Ove subote u amfiteatru Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje u 9 sati održat će se 8. sjednica Gradskoga vijeća Grada Splita. Na inicijativu Kluba vijećnika HDZ-a na dnevnom redu naći će se samo jedna, ali vrlo važna točka: stanje i mjere koje će se poduzeti radi rješavanja problema gradskih tržnica.

Raspravljat će se o tržnicama na glavnom Pazaru, Brdima, Ribarnici, tržnici na Splitu 3, na Staro Hajdukovo, tržnicama Sućidar Plokite, te Table Skalice.

Kako smo već pisali, posljednja sjednica Gradskog vijeća završila je izvješćem gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka o tržnicama.

- Namjera je da Pazar, kao i sve ostale tržnice, uredimo i da one budu mjesta aktivnog djelovanja u našem životu. Za uređenje cijelog Pazara raspisat ćemo urbanističko-arhitektonski natječaj, a tržnicu ćemo urediti u dijelovima. Osim toga, uredit ćemo i sve ostale tržnice u gradu - kazao je tada gradonačelnik Puljak.

Potom je provedena licitacija za poslovne prostore na tržnicama što je izazvalo različite reakcije prodavača, a na dijelu Pazara su uklonjeni stari betonski banci i provodila su se arheološka istraživanja. Zakupci iz Hrvojeve koji imaju štandove s odjećom, morat će preseliti na južni dio pazara, na što oni negoduju. Prema najavama, oni neće morati plaćati najam za siječanj, veljaču i ožujak. Parkovi i nasadi koji upravljaju tržnicama, objavili su javni poziv za štandove na južnom dijelu Pazara, a na koji se javilo 80-ak zainteresiranih.

​- Rezultat prijašnjih cijena su bile poluprazne i zapuštene tržnice. Smanjili smo cijene i time podižemo kamen s leđa malog proizvođača i potičemo proizvodnju domaćih proizvoda. Najljepši dio Pazara očistili smo i on će biti multifunkcionalan prostor, on će ujutro biti zelena tržnica, a poslijepodne će biti za oformljen za razna događanja - najavio je Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada".

Vice Mihanović iz HDZ-a oglasio se na svojoj facebook stranici noć uoči sjednice naglasivši kako je stav vijećnika HDZ-a uvođenje reda na tržnicama bez alternative, naslonjeno na javni natječaj, te briga o ljudima koji prehranjuju obitelji od pazara. Naveo je kako je i bilo vrijeme da istočne zidine Dioklecijanove palače 'prodišu'.

- Čestitam novom direktoru Parkova i nasada sa suradnicima na dobro obavljenom poslu, iako je gradonačelnikova opcija povjeravanje upravljanja tržnicama PiN nazivala kriminalom.

Međutim, uzimajući u obzir sve one vrijedne male ljude i OPG-ovce koji na pazaru nisu iz obijesti nego im je to već godinama izvor prihoda za prehranjivanje obitelji, važno je da humano pristupimo tim ljudskim sudbinama i ne prepustimo ih na milost i nemilost utakmici s većim igračima.

U skladu s tim, apsolutno nam je neprihvatljiv model licitacija jer je skrojen po mjeri velikih lanaca te obični prodavači neće moći pratiti ritam modela "tko ponudi više njegovo". Ne znam u kojem trenutku i čime potaknut je gradonačelnik odustao od ozbiljnog i cjelovitog rješenja za splitske tržnice u vidu transparentnog javnog arhitektonskog natječaja za koji se zalagala i struka. Smatramo da će u suprotnome ovo ostati samo jedan pokušaj privremenog rješenja pazara koji će dugoročno rezultirati stihijom, uz igranje sa sudbinama malih ljudi koji su dosad tu radili. Na koncu, pazar neće činiti ni novi banci, ni drugačiji suncobrani, nego upravo ti vrijedni ljudi čije su egzistencije u potpunosti zanemarene.

Ono što kronično nedostaje vladajućima po pitanju pazara je vizija. U kojem smjeru vide njegovu obnovu i razvoj i po kojim kriterijima? Taj gradski resurs smatramo prevažnim da bismo ga prepustili aproksimativnim procjenama i odlukama trenutne vlasti bez jasne strategije upravljanja. Ostale gradske tržnice, od Plokita, preko Skalica do Splita 3 su zapuštene, prometno začepljene i traže ulaganja i obnove. Smatramo nepoštenim prema svim ostalim gradskim tržnicama koje su u jednakim ili većim problemima od glavnog pazara da uređenje Hrvojeve ulice "pojede" uvođenje reda na tržnicama kao temu i sve stane na tome.

Kako bi nam ljudi vjerovali, moramo im pružiti perspektivu i uvjeriti ih da znamo što radimo. Bez vizije i plana neće biti ni reda. Gradonačelnik je toga svjestan, ali je opet izabrao 5 minuta slave umjesto stvarnog doprinosa poboljšanju stanja na svim našim gradskim tržnicama! - napisao je Mihanović.

