Ovo je sad već previše. Netko je na Njuškalu oglasio stan na Duilovu, dakle rubnom gradskom kvartu i napisao da je cijena "PRILIKA". Dakle, sad i nikad više.
No, ta "prilika" košta 850 eura! Da ponovimo, dvosobni stan u udaljenom gradskom kvartu za 850 eura. Ima 78 kvadrata.
Pogledali smo malo fotografije, lijep, uredan i nadasve prosječan stan. Ništa ekstra. Ali cijena je zato itekako ekstra.
- Ja iznajmljujem svoj stan od 100 kvadrata i 30 kvadrata terase za točno 500 eura na Brdima, s potpisanim ugovorom. I mislim da je to pošteno. Stan je dugoročno uzela jedna mlada obitelj - kaže nam jedna gospođa, navodeći da je ova cijena gore nerazumna i teško da će taj iznos platiti ‘domaći svit‘.

Na raznim FB grupama su brojni komentirali ovu "jedinstvenu priliku".
- Ovaj stan vrijedi 550 eura maksimalno mjesečno. Ljudi u Hrvatskoj rade za 600 eura prosjek... Sad računajte dvoje ljudi radi i imaju 1200 eura primanja,100 eura je vrtić ako imaju dijete, 150 eura režija. Pa kontajte koliko im ostaje za hranu i život... A di je roba, škola i oprema za školu... Ja bi gledala s ljudske strane i našla poštene dobre ljude da mi drže do stana dugoročno, a ne da tražite onoliko koliko vam fali u budžetu misečno.
- Di će vam duša? Ako vam je Bog da da imate 2 stana onda se ne treba bahatiti da vam se loše ne vrati. Nekom će te pružiti krov nad glavom tako to gledajte. Jer stan ljudi uzimaju iz nužnosti jer nemaju di živiti. Eto tako ja to gledam i gledat ću do smrti iako imam za sebe.
- Ovo je neprilika, a ne prilika.
- Ma dajte, ovo je za nekakve bogate digitalne nomade, e na za Splićane. I to još na Duilovu, treba vam pola sata - 45 minuta pješke do centra. Bliže je Solin.
- Realna vrijednost ovog stana je pola ove cijene.
- Evo, gledam malo sličice stana i ok je, uredno, ali čisti prosjek. Nemu tu ništa izvanredno da bi zahtijevalo ovoliku cijenu. Stol, stolice i televizija ko u moje babe u Podstrani.
- Asti masti, pa ne vidjeh odavno ovolikog bahatluka i bezobrazluka. Ma da su stavili 500 pa ajde, ajde, ali 850! Osamstopedesetttttttttttttttttttt! Kad vidim ovo - planem od bijesa.
- Ljudi, ne budite nerazumni, agencija i iznajmljivači stana su postavili cijenu, ako ko ima platit će, a ako nema spustit će cijene. Ovo je kapitalizam i zakon tržišta. I ne glumite neke poštenjake i ljudi koji se zgražaju, da i vi možete pucali bi ovakve cijene. I ne, nemam ja puste stanove, nego govorim ovako....

Ovo je sad već previše. Netko je na Njuškalu oglasio stan na Duilovu, dakle rubnom gradskom kvartu i napisao da je cijena "PRILIKA". Dakle, sad i nikad više.
No, ta "prilika" košta 850 eura! Da ponovimo, dvosobni stan u udaljenom gradskom kvartu za 850 eura. Ima 78 kvadrata.
Pogledali smo malo fotografije, lijep, uredan i nadasve prosječan stan. Ništa ekstra. Ali cijena je zato itekako ekstra.
- Ja iznajmljujem svoj stan od 100 kvadrata i 30 kvadrata terase za točno 500 eura na Brdima, s potpisanim ugovorom. I mislim da je to pošteno. Stan je dugoročno uzela jedna mlada obitelj - kaže nam jedna gospođa, navodeći da je ova cijena gore nerazumna i teško da će taj iznos platiti ‘domaći svit‘.

Na raznim FB grupama su brojni komentirali ovu "jedinstvenu priliku".
- Ovaj stan vrijedi 550 eura maksimalno mjesečno. Ljudi u Hrvatskoj rade za 600 eura prosjek... Sad računajte dvoje ljudi radi i imaju 1200 eura primanja,100 eura je vrtić ako imaju dijete, 150 eura režija. Pa kontajte koliko im ostaje za hranu i život... A di je roba, škola i oprema za školu... Ja bi gledala s ljudske strane i našla poštene dobre ljude da mi drže do stana dugoročno, a ne da tražite onoliko koliko vam fali u budžetu misečno.
- Di će vam duša? Ako vam je Bog da da imate 2 stana onda se ne treba bahatiti da vam se loše ne vrati. Nekom će te pružiti krov nad glavom tako to gledajte. Jer stan ljudi uzimaju iz nužnosti jer nemaju di živiti. Eto tako ja to gledam i gledat ću do smrti iako imam za sebe.
- Ovo je neprilika, a ne prilika.
- Ma dajte, ovo je za nekakve bogate digitalne nomade, e na za Splićane. I to još na Duilovu, treba vam pola sata - 45 minuta pješke do centra. Bliže je Solin.
- Realna vrijednost ovog stana je pola ove cijene.
- Evo, gledam malo sličice stana i ok je, uredno, ali čisti prosjek. Nemu tu ništa izvanredno da bi zahtijevalo ovoliku cijenu. Stol, stolice i televizija ko u moje babe u Podstrani.
- Asti masti, pa ne vidjeh odavno ovolikog bahatluka i bezobrazluka. Ma da su stavili 500 pa ajde, ajde, ali 850! Osamstopedesetttttttttttttttttttt! Kad vidim ovo - planem od bijesa.
- Ljudi, ne budite nerazumni, agencija i iznajmljivači stana su postavili cijenu, ako ko ima platit će, a ako nema spustit će cijene. Ovo je kapitalizam i zakon tržišta. I ne glumite neke poštenjake i ljudi koji se zgražaju, da i vi možete pucali bi ovakve cijene. I ne, nemam ja puste stanove, nego govorim ovako....
