Grad Split tražit će od najmanje troje korisnika gradskih stanova da ih vrate jer su na njih izgubili pravo kada su im se promijenile materijalne okolnosti.
Radi se opernom prvaku Ivici Čikešu, zatim Igoru Boraski, osvajaču olimpijske medalje, te Splićanki koja već desetak godina više ne djeluje u gradu pod Marjanom.
Gradska uprava navodno ima saznanja da je Ivica Čikeš jedno vrijeme bio u vlasništvu druge nekretnine, a on je to za Dalmatinski portal komentirao:

Boraskina uža obitelj, kako smatraju u Banovini, u vlasništvu ima stanove.
- Stan sam dobio prije dvadesetak godina, kao i drugi zaslužni olimpijci. Pokrenuo sam proceduru za otkup po tržišnoj cijeni još prije pet godina, tek kada sam izašao iz Vijeća i to iz moralnih razloga. Nisu se promijenile okolnosti na osnovu kojega sam ga dobio. Naime, Služba za gradsku imovinu napravila je reviziju korisnika gradskih stanova, te će uskoro objaviti popis stanara po privilegiranoj cijeni i njihova dugovanja. U stanove koji se vrate zbog korištenja bez pravne osnove Grad bi, prema dostupnim informacijama, trebao smjestiti Splićane koji su zbog teških životnih uvjeta zaslužili kvadrate.

Radi se opernom prvaku Ivici Čikešu, zatim Igoru Boraski, osvajaču olimpijske medalje, te Splićanki koja već desetak godina više ne djeluje u gradu pod Marjanom.
Gradska uprava navodno ima saznanja da je Ivica Čikeš jedno vrijeme bio u vlasništvu druge nekretnine, a on je to za Dalmatinski portal komentirao:

- Stan sam dobio prije dvadesetak godina, kao i drugi zaslužni olimpijci. Pokrenuo sam proceduru za otkup po tržišnoj cijeni još prije pet godina, tek kada sam izašao iz Vijeća i to iz moralnih razloga. Nisu se promijenile okolnosti na osnovu kojega sam ga dobio. Naime, Služba za gradsku imovinu napravila je reviziju korisnika gradskih stanova, te će uskoro objaviti popis stanara po privilegiranoj cijeni i njihova dugovanja. U stanove koji se vrate zbog korištenja bez pravne osnove Grad bi, prema dostupnim informacijama, trebao smjestiti Splićane koji su zbog teških životnih uvjeta zaslužili kvadrate.