Ove subote u amfiteatru Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje u 9 sati održat će se 8. sjednica Gradskoga vijeća Grada Splita. Na inicijativu Kluba vijećnika HDZ-a na dnevnom redu naći će se samo jedna, ali vrlo važna točka: stanje i mjere koje će se poduzeti radi rješavanja problema gradskih tržnica.

Raspravljat će se o tržnicama na glavnom Pazaru, Brdima, Ribarnici, tržnici na Splitu 3, na Staro Hajdukovo, tržnicama Sućidar Plokite, te Table Skalice.

Kako smo već pisali, posljednja sjednica Gradskog vijeća završila je izvješćem gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka o tržnicama.

- Namjera je da Pazar, kao i sve ostale tržnice, uredimo i da one budu mjesta aktivnog djelovanja u našem životu. Za uređenje cijelog Pazara raspisat ćemo urbanističko-arhitektonski natječaj, a tržnicu ćemo urediti u dijelovima. Osim toga, uredit ćemo i sve ostale tržnice u gradu - kazao je tada gradonačelnik Puljak.

Potom je provedena licitacija za poslovne prostore na tržnicama što je izazvalo različite reakcije prodavača, a na dijelu Pazara su uklonjeni stari betonski banci i provodila su se arheološka istraživanja. Zakupci iz Hrvojeve koji imaju štandove s odjećom, morat će preseliti na južni dio pazara, na što oni negoduju. Prema najavama, oni neće morati plaćati najam za siječanj, veljaču i ožujak. Parkovi i nasadi koji upravljaju tržnicama, objavili su javni poziv za štandove na južnom dijelu Pazara, a na koji se javilo 80-ak zainteresiranih.

​- Rezultat prijašnjih cijena su bile poluprazne i zapuštene tržnice. Smanjili smo cijene i time podižemo kamen s leđa malog proizvođača i potičemo proizvodnju domaćih proizvoda. Najljepši dio Pazara očistili smo i on će biti multifunkcionalan prostor, on će ujutro biti zelena tržnica, a poslijepodne će biti za oformljen za razna događanja - najavio je Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada".

Vice Mihanović iz HDZ-a oglasio se na svojoj facebook stranici noć uoči sjednice naglasivši kako je stav vijećnika HDZ-a uvođenje reda na tržnicama bez alternative, naslonjeno na javni natječaj, te briga o ljudima koji prehranjuju obitelji od pazara. Naveo je kako je i bilo vrijeme da istočne zidine Dioklecijanove palače 'prodišu'.

- Čestitam novom direktoru Parkova i nasada sa suradnicima na dobro obavljenom poslu, iako je gradonačelnikova opcija povjeravanje upravljanja tržnicama PiN nazivala kriminalom.

Međutim, uzimajući u obzir sve one vrijedne male ljude i OPG-ovce koji na pazaru nisu iz obijesti nego im je to već godinama izvor prihoda za prehranjivanje obitelji, važno je da humano pristupimo tim ljudskim sudbinama i ne prepustimo ih na milost i nemilost utakmici s većim igračima.

U skladu s tim, apsolutno nam je neprihvatljiv model licitacija jer je skrojen po mjeri velikih lanaca te obični prodavači neće moći pratiti ritam modela "tko ponudi više njegovo". Ne znam u kojem trenutku i čime potaknut je gradonačelnik odustao od ozbiljnog i cjelovitog rješenja za splitske tržnice u vidu transparentnog javnog arhitektonskog natječaja za koji se zalagala i struka. Smatramo da će u suprotnome ovo ostati samo jedan pokušaj privremenog rješenja pazara koji će dugoročno rezultirati stihijom, uz igranje sa sudbinama malih ljudi koji su dosad tu radili. Na koncu, pazar neće činiti ni novi banci, ni drugačiji suncobrani, nego upravo ti vrijedni ljudi čije su egzistencije u potpunosti zanemarene.

Ono što kronično nedostaje vladajućima po pitanju pazara je vizija. U kojem smjeru vide njegovu obnovu i razvoj i po kojim kriterijima? Taj gradski resurs smatramo prevažnim da bismo ga prepustili aproksimativnim procjenama i odlukama trenutne vlasti bez jasne strategije upravljanja. Ostale gradske tržnice, od Plokita, preko Skalica do Splita 3 su zapuštene, prometno začepljene i traže ulaganja i obnove. Smatramo nepoštenim prema svim ostalim gradskim tržnicama koje su u jednakim ili većim problemima od glavnog pazara da uređenje Hrvojeve ulice "pojede" uvođenje reda na tržnicama kao temu i sve stane na tome.

Kako bi nam ljudi vjerovali, moramo im pružiti perspektivu i uvjeriti ih da znamo što radimo. Bez vizije i plana neće biti ni reda. Gradonačelnik je toga svjestan, ali je opet izabrao 5 minuta slave umjesto stvarnog doprinosa poboljšanju stanja na svim našim gradskim tržnicama! - napisao je Mihanović.
