstveno bio vojni objekt, a tek 20 posto hotelskog kapaciteta iznajmljivalo se civilima. Međutim, na plažu i u tamošnju diskoteku dolazili su i obični građani. Diskoteka se zvala “Titanic”, a zadnji put se u njoj plesalo prije više od 30 godina.

Osamdesetih se na Duilovu uredno išlo na kupanje, a navečer u “Titanica”. Nije bio veliki disko, ali bilo je sve super uređeno, prisjećaju se oni koji su tamo zalazili, a uglavnom je riječ o generaciji rođenoj krajem šezdesetih godina.

Ante Svarčić je za ‘Slobodnu‘ govorio da mu srce puca kad vidi u kakvom je stanju ta zgrada za koju je 1980. godine dobio važnu strukovnu nagradnu u bivšoj državi.

Nažalost, “živjela” je samo deset godina, posljednjih 30 i kusur propada, malo pod utjecajem atmosferilija, a puno više zbog nebrige. Svarčić se u svojim poznim godinama bio spreman prihvatiti posla i pomoći da se ta zgrada vrati svojoj namjeni, kucao je na mnoga vrata, ali na žalost nikog nije bilo briga.

Zbog neovlaštenog ulaženja u strojarnicu napuštene zgrade diskoteke "Titanic" na Duilovu, uočili smo da je nepoznata osoba ili više njih iz nepoznatih razloga prvi put od 1991. godine pokrenula dizalo na način da je isto spušteno za dvije etaže niže.

Objavila je to Udruga Eko Duilovo i javno zahvalila ovlaštenoj tvrtki PIEL dizala koji su poslali stručnu osobu da izvidi što se tamo dogodilo.

- Utvrđeno je da je kabina dizala naslonjena na svega par centimetara željezne konstrukcije te da je za isti potrebno HITNO spuštanje kako ne bi bilo ozbiljnijih posljedica. Svakodnevno neovlašteno ulaženje u zgradu raznih tinejdžera i mladih ozbiljno može dovesti do ugroze života svih koji se zateknu u objektu.

Pozivamo roditelje da upozore svoju djecu da ne ulaze u zgradu za koju ćemo što prije pronaći sredstva kako bi istu i fizički zatvorili za posjetitelje iz sigurnosnih razloga - istaknuli se, te dodali da su o svemu obavijestili gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka, Grad Split te direktora tvrtke Splitska obala kako bi što prije nešto poduzeli.

Kako smo već više puta pisali plažni kompleks na Duilovu bio je top uređen i osamdesetih godina jedno od najljepših kupališta na Jadranu. Od početka Domovinskog rata samo propada.

Plažni objekt na Duilovu radila je splitska Tehnogradnja 1978. i to po projektu preminulog slavnog splitskog arhitekta Ante Svarčića. Investitor je bila JNA, a sama zgrada bila je namijenjena kupališnim, ugostiteljskim i rekreacijskim sadržajima susjednog hotela “Zagreb”. Objekt je smješten na klifu i služio je kao poveznica mora i hotela, a velika uzbrdica premoštena je armirano-betonskom vertikalom, u kojoj su bila dva ostakljena lifta iz kojih je pucao otvoreni pogled na Brač.

Hotel “Zagreb” je prvenstveno bio vojni objekt, a tek 20 posto hotelskog kapaciteta iznajmljivalo se civilima. Međutim, na plažu i u tamošnju diskoteku dolazili su i obični građani. Diskoteka se zvala “Titanic”, a zadnji put se u njoj plesalo prije više od 30 godina.

Osamdesetih se na Duilovu uredno išlo na kupanje, a navečer u “Titanica”. Nije bio veliki disko, ali bilo je sve super uređeno, prisjećaju se oni koji su tamo zalazili, a uglavnom je riječ o generaciji rođenoj krajem šezdesetih godina.

Ante Svarčić je za ‘Slobodnu‘ govorio da mu srce puca kad vidi u kakvom je stanju ta zgrada za koju je 1980. godine dobio važnu strukovnu nagradnu u bivšoj državi.

Nažalost, “živjela” je samo deset godina, posljednjih 30 i kusur propada, malo pod utjecajem atmosferilija, a puno više zbog nebrige. Svarčić se u svojim poznim godinama bio spreman prihvatiti posla i pomoći da se ta zgrada vrati svojoj namjeni, kucao je na mnoga vrata, ali na žalost nikog nije bilo briga.
