Poznati francuski lanac hotela B&B krajem iduće godine trebao bi otvoriti svoj prvi hotel u Hrvatskoj. Ne čudi nas da su odabrali baš Split, no zanimljivo je da će idućih 20 godina poslovati na Mejašima, prigradskom kvartu u kojem su donedavno starosjedioci držali stoku, a navodno se u nekim kućanstvima i danas nađe pokoji primjerak peradi.

Prije pola godine izdana je građevinska dozvola, gradilište je već prijavljeno, imenovan je nadzor, radovi će krenuti oko Uskrsa, a planirani rok za završetak je 18 mjeseci.

Potvrdio nam je to Kristijan Gelo, predstavnik investitora "Tulipan Grupacije" u čijem je vlasništvu Mall of Split te većina građevnih parcela u okolici.

- Vratimo se na kraj 90-ih godina kada su se kod nas pojavili niskobudžetne zrakoplovne kompanije, koje su s odličnom uslugom jeftino povezale nebrojeno gradova. B&B je upravo to na hotelskoj sceni. Moderno uređen, novi hotel, ali jeftin. Imat će 126 soba, a popularan je zbog povoljnih cijena. Zato smo s tim lancem hotela potpisali dugoročni ugovor o najmu - kazao je Gelo i najavio investiciju tešku 100 milijuna kuna.

Hotelsku zgradu koja će se sastojati od prizemlja i osam katova te dva poslovna prostora trgovačke ili ugostiteljske namjene, pratit će i poslovni neboder visine 15 katova za koji su poduzetnici iskazali velik interes. Uredi će se prostirati na nešto više od 5000 metara četvornih, odnosno 370 kvadrata po katu. Naglasio je kako je prizemlje nebodera odavno rezervirano za salon automobila Nissan i Ford te servis.

No, Kristijan Gelo još uvijek ističe problem takozvane kuće ‘Svaguša’ koja godinama sprječava spajanje kvarta Mejaši, ali i trgovačkog centra "Mall of Split" na Ulicu Zbora narodne garde. Podsjetimo, izgradnju cestovnog priključka na toj lokaciji predviđa Generalni urbanistički plan,a spomenutu planiranu prometnicu najviše priželjkuje upravo ulagač u šoping-centar koji na Mejašima planira nove građevinske pothvate, a interes za cestovni spoj na taj izlaz iz grada više puta su iskazali i stanovnici Mejaša, kao i susjednih kvartova.

- Mi guramo ljude s istočnog dijela, preko Mertojaka i Visoke u grad, da bi izašli iz grada, što je apsurdno. Umjesto da dođu ovdje, skrenu bez semafora i ne stvaraju nepotrebne gužve. Koja je svrha raditi zaobilaznicu ako nemaš pristup do te zaobilaznice? Što je najgore, mi nismo tražili izmjene GUP-a već smo probali provesti u djelo ono što je već upisano.

Donekle smo to napravili, ali još uvijek ne onoliko koliko je planirano - zaključio je Kristijan Gelo, predstavnik investitora koji su preko pet godina čekali usvajanje Detaljnog plana uređenja kako bi uopće mogli započeti s planiranim projektima. Osim hotelsko-poslovnih tu su i stambene zgrade koje na Mejašima niču kao gljive poslije kiše, ali još uvijek, napominje Gelo, bez podrške gradske vlasti.

Pet friendly hotelski lanac

 

B&B lanac hotela posluje u nekoliko svjetskih i europskih država. Sjedište im je u Francuskoj gdje imaju 319 hotela, u Njemačkoj 151 objekt, Italiji 53, Španjolskoj 39, a hotele su otvorili i u Poljskoj, Portugalu, Švicarskoj, Brazilu, Austriji, Belgiji… Na podužoj listi iduće godine će se naći i Hrvatska. Riječ je o ‘pet friendly’ hotelima u koje gosti mogu dolaziti s kućnim ljubimcem, što je rijetkost na našem tržištu.

Tragom novca

 

Zanimljiva je i informacija da je poslovni prostor za sebe rezervirao jedan javni bilježnik koji će se preseliti iz središta grada na Mejaše. To je dovoljan dokaz da je taj kvart procvjetao. Bez obzira na brojne investicije na istočnom dijelu grada, valja pratiti trag javnih bilježnika koji svoje urede otvaraju tamo gdje ima potrebe za njihovom uslugom, a na Mejašima već odavno postoji potreba.

Poznati francuski lanac hotela B&B krajem iduće godine trebao bi otvoriti svoj prvi hotel u Hrvatskoj. Ne čudi nas da su odabrali baš Split, no zanimljivo je da će idućih 20 godina poslovati na Mejašima, prigradskom kvartu u kojem su donedavno starosjedioci držali stoku, a navodno se u nekim kućanstvima i danas nađe pokoji primjerak peradi.

