Po dovršetku javnog savjetovanja o incijativi SDP-ova vijećnika Davora Matijevića kojom je tražio smanjenja prireza sa 15 posto na devet posto, zajedno sa ukidanjem poreza na potrošnju, vijećnik je uputio svoj prijedlog kao dopunu dnevnog reda za iduću sjednicu Gradskog vijeća.

Tako bi se - kako za sada stvari stoje - na posljednjoj sjednici ovog saziva moglo raspravljati o točki prijepora oko koje i je pukla suradnja bivšeg gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i SDP-a.
- Još u listopadu smo tražili da se provede ovo naše predizborno obećanje za koje su se u kampanji zalagali i Centar, HDZ, HGS, a nešto ranije i Most. Prirez je podigao za 50 posto bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara na početku svog mandata 2017. godine, čime je Split ušao na listu gradova s najvećim prirezom u Hrvatskoj, kazao je Matijević.
Računajući po 2019. godini, koja se smatra turistički najuspješnijom, gradovi koji su bili bolji ili jednako uspješni kao i Split po broju noćenja imaju prirez manji od našeg, a to su Dubrovnik sa deset posto, Rovinj sa šest, Medulin pet, i Opatijai Poreč koji prireza i nemaju.

- Razvidno je iz ovog kako Split ima najveću stopu prireza na dohodak od svih turističkih top destinacija u Hrvatskoj. Ako ćemo gledati gradove iz okruženja onda također imamo najveći prirez, jer je u Trogiru osam, Makarskoj i Šibeniku deset, a u Zadru 12 posto. Mnogi gradovi teže ukidanju poreza na potrošnju od tri posto, dok su neki od njih taj porez i ukinuli kao: Zagreb, Osijek, Čakovec, Bjelovar, Samobor, Slavonski Brod, veli Matijević.
Tvrdi kako Grad Split mora težiti biti poticajna sredina za poduzetnike, što bi se u konačnici moglo reflektirati i na bolje uvjete rada i veće plaće za radnike.
- Glavni izvor rasta proračuna Grada Splita treba biti u korištenju EU fondova, kao i racionalizaciji troškova gradske uprave i bolje upravljanje javnim nabavama. Prirez je oporezivanje rada, a mi ne možemo težiti tome da proračun punimo na uštrb građana. Smanjenje prireza će svaki građanin osjetiti na svojoj plaći, pa će im se povećati kućni budžet, rekao je vijećnik dodajući kako je cilj SDP-a - povećati osobna primanja građana.

Po dovršetku javnog savjetovanja o incijativi SDP-ova vijećnika Davora Matijevića kojom je tražio smanjenja prireza sa 15 posto na devet posto, zajedno sa ukidanjem poreza na potrošnju, vijećnik je uputio svoj prijedlog kao dopunu dnevnog reda za iduću sjednicu Gradskog vijeća.

Tako bi se - kako za sada stvari stoje - na posljednjoj sjednici ovog saziva moglo raspravljati o točki prijepora oko koje i je pukla suradnja bivšeg gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i SDP-a.
- Još u listopadu smo tražili da se provede ovo naše predizborno obećanje za koje su se u kampanji zalagali i Centar, HDZ, HGS, a nešto ranije i Most. Prirez je podigao za 50 posto bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara na početku svog mandata 2017. godine, čime je Split ušao na listu gradova s najvećim prirezom u Hrvatskoj, kazao je Matijević.
Računajući po 2019. godini, koja se smatra turistički najuspješnijom, gradovi koji su bili bolji ili jednako uspješni kao i Split po broju noćenja imaju prirez manji od našeg, a to su Dubrovnik sa deset posto, Rovinj sa šest, Medulin pet, i Opatijai Poreč koji prireza i nemaju.

- Razvidno je iz ovog kako Split ima najveću stopu prireza na dohodak od svih turističkih top destinacija u Hrvatskoj. Ako ćemo gledati gradove iz okruženja onda također imamo najveći prirez, jer je u Trogiru osam, Makarskoj i Šibeniku deset, a u Zadru 12 posto. Mnogi gradovi teže ukidanju poreza na potrošnju od tri posto, dok su neki od njih taj porez i ukinuli kao: Zagreb, Osijek, Čakovec, Bjelovar, Samobor, Slavonski Brod, veli Matijević.
Tvrdi kako Grad Split mora težiti biti poticajna sredina za poduzetnike, što bi se u konačnici moglo reflektirati i na bolje uvjete rada i veće plaće za radnike.
- Glavni izvor rasta proračuna Grada Splita treba biti u korištenju EU fondova, kao i racionalizaciji troškova gradske uprave i bolje upravljanje javnim nabavama. Prirez je oporezivanje rada, a mi ne možemo težiti tome da proračun punimo na uštrb građana. Smanjenje prireza će svaki građanin osjetiti na svojoj plaći, pa će im se povećati kućni budžet, rekao je vijećnik dodajući kako je cilj SDP-a - povećati osobna primanja građana.

Po dovršetku javnog savjetovanja o incijativi SDP-ova vijećnika Davora Matijevića kojom je tražio smanjenja prireza sa 15 posto na devet posto, zajedno sa ukidanjem poreza na potrošnju, vijećnik je uputio svoj prijedlog kao dopunu dnevnog reda za iduću sjednicu Gradskog vijeća.
Tako bi se - kako za sada stvari stoje - na posljednjoj sjednici ovog saziva moglo raspravljati o točki prijepora oko koje i je pukla suradnja bivšeg gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i SDP-a.
