Na natječaj za izradu izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenje Grada Splita i Izmjena i dopuna Generalnog urbanističkog plana javile su se tvrtke Urbos i GIS plan. Dvije tvrtke, koje se ovdje javljaju odvojeno, do sada su izrađivale ove ključne prostorno- planske dokumente Grada Splita u zadnjih 15-tak godina.
Naime, GUP i PPUG iz 2005. radile su obje tvrtke. Opsežne izmjene GUP-a iz 2008. izradio je Urbos. Izmjene PPUG-a i GUP-a u vrijeme Ive Baldasara, koje nisu usvojene, radili su GIS plan, Urbos i Geoprojekt.
Drugim riječima, na javnu nabavu javile su se tvrtke „zadužene” za izradu novijih krovnih urbanističkih planova Splita.
Urbos je istaknuo cijenu od 762.500 kn, a GIS plan od 618.750 kuna.
Podsjetimo, odluku da se krene u izradu izmjena i dopuna ovih prostornih planova nedavno je usvojilo Gradsko vijeće. Osim usklađivanja sa zakonima i propisima, ima i nekih konkretnih stvari koje bi s trebale realizirati. U Park šumi Marjan bi valjalo smanjiti građevinska područja namjene uređena plaža, R3, u skladu sa stvarnim stanjem na terenu, kako bi se izbjegle građevinske devastacije. Propisala bi se potreba obavezne izrade smjernica za urbanistički plan uređenja (UPU) za Park šumu Marjan.
Također, zadatak je urbanista, po odluci Gradskog vijeća, da izvrše preispitivanje i izmjenu sadašnjih prostorno planskih rješenja radi mogućnosti gradnje objekata javne namjene, kao što su vrtići i škole, te zbog garaža i tržnica, kao i gradnje školskih dvorana uz postojeće školske objekte. Također, morali bi preispitati mogućnosti da se u planovima povećaju zelene površine i da se propišu strože planske mjere za njihovu zaštitu.
Što se tiče infrastrukture, trebali bi ispitati uvjete gradnje prometnih sustava za planirani ulaz u Split preko čvora Vučevica, kao i prometno povezivanje za novo stambeno naselje na Korešnici, a trebali bi i riješiti pitanje ulaza i izlaza iz Gradske luke.

Na natječaj za izradu izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenje Grada Splita i Izmjena i dopuna Generalnog urbanističkog plana javile su se tvrtke Urbos i GIS plan. Dvije tvrtke, koje se ovdje javljaju odvojeno, do sada su izrađivale ove ključne prostorno- planske dokumente Grada Splita u zadnjih 15-tak godina.
Naime, GUP i PPUG iz 2005. radile su obje tvrtke. Opsežne izmjene GUP-a iz 2008. izradio je Urbos. Izmjene PPUG-a i GUP-a u vrijeme Ive Baldasara, koje nisu usvojene, radili su GIS plan, Urbos i Geoprojekt.
Drugim riječima, na javnu nabavu javile su se tvrtke „zadužene” za izradu novijih krovnih urbanističkih planova Splita.
Urbos je istaknuo cijenu od 762.500 kn, a GIS plan od 618.750 kuna.
Podsjetimo, odluku da se krene u izradu izmjena i dopuna ovih prostornih planova nedavno je usvojilo Gradsko vijeće. Osim usklađivanja sa zakonima i propisima, ima i nekih konkretnih stvari koje bi s trebale realizirati. U Park šumi Marjan bi valjalo smanjiti građevinska područja namjene uređena plaža, R3, u skladu sa stvarnim stanjem na terenu, kako bi se izbjegle građevinske devastacije. Propisala bi se potreba obavezne izrade smjernica za urbanistički plan uređenja (UPU) za Park šumu Marjan.
Također, zadatak je urbanista, po odluci Gradskog vijeća, da izvrše preispitivanje i izmjenu sadašnjih prostorno planskih rješenja radi mogućnosti gradnje objekata javne namjene, kao što su vrtići i škole, te zbog garaža i tržnica, kao i gradnje školskih dvorana uz postojeće školske objekte. Također, morali bi preispitati mogućnosti da se u planovima povećaju zelene površine i da se propišu strože planske mjere za njihovu zaštitu.
Što se tiče infrastrukture, trebali bi ispitati uvjete gradnje prometnih sustava za planirani ulaz u Split preko čvora Vučevica, kao i prometno povezivanje za novo stambeno naselje na Korešnici, a trebali bi i riješiti pitanje ulaza i izlaza iz Gradske luke.
