Plinovi s Karepovca bi mogli bi opet zasmrdjeti građanima od iduće godine. Naime, Grad traži tvrtku koja će mjeriti štetne plinove na odlagalištu Karepovac, počevši od siječnja iduće godine u trajanju od 24 mjeseca.

Za ovu uslugu Grad je spreman platiti 625.000 kuna s PDV-om. Nabava je podijeljena u dvije grupe - u prvoj se traži mjerenje lebdećih čestica olova i ozona koje će se mjeriti automatskim analizatorima koji bi bili smješteni neposredno uz odlagalište Karepovac.

- Ponuditelj je dužan izrađivati i dostavljati tjedna i mjesečna izviješća o rezultatima mjerenja kao i osigurati satno praćenje rezultata na vlastitoj web stranici za parametre za koje je to primjenjivo - stoji u tekstu nabave.

Druga grupa mjerenja će na isti način uključivati mjerenje ugljičnog monoksida, benzena, merkaptana i hlapljivih organskih spojeva (VOC). Hlapljivi organski spojevi će se mjeriti, kako je napisano u javnoj nabavi, samo za vrijeme trajanja radova na izradi plinskih bunara i to na mjestu nastanka.

Ova javna nabava predviđa da bi se u narednoj godini krenulo u otplinjavanje Karepovca.

Kako je "Slobodna" već pisala, radovi bi obuhvatili izgradnju 82 plinska bunara. Ti bunari će se raditi na starom, preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta.

Na tom dijelu će se ugraditi 70 plinskih sondi koje će se spojiti na linije plinovoda. Sakupljeni plin će se preko bunara i plinskih sondi transportirati prema kolektorima.

Bušenje 82 bunara na zapadnom dijelu odlagališta će se izvoditi strojno. Bunari će biti duboki od pet do 16 metara, a na istočnijem dijelu i do 53 metra.

Kad će početi radovi na izradi plinskih bunara i koliko se očekuje da će trajati, poslali smo upite Jurici Vojnoviću, pročelniku Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

- U ovoj fazi sanacije će se izvesti 82 bunara na preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta. Pokrenut je postupak javne nabave radova. S radovima bi se započelo, ako ne bude žalbi, krajem veljače ili početkom ožujka 2022. godine. Predviđeni rok izvođenja radova je 18 mjeseci - napominje Vojnović uz napomenu kako će se pristupiti i ozelenjavanju.

- Pored plinskih bunara izvest će se radovi konačnog prekrivanja postojećeg presloženog otpada završnim prekrivnim sustavom, krajobrazne sanacije prekrivenog dijela odlagališta i krajobraznog uređenja okoliša odlagališta - dodaje pročelnik Vojnović.

Ukupna cijena za sve navedeno, postrojenja i ozelenjavanje prekrivenog dijela i okolnog područja procijenjena je na 65 milijuna kuna, bez PDV-a, potvrdio nam je Anto Krželj koji vodi u ime Grada Splita projekt sanacije odlagališta Karepovca.

Iz Kotara Mejaši su ovo ljeto upozoravali da se sa Karepovca opet širi veliki smrad, a iz "Čistoće" su odgovorali da je to zbog vrućina, a ne zbog radova sanacije.

Tada su iz ove komunalne tvrtke koja inače nije uključena u sanaciju rekli za "Slobodnu" da neugodnih mirisa ne bi trebalo biti kad krenu radovi jer će se izvoditi po zimi. To znači da bi smradova trebalo biti budu li se radovi bušenja Karepovca i otplinjavanja odvijali po toplijem vremenu.

Sudeći po odgovoru kojeg smo dobili iz Banovine, radovi bi ipak mogli krenuti nakon što kalendarski prođe dobar dio zime.

Plinovi s Karepovca bi mogli bi opet zasmrdjeti građanima od iduće godine. Naime, Grad traži tvrtku koja će mjeriti štetne plinove na odlagalištu Karepovac, počevši od siječnja iduće godine u trajanju od 24 mjeseca.

Za ovu uslugu Grad je spreman platiti 625.000 kuna s PDV-om. Nabava je podijeljena u dvije grupe - u prvoj se traži mjerenje lebdećih čestica olova i ozona koje će se mjeriti automatskim analizatorima koji bi bili smješteni neposredno uz odlagalište Karepovac.

- Ponuditelj je dužan izrađivati i dostavljati tjedna i mjesečna izviješća o rezultatima mjerenja kao i osigurati satno praćenje rezultata na vlastitoj web stranici za parametre za koje je to primjenjivo - stoji u tekstu nabave.

Druga grupa mjerenja će na isti način uključivati mjerenje ugljičnog monoksida, benzena, merkaptana i hlapljivih organskih spojeva (VOC). Hlapljivi organski spojevi će se mjeriti, kako je napisano u javnoj nabavi, samo za vrijeme trajanja radova na izradi plinskih bunara i to na mjestu nastanka.

Ova javna nabava predviđa da bi se u narednoj godini krenulo u otplinjavanje Karepovca.

Kako je "Slobodna" već pisala, radovi bi obuhvatili izgradnju 82 plinska bunara. Ti bunari će se raditi na starom, preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta.

Na tom dijelu će se ugraditi 70 plinskih sondi koje će se spojiti na linije plinovoda. Sakupljeni plin će se preko bunara i plinskih sondi transportirati prema kolektorima.

Bušenje 82 bunara na zapadnom dijelu odlagališta će se izvoditi strojno. Bunari će biti duboki od pet do 16 metara, a na istočnijem dijelu i do 53 metra.

Kad će početi radovi na izradi plinskih bunara i koliko se očekuje da će trajati, poslali smo upite Jurici Vojnoviću, pročelniku Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

- U ovoj fazi sanacije će se izvesti 82 bunara na preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta. Pokrenut je postupak javne nabave radova. S radovima bi se započelo, ako ne bude žalbi, krajem veljače ili početkom ožujka 2022. godine. Predviđeni rok izvođenja radova je 18 mjeseci - napominje Vojnović uz napomenu kako će se pristupiti i ozelenjavanju.

- Pored plinskih bunara izvest će se radovi konačnog prekrivanja postojećeg presloženog otpada završnim prekrivnim sustavom, krajobrazne sanacije prekrivenog dijela odlagališta i krajobraznog uređenja okoliša odlagališta - dodaje pročelnik Vojnović.

Ukupna cijena za sve navedeno, postrojenja i ozelenjavanje prekrivenog dijela i okolnog područja procijenjena je na 65 milijuna kuna, bez PDV-a, potvrdio nam je Anto Krželj koji vodi u ime Grada Splita projekt sanacije odlagališta Karepovca.

Iz Kotara Mejaši su ovo ljeto upozoravali da se sa Karepovca opet širi veliki smrad, a iz "Čistoće" su odgovorali da je to zbog vrućina, a ne zbog radova sanacije.

Tada su iz ove komunalne tvrtke koja inače nije uključena u sanaciju rekli za "Slobodnu" da neugodnih mirisa ne bi trebalo biti kad krenu radovi jer će se izvoditi po zimi. To znači da bi smradova trebalo biti budu li se radovi bušenja Karepovca i otplinjavanja odvijali po toplijem vremenu.

Sudeći po odgovoru kojeg smo dobili iz Banovine, radovi bi ipak mogli krenuti nakon što kalendarski prođe dobar dio zime.
