Hrvatske ceste su, nakon godina čekanja i brojnih prosvjeda i peripetija, ishodile lokacijsku dozvolu za spoj ceste kod trgovačkog centra Mall of Split s Jadranskom magistralom, objavio je Dalmacijadanas.
Prema riječima Kristijana Gele, predstavnik investitora, on je zadovoljan što su konačno Hrvatske ceste, koje su preuzele obavezi rješavanja tog prometnog problema, uspjele doći do lokacijske dozvole, no podsjeća kako su ‘prije deset godina imali pravomoćnu lokacijsku te predali zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu za istu prometnicu‘.
U Hrvatskim cestama su potvrdili kako je izrađen idejni projekt na temelju kojeg je 10. listopada ishođena lokacijska dozvola.
‘Dozvola je izdana u „Odsjeku za izdavanje akata prostornog uređenja i gradnje“ pri „Upravnom odjelu za urbanizam i izgradnju“ Grada Splita. ‘Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. ugovorile su izradu kompletne projektne dokumentacije i ishođenje svih potrebnih dozvola i suglasnosti za zahvat: „Izgradnja četvrtog kraka raskrižja Ulica Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata u Splitu“.
Ovim zahvatom ostvarit će se cestovni priključak gradskog kotara Mejaši na državne ceste DC 8 (Ulica Zbora narodne garde) i DC 433 (Ulica Domovinskog rata) te na širu mrežu prometnica. Zahvatom je predviđena izgradnja u dvije faze. U prvoj fazi bi se formirao priključak u obliku „desno-desno“, odnosno omogućilo bi se samo desno skretanje s i na DC 8, a u drugoj fazi bi se omogućili ostali smjerova kretanja.
Po ishođenju pravomoćnosti lokacijske dozvole nastavit će se s detaljnijom razradom projektne dokumentacije (glavni projekti i izvedbeni projekti) i pokrenuti postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole i svih suglasnosti potrebnih za početak radova.‘

Kako smo ranije pisali, to je možda najspominjaniji cestovni priključak u medijima. Jer ne samo da je bio razlog prosvjeda građana koji su izišli na ulice kako bi potakli odgovorne na njegovu gradnju, već i zbog toga što su dvojica braće Svaguša za 1,5 milijuna eura prodali bespravno izgrađenu obiteljsku kuću blizu izuzetno prometne ceste, samo zato što su je izgradili na mjestu tog, GUP-om planiranog, cestovnog priključka.

Hrvatske ceste su, nakon godina čekanja i brojnih prosvjeda i peripetija, ishodile lokacijsku dozvolu za spoj ceste kod trgovačkog centra Mall of Split s Jadranskom magistralom, objavio je Dalmacijadanas.
Prema riječima Kristijana Gele, predstavnik investitora, on je zadovoljan što su konačno Hrvatske ceste, koje su preuzele obavezi rješavanja tog prometnog problema, uspjele doći do lokacijske dozvole, no podsjeća kako su ‘prije deset godina imali pravomoćnu lokacijsku te predali zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu za istu prometnicu‘.
U Hrvatskim cestama su potvrdili kako je izrađen idejni projekt na temelju kojeg je 10. listopada ishođena lokacijska dozvola.
‘Dozvola je izdana u „Odsjeku za izdavanje akata prostornog uređenja i gradnje“ pri „Upravnom odjelu za urbanizam i izgradnju“ Grada Splita. Projekt je usklađen s prostorno-planskom dokumentacijom Grada Splita te sa svim zakonima, pravilnicima i normama koji se odnose na projektiranje cesta.‘ - kažu iz HC-a za Dalmacijadanas, te potvrđuju kako će se za koju godinicu se na Mejaše voziti direktno s Domovinskog rata...

‘Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. ugovorile su izradu kompletne projektne dokumentacije i ishođenje svih potrebnih dozvola i suglasnosti za zahvat: „Izgradnja četvrtog kraka raskrižja Ulica Zbora narodne garde i Domovinskog rata u Splitu“.
Ovim zahvatom ostvarit će se cestovni priključak gradskog kotara Mejaši na državne ceste DC 8 (Ulica Zbora narodne garde) i DC 433 (Ulica Domovinskog rata) te na širu mrežu prometnica. Zahvatom je predviđena izgradnja u dvije faze. U prvoj fazi bi se formirao priključak u obliku „desno-desno“, odnosno omogućilo bi se samo desno skretanje s i na DC 8, a u drugoj fazi bi se omogućili ostali smjerova kretanja.
Po ishođenju pravomoćnosti lokacijske dozvole nastavit će se s detaljnijom razradom projektne dokumentacije (glavni projekti i izvedbeni projekti) i pokrenuti postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole i svih suglasnosti potrebnih za početak radova.‘

Kako smo ranije pisali, to je možda najspominjaniji cestovni priključak u medijima. Jer ne samo da je bio razlog prosvjeda građana koji su izišli na ulice kako bi potakli odgovorne na njegovu gradnju, već i zbog toga što su dvojica braće Svaguša za 1,5 milijuna eura prodali bespravno izgrađenu obiteljsku kuću blizu izuzetno prometne ceste, samo zato što su je izgradili na mjestu tog, GUP-om planiranog, cestovnog priključka.