Prije pola godine izdana je građevinska dozvola, gradilište je već prijavljeno, imenovan je nadzor, radovi će krenuti oko Uskrsa, a planirani rok za završetak je 18 mjeseci.

Potvrdio nam je to Kristijan Gelo, predstavnik investitora "Tulipan Grupacije" u čijem je vlasništvu Mall of Split te većina građevnih parcela u okolici.

- Vratimo se na kraj 90-ih godina kada su se kod nas pojavili niskobudžetne zrakoplovne kompanije, koje su s odličnom uslugom jeftino povezale nebrojeno gradova. B&B je upravo to na hotelskoj sceni. Moderno uređen, novi hotel, ali jeftin. Imat će 126 soba, a popularan je zbog povoljnih cijena. Zato smo s tim lancem hotela potpisali dugoročni ugovor o najmu - kazao je Gelo i najavio investiciju tešku 100 milijuna kuna.

Hotelsku zgradu koja će se sastojati od prizemlja i osam katova te dva poslovna prostora trgovačke ili ugostiteljske namjene, pratit će i poslovni neboder visine 15 katova za koji su poduzetnici iskazali velik interes. Uredi će se prostirati na nešto više od 5000 metara četvornih, odnosno 370 kvadrata po katu. Naglasio je kako je prizemlje nebodera odavno rezervirano za salon automobila Nissan i Ford te servis.

No, Kristijan Gelo još uvijek ističe problem takozvane kuće ‘Svaguša’ koja godinama sprječava spajanje kvarta Mejaši, ali i trgovačkog centra "Mall of Split" na Ulicu Zbora narodne garde. Podsjetimo, izgradnju cestovnog priključka na toj lokaciji predviđa Generalni urbanistički plan,a spomenutu planiranu prometnicu najviše priželjkuje upravo ulagač u šoping-centar koji na Mejašima planira nove građevinske pothvate, a interes za cestovni spoj na taj izlaz iz grada više puta su iskazali i stanovnici Mejaša, kao i susjednih kvartova.

- Mi guramo ljude s istočnog dijela, preko Mertojaka i Visoke u grad, da bi izašli iz grada, što je apsurdno. Umjesto da dođu ovdje, skrenu bez semafora i ne stvaraju nepotrebne gužve. Koja je svrha raditi zaobilaznicu ako nemaš pristup do te zaobilaznice? Što je najgore, mi nismo tražili izmjene GUP-a već smo probali provesti u djelo ono što je već upisano.

Donekle smo to napravili, ali još uvijek ne onoliko koliko je planirano - zaključio je Kristijan Gelo, predstavnik investitora koji su preko pet godina čekali usvajanje Detaljnog plana uređenja kako bi uopće mogli započeti s planiranim projektima. Osim hotelsko-poslovnih tu su i stambene zgrade koje na Mejašima niču kao gljive poslije kiše, ali još uvijek, napominje Gelo, bez podrške gradske vlasti.

Pet friendly hotelski lanac

 

B&B lanac hotela posluje u nekoliko svjetskih i europskih država. Sjedište im je u Francuskoj gdje imaju 319 hotela, u Njemačkoj 151 objekt, Italiji 53, Španjolskoj 39, a hotele su otvorili i u Poljskoj, Portugalu, Švicarskoj, Brazilu, Austriji, Belgiji… Na podužoj listi iduće godine će se naći i Hrvatska. Riječ je o ‘pet friendly’ hotelima u koje gosti mogu dolaziti s kućnim ljubimcem, što je rijetkost na našem tržištu.

Tragom novca

 

Zanimljiva je i informacija da je poslovni prostor za sebe rezervirao jedan javni bilježnik koji će se preseliti iz središta grada na Mejaše. To je dovoljan dokaz da je taj kvart procvjetao. Bez obzira na brojne investicije na istočnom dijelu grada, valja pratiti trag javnih bilježnika koji svoje urede otvaraju tamo gdje ima potrebe za njihovom uslugom, a na Mejašima već odavno postoji potreba.

Poznati francuski lanac hotela B&B krajem iduće godine trebao bi otvoriti svoj prvi hotel u Hrvatskoj. Ne čudi nas da su odabrali baš Split, no zanimljivo je da će idućih 20 godina poslovati na Mejašima, prigradskom kvartu u kojem su donedavno starosjedioci držali stoku, a navodno se u nekim kućanstvima i danas nađe pokoji primjerak peradi.

Prije pola godine izdana je građevinska dozvola, gradilište je već prijavljeno, imenovan je nadzor, radovi će krenuti oko Uskrsa, a planirani rok za završetak je 18 mjeseci.

Potvrdio nam je to Kristijan Gelo, predstavnik investitora "Tulipan Grupacije" u čijem je vlasništvu Mall of Split te većina građevnih parcela u okolici.

- Vratimo se na kraj 90-ih godina kada su se kod nas pojavili niskobudžetne zrakop...
