Gradskog vijećnka Marijana Čelana (HDZ) zanimala su građevinska zemljišta koja Grad želi prodati:

- Pred sam kraj kampanje otišli ste toliko daleko u vezi građanske participacije da ste obećali organizirati referendum u kotarevima za sva  pitanja koja se tiču komunalne infrastrukture. Sada imamo novu situaciju, a tiče se najavljene prodaje zemljišta. Naravno, sve je transparentno, samo nema navedenih brojeva katastarskih čestica koje mislite prodati.

- Baš čudno! Grad prodaje svoju zemlju na Žnjanu, Mejašima, Bačvicama, a javnost ne zna koje su to točno čestice zemlje. Postoji jedna gradska parcela na Bačvicama, na križanju Zajčeve i Spinčićeve ulice, broj katastarske čestice 9912/2, površine 882 metara kvadratnih. Na navedenoj parceli predviđeno je dječje igralište. Kotarski vijećnici zatražili su od Grada izradu idejnog rješenja, prema čijem je prijedlogu Grad Split izradio idejno rješenje i to isto rješenje platio. Da li je moguće da će ova gradska uprava na mjestu predviđenom za dječje igralište omogućiti privatnom kapitalu izgradnju zgrade? Moje pitanje glasi: Koji su brojevi katastarskih čestica zemljišta koje grad Split planira prodati?

- Dostavit ćemo vam brojeve katastarskih čestica. Naša procjena je da navedenu česticu možemo prodati za cijenu koja je dosta dobra i od kupovnine bi mogli graditi igrališta, otkupiti zemljišta npr. za gradnju sportskih terena, bazena itd. Procijenili smo da je dobra investicija na takav način se ponašati. Igralište želimo izgraditi na drugoj gradskoj čestici uz bolnicu jer oni tamo planiraju graditi centar za djecu s teškoćama - odgovorio je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

Gradskog vijećnka Marijana Čelana (HDZ) zanimala su građevinska zemljišta koja Grad želi prodati:

- Pred sam kraj kampanje otišli ste toliko daleko u vezi građanske participacije da ste obećali organizirati referendum u kotarevima za sva  pitanja koja se tiču komunalne infrastrukture. Sada imamo novu situaciju, a tiče se najavljene prodaje zemljišta. Naravno, sve je transparentno, samo nema navedenih brojeva katastarskih čestica koje mislite prodati.

- Baš čudno! Grad prodaje svoju zemlju na Žnjanu, Mejašima, Bačvicama, a javnost ne zna koje su to točno čestice zemlje. Postoji jedna gradska parcela na Bačvicama, na križanju Zajčeve i Spinčićeve ulice, broj katastarske čestice 9912/2, površine 882 metara kvadratnih. Na navedenoj parceli predviđeno je dječje igralište. Kotarski vijećnici zatražili su od Grada izradu idejnog rješenja, prema čijem je prijedlogu Grad Split izradio idejno rješenje i to isto rješenje platio. Da li je moguće da će ova gradska uprava na mjestu predviđenom za dječje igralište omogućiti privatnom kapitalu izgradnju zgrade? Moje pitanje glasi: Koji su brojevi katastarskih čestica zemljišta koje grad Split planira prodati?

- Dostavit ćemo vam brojeve katastarskih čestica. Naša procjena je da navedenu česticu možemo prodati za cijenu koja je dosta dobra i od kupovnine bi mogli graditi igrališta, otkupiti zemljišta npr. za gradnju sportskih terena, bazena itd. Procijenili smo da je dobra investicija na takav način se ponašati. Igralište želimo izgraditi na drugoj gradskoj čestici uz bolnicu jer oni tamo planiraju graditi centar za djecu s teškoćama - odgovorio je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

Gradskog vijećnka Marijana Čelana (HDZ) zanimala su građevinska zemljišta koja Grad želi prodati:

- Pred sam kraj kampanje otišli ste toliko daleko u vezi građanske participacije da ste obećali organizirati referendum u kotarevima za sva  pitanja koja se tiču komunalne infrastrukture. Sada imamo novu situaciju, a tiče se najavljene prodaje zemljišta. Naravno, sve je transparentno, samo nema navedenih brojeva katastarskih čestica koje mislite prodati.

- Baš čudno! Grad prodaje svoju zemlju na Žnjanu, Mejašima, Bačvicama, a javnost ne zna koje su to točno čestice zemlje. Postoji jedna gradska parcela na Bačvicama, na križanju Zajčeve i Spinčićeve ulice, broj katastarske čestice 9912/2, površine 882 metara kvadratnih. Na navedenoj parceli predviđeno je dječje igralište. Kotarski vijećnici zatražili su od Grada izradu idejnog rješenja, prema čijem je prijedlogu Grad Split izradio idejno rješenje i to isto rješenje platio. Da li je moguće da će ova gradska uprava na mjestu predviđenom za dječje igralište omogućiti privatnom kapitalu izgradnju zgrade? Moje pitanje glasi: Koji su brojevi katastarskih čestica zemljišta koje grad Split planira prodati?

- Dostavit ćemo vam brojeve katastarskih čestica.
