Bivšoj supruzi poduzetnika Željka Keruma , Ankici Kerum , više ne prijeti da će Hrvatska poštanska banka (HPB) sudskim putem prisilno prodati njezin hotel "Central" koji se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji na Narodnom trgu i u sklopu kojeg radi "Gradska kavana".
Naime, vrijednu nekretninu je kupila još 2012. godine za 16,6 milijuna kuna od tvrtke "Neva Kerum", koja je u vlasništvu Željka Keruma, te nije sporno da je iznos platila.
Problem je nastao što "Neva Kerum" nije ispunila obvezu da isplati HPB i tako s "Centrala" skine 72 milijuna kuna tešku hipoteku, pa je prije dvije godine financijska institucija pokrenula ovrhu na njezinoj vrijednoj nekretnini.
No, nedavno je tvrtka "Pjaca rosa", čija je vlasnica upravo Ankica Kerum, od HPB-a otkupila potraživanje i time doslovno preuzela hipoteku.
Adriatic u stečaju
Informacija o tome čula se u srijedu na Trgovačkom sudu gdje je održano pripremno ročište u predmetu u kojem "Adriatic u stečaju", u čijem je portfelju hotel "Marjan", želi osporiti 72 milijuna kuna "teško" potraživanje koje je Ankica Kerum prijavila u njegovu stečajnom postupku.
Ako bi "Adriatic", koji zastupa stečajni upravitelj Zoran Miletić , uspio u sporu, posljedica bi bila skidanje hipoteke koju Ankica Kerum ima na nesuđenom visokokategorniku na Zapadnoj obali.
Upis te hipoteke 2012. godine dopustila joj je upravo tvrtka "Neva Kerum", koja je bila vlasnica "Adriatica", zbog toga što nije uspjela isplatiti HPB koja je teretila Ankičin hotel "Central".
– Dug prema Ankici Kerum nije izmišljen da bi ga se sada osporavalo, jer ona je u konačnici umjesto "Neve Kerum", koja je bila vlasnika "Marjana", morala isplatiti HPB – kazao je na ročištu njezin odvjetnik Miroslav Šarić .
Na jučerašnje ročište nije došao zastupnik "Adriatica u stečaju", koje je slične tužbe podnio i protiv tvrtki iz Kerumove grupacije – "Sapor" (prijašnjeg naziva "Kerum-Ing"), koja je bila glavni izvođač radova na hotelu "Marjan", nekadašnjeg trgovačkog lanca "Kerum", te tvrtke "Town" (bivše "Kerum-trgovine") da bi im u cijelosti osporio ukupno 146 milijuna kuna potraživanja.
Besmisleni sporovi
Zbog enormnih vrijednosti sporova, bit će visoki i troškovi parnica, a što je posebno bitno jer je riječ o tvrtkama koje su već u velikim financijskim teškoćama. Uz to, sporove se čak može nazvati besmislenima jer, bez obzira hoće li "Adriatic" uspjeti u tužbama ili neće, Kerumove tvrtke i bivša supruga se ionako neće naplatiti od prodaje "Marjana" jer će sav novac ići za namirenje "Heta Asset Resolutiona", koji potražuje više od 300 milijuna kuna i ima hipoteku prvog reda. Naime, očekuje se da ništa novca neće ostati za ostale vjerovnike.

Bivšoj supruzi poduzetnika Željka Keruma , Ankici Kerum , više ne prijeti da će Hrvatska poštanska banka (HPB) sudskim putem prisilno prodati njezin hotel "Central" koji se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji na Narodnom trgu i u sklopu kojeg radi "Gradska kavana".
Naime, vrijednu nekretninu je kupila još 2012. godine za 16,6 milijuna kuna od tvrtke "Neva Kerum", koja je u vlasništvu Željka Keruma, te nije sporno da je iznos platila.
Problem je nastao što "Neva Kerum" nije ispunila obvezu da isplati HPB i tako s "Centrala" skine 72 milijuna kuna tešku hipoteku, pa je prije dvije godine financijska institucija pokrenula ovrhu na njezinoj vrijednoj nekretnini.
No, nedavno je tvrtka "Pjaca rosa", čija je vlasnica upravo Ankica Kerum, od HPB-a otkupila potraživanje i time doslovno preuzela hipoteku.
Adriatic u stečaju
Informacija o tome čula se u srijedu na Trgovačkom sudu gdje je održano pripremno ročište u predmetu u kojem "Adriatic u stečaju", u čijem je portfelju hotel "Marjan", želi osporiti 72 milijuna kuna "teško" potraživanje koje je Ankica Kerum prijavila u njegovu stečajnom postupku.
Ako bi "Adriatic", koji zastupa stečajni upravitelj Zoran Miletić , uspio u sporu, posljedica bi bila skidanje hipoteke koju Ankica Kerum ima na nesuđenom visokokategorniku na Zapadnoj obali.
Upis te hipoteke 2012. godine dopustila joj je upravo tvrtka "Neva Kerum", koja je bila vlasnica "Adriatica", zbog toga što nije uspjela isplatiti HPB koja je teretila Ankičin hotel "Central".
– Dug prema Ankici Kerum nije izmišljen da bi ga se sada osporavalo, jer ona je u konačnici umjesto "Neve Kerum", koja je bila vlasnika "Marjana", morala isplatiti HPB – kazao je na ročištu njezin odvjetnik Miroslav Šarić .
Na jučerašnje ročište nije došao zastupnik "Adriatica u stečaju", koje je slične tužbe podnio i protiv tvrtki iz Kerumove grupacije – "Sapor" (prijašnjeg naziva "Kerum-Ing"), koja je bila glavni izvođač radova na hotelu "Marjan", nekadašnjeg trgovačkog lanca "Kerum", te tvrtke "Town" (bivše "Kerum-trgovine") da bi im u cijelosti osporio ukupno 146 milijuna kuna potraživanja.
Besmisleni sporovi
Zbog enormnih vrijednosti sporova, bit će visoki i troškovi parnica, a što je posebno bitno jer je riječ o tvrtkama koje su već u velikim financijskim teškoćama. Uz to, sporove se čak može nazvati besmislenima jer, bez obzira hoće li "Adriatic" uspjeti u tužbama ili neće, Kerumove tvrtke i bivša supruga se ionako neće naplatiti od prodaje "Marjana" jer će sav novac ići za namirenje "Heta Asset Resolutiona", koji potražuje više od 300 milijuna kuna i ima hipoteku prvog reda. Naime, očekuje se da ništa novca neće ostati za ostale vjerovnike.
