Grad je raspisao nabavu za idejni, glavni, izvedbeni projekt i nadzor za javnu garažu na Sustipanu. Projektom je predviđena izgradnja garaže kapaciteta 400 parkirnih mjesta. Garaža je planirana kao samostalna građevina sa zelenim krovom. Zelena površina bi bila u javnoj funkciji korištenja, a činila bi estetsku cjelinu s postojećom parkovnom površinom. Zadatak projektanta je da izvede podzemnu garažu koja ne smije ugroziti postojeće visoko zelenilo.

U obuhvatu se nalaze dvije čestice koje su u gradskom vlasništvu, jedna se odnosi na sadašnji asfaltirani parking i zemljanu površinu na kojoj se parkiraju auti. Susjedna čestica je zeleni pokos prema ACI marini koji uključuje visoko zelenilo. Budući da se napominje kako se ne bi smjelo ugroziti visoko zelenilo izgradnjom podzemne garaže, valja se nadati da neće stradati stabla na pokosu radi iskopa građevinske jame za višeetažnu garažu. No, u projektnom zadatku stoji napomena kako se može razmisliti o omogućavanju pješačkog i kolnog povezivanja s opskrbnom prometnicom za ACI marinu (ulica Uvala Baluni).

Procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 215.000 eura bez PDV-a, a ugovor traje devet mjeseci. U proračunu Grada stoji kako bi se u ovoj godini za garažu Sustipan utrošilo 1.200.000 eura, a 2025. bi se trebalo potrošiti 10.100.000 eura.
Bez Wallner
Gradnja ove garaže nije povezana s parcelom poduzetnice Marine Wallner koja je koncem 2022. godine po paprenoj cijeni nudila na prvokup Gradu svoje zemljište od 1772 m2. Grad je odbio prihvatiti ponudu, što je izazvalo velike polemike na Gradskom vijeću. Do danas Wallnerova nije prodala parcelu, a Puljak je obećao kako će izgraditi garažu i bez njezina zemljišta.

– Imamo neke projekte već spremne za projektiranje – garaža na Sustipanu ima lokacijsku dozvolu, ići će brzo – kazao je Puljak koncem prošle godine, optimistično najavljujući kako će po Splitu riješiti probleme parkiranja.
Međutim, ta lokacijska dozvola se zapravo odnosi na širi obuhvat koji uključuje i česticu koja pripada Marini Wallner. Naime, 2019. je izdana lokacijska dozvola za javnu garažu na Sustipanu koja je obuhvaćala dvije gradske parcele za koje Grad sada raspisuje nabavu za projektnu dokumentaciju, ali i parcelu u vlasništvu Wallnerove. Ova lokacijska dozvola produžena je u listopadu 2021., dakle, za vrijeme ove vlasti. No, kad je Wallnerova izišla s cijenom za prodaju zemljišta, Grad se povukao.

Grad je raspisao nabavu za idejni, glavni, izvedbeni projekt i nadzor za javnu garažu na Sustipanu. Projektom je predviđena izgradnja garaže kapaciteta 400 parkirnih mjesta. Garaža je planirana kao samostalna građevina sa zelenim krovom. Zelena površina bi bila u javnoj funkciji korištenja, a činila bi estetsku cjelinu s postojećom parkovnom površinom. Zadatak projektanta je da izvede podzemnu garažu koja ne smije ugroziti postojeće visoko zelenilo.

U obuhvatu se nalaze dvije čestice koje su u gradskom vlasništvu, jedna se odnosi na sadašnji asfaltirani parking i zemljanu površinu na kojoj se parkiraju auti. Susjedna čestica je zeleni pokos prema ACI marini koji uključuje visoko zelenilo. Budući da se napominje kako se ne bi smjelo ugroziti visoko zelenilo izgradnjom podzemne garaže, valja se nadati da neće stradati stabla na pokosu radi iskopa građevinske jame za višeetažnu garažu. No, u projektnom zadatku stoji napomena kako se može razmisliti o omogućavanju pješačkog i kolnog povezivanja s opskrbnom prometnicom za ACI marinu (ulica Uvala Baluni).

Procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 215.000 eura bez PDV-a, a ugovor traje devet mjeseci. U proračunu Grada stoji kako bi se u ovoj godini za garažu Sustipan utrošilo 1.200.000 eura, a 2025. bi se trebalo potrošiti 10.100.000 eura.
Bez Wallner
Gradnja ove garaže nije povezana s parcelom poduzetnice Marine Wallner koja je koncem 2022. godine po paprenoj cijeni nudila na prvokup Gradu svoje zemljište od 1772 m2. Grad je odbio prihvatiti ponudu, što je izazvalo velike polemike na Gradskom vijeću. Do danas Wallnerova nije prodala parcelu, a Puljak je obećao kako će izgraditi garažu i bez njezina zemljišta.

– Imamo neke projekte već spremne za projektiranje – garaža na Sustipanu ima lokacijsku dozvolu, ići će brzo – kazao je Puljak koncem prošle godine, optimistično najavljujući kako će po Splitu riješiti probleme parkiranja.
Međutim, ta lokacijska dozvola se zapravo odnosi na širi obuhvat koji uključuje i česticu koja pripada Marini Wallner. Naime, 2019. je izdana lokacijska dozvola za javnu garažu na Sustipanu koja je obuhvaćala dvije gradske parcele za koje Grad sada raspisuje nabavu za projektnu dokumentaciju, ali i parcelu u vlasništvu Wallnerove. Ova lokacijska dozvola produžena je u listopadu 2021., dakle, za vrijeme ove vlasti. No, kad je Wallnerova izišla s cijenom za prodaju zemljišta, Grad se povukao.
