Nakon što su se 15. ožujka 1991. godine pripadnici Specijalne jedinice policije postrojili u streljani zgrade Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, u sve akcije kretali su iz Vile Dalmacije.

Upravo zbog toga, na svečanosti obilježavanja 25. godišnjice osnivanja ove legendarne postrojbe i Udruge specijalne jedinice policije BATT-Split, danas će u prostorima ratne baze, u sklopu kompleksa Vile Dalmacije, general pukovnik u miru Mladen Markač otkriti spomen ploču pripadnicima BATT-a.

Ratni zapovjednik specijalnih redarstvenih jedinica MUP-a RH kao izaslanik predsjednice Republike Kolinde Grabar-Kitarović time će odati počast postrojbi koja je zajedno s ostalim postrojbama specijalne policije od početka Domovinskog rata do Oluje vodila bitke na Velebitu, te ostalim bojišnicama diljem Hrvatske, Velebit obranila i oslobodila.

U operaciji Maslenica upravo su splitski specijalci porazili srpske agresore na Tulovim gredama, čime je operacija uspješno okončana 27. siječnja 1993. godine.

Kažimo i da Specijalnu jedinicu policije Split od 17. prosinca 2010. godine vodi Anton Dražina, koji je cijelo vrijeme Domovinskog rata ratovao na Velebitu, kao pripadnik zadarskih "Poskoka".

Ove, 25. godišnjice osnivanja Specijalne jedinice policije BATT – Split još se jednom sjetimo pripadnika postrojbe koji su položili svoj život za Domovinu, a to su: Ivan Tomaš, Kažimir Abramović, Zoran Bočina, Jakov Topić, Mario Selak, Hrvoje Čovo, Viktor Lizatović, Ivan Gilić, te Oliver Marić i Marko Bandalo u miru. Sve su nas zadužili i na tome im vječno hvala.
 

Svečani program

Svečanost obilježavanja 25. godišnjice osnivanja Specijalne jedinice policije BATT i Dan udruge održava se u utorak 5. travnja, pod pokroviteljstvom predsjednice RH, prema sljedećem rasporedu:

- 11 sati: polaganje vijenaca na centralnom spomeniku u bazi SJP u Mravincima
- 12 sati: polaganje vijenaca na braniteljskom groblju na Lovrincu
- 13 sati: svečana akademija u ratnoj bazi SJP BATT (MedILS, Šetalište Ivana Meštrovića 45)
- 15.30 sati: sveta misa u crkvi svetog Ante na Poljudu

Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska i specijalna jedinica policije BATT - Split poziva sve veterane specijalne jedinice, kao i sve građane, da svojom nazočnošću uveličaju ovu obljetnicu.

Nakon što su se 15. ožujka 1991. godine pripadnici Specijalne jedinice policije postrojili u streljani zgrade Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, u sve akcije kretali su iz Vile Dalmacije.

Upravo zbog toga, na svečanosti obilježavanja 25. godišnjice osnivanja ove legendarne postrojbe i Udruge specijalne jedinice policije BATT-Split, danas će u prostorima ratne baze, u sklopu kompleksa Vile Dalmacije, general pukovnik u miru Mladen Markač otkriti spomen ploču pripadnicima BATT-a.

Ratni zapovjednik specijalnih redarstvenih jedinica MUP-a RH kao izaslanik predsjednice Republike Kolinde Grabar-Kitarović time će odati počast postrojbi koja je zajedno s ostalim postrojbama specijalne policije od početka Domovinskog rata do Oluje vodila bitke na Velebitu, te ostalim bojišnicama diljem Hrvatske, Velebit obranila i oslobodila.

U operaciji Maslenica upravo su splitski specijalci porazili srpske agresore na Tulovim gredama, čime je operacija uspješno okončana 27. siječnja 1993. godine.

Kažimo i da Specijalnu jedinicu policije Split od 17. prosinca 2010. godine vodi Anton Dražina, koji je cijelo vrijeme Domovinskog rata ratovao na Velebitu, kao pripadnik zadarskih "Poskoka".

Ove, 25. godišnjice osnivanja Specijalne jedinice policije BATT – Split još se jednom sjetimo pripadnika postrojbe koji su položili svoj život za Domovinu, a to su: Ivan Tomaš, Kažimir Abramović, Zoran Bočina, Jakov Topić, Mario Selak, Hrvoje Čovo, Viktor Lizatović, Ivan Gilić, te Oliver Marić i Marko Bandalo u miru. Sve su nas zadužili i na tome im vječno hvala.
 

Svečani program

Svečanost obilježavanja 25. godišnjice osnivanja Specijalne jedinice policije BATT i Dan udruge održava se u utorak 5. travnja, pod pokroviteljstvom predsjednice RH, prema sljedećem rasporedu:

- 11 sati: polaganje vijenaca na centralnom spomeniku u bazi SJP u Mravincima
- 12 sati: polaganje vijenaca na braniteljskom groblju na Lovrincu
- 13 sati: svečana akademija u ratnoj bazi SJP BATT (MedILS, Šetalište Ivana Meštrovića 45)
- 15.30 sati: sveta misa u crkvi svetog Ante na Poljudu

Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska i specijalna jedinica policije BATT - Split poziva sve veterane specijalne jedinice, kao i sve građane, da svojom nazočnošću uveličaju ovu obljetnicu.
