Prije nekoliko mjeseci su nakon kratkog štrajka digli radnicima plaće, a sad Splićanima dižu cijene svojih usluga. Riječ je o splitskoj Čistoći, gradskoj komunalnoj firmi na čije usluge građani posljednjih mjesecima imaju brojne primjedbe, prvenstveno na račun toga da se neredoviti odvozi otpad, ali i da je grad izuzetno šporak, naročito ljeti.

Evo njihove obavijesti o novim cijenama u nastavku:

"Kako bi nastavila sa ulaganjima u unaprjeđenje sustava razdvajanja otpada i podizanje ukupnog standarda komunalne usluge, Čistoća d.o.o. će od 1. prosinca 2023. početi s primjenom novog cjenika javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada na području grada Splita. Novim cjenikom korigira se varijabilni dio cijene javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada za sve korisnike s dosadašnjih 0,0066 eura po litri na 0,013 eura po litri. Fiksni dio cijene za kućanstva na nivou mjeseca se ne mijenja i ostaje 3,98 eura, odnosno 13,27 eura za pravne subjekte.

Ovom korekcijom varijabilnog dijela cijene javne usluge prikupljanja otpada, ukupno mjesečno povećanje računa za prosječnu tročlanu obitelj iznosit će 1,76 eura. Radi se, dakle, o povećanju cijene za 0,58 EUR po članu obitelji. Primjerice, cijena odvoza otpada za tročlanu obitelj u Splitu trenutno iznosi 6,30 eura, a nakon povećanja će iznositi 8,06 eura. Cijena za domaćinstvo i nakon ove korekcije ostat će među najnižima u Hrvatskoj.

-Čistoća d.o.o. godinama održava najnižu moguću cijenu usluge za građane krajnje racionalnim poslovanjem i maksimalnom koordinacijom ljudskih i materijalnih resursa. Provedba aktivnosti prema Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom i podizanje usluge na višu razinu, pored ulaganja u infrastrukturu, koja, između ostalog uključuju čipiranje i barkodiranje spremnika, opremanje specijalnih radnih vozila, uvođenje elektronske evidencije odvoza, zahtijeva i dodatne aktivnosti usmjerene na povećanje postotka odvajanja reciklabilnog i biootpada. Dosadašnjim ulaganjima i naporima, postotak odlaganja stalno raste, no za postizanje propisane stope od 50% potrebni su dodatni zajednički napori i ulaganja tvrtke, uz još veću suradnju građana - kazao je direktor Čistoće, Ivica Karoglan, istaknuvši kako turistička sezona stvara dodatne pritiske i troškove na koje tvrtka mora biti u stanju primjereno odgovoriti.

Samu izgradnju infrastrukture Čistoća će osigurati sredstvima iz fiksnog dijela naknade, unutarnjim rezervama te sredstvima iz domaćih i europskih fondova. Korekcijom cijene, Čistoća će nastaviti s ulaganjima u nabavu polu-podzemnih spremnika, specijalnih vozila za njihovo pražnjenje i pranje, rotosita, biostabilizatora, uređaja za mljevenje otpada, baliranje reciklabilnog otpada, sustav elektronske evidencije pražnjenja, novi način upravljanja poslovnim procesima i primjenu drugih učinkovitih suvremenih rješenja.

Time će se istovremeno unaprjeđivati uvjeti za recikliranje i stimulirati građane da odvajaju otpad još više i lakše, kako bi se, među ostalim, smanjio pritisak na odlagalište na Karepovcu. Podizanje standarda čistoće i razdvajanja otpada je imperativ Čistoće i Grada Splita te je preduvjet za kvalitetan život građana i održiv razvoj grada. Stoga pozivamo građane na daljnju suradnju, kako bismo zajedno dosegnuli najviše standarde čistoće i odvajanja otpada."

Prije nekoliko mjeseci su nakon kratkog štrajka digli radnicima plaće, a sad Splićanima dižu cijene svojih usluga. Riječ je o splitskoj Čistoći, gradskoj komunalnoj firmi na čije usluge građani posljednjih mjesecima imaju brojne primjedbe, prvenstveno na račun toga da se neredoviti odvozi otpad, ali i da je grad izuzetno šporak, naročito ljeti.

Evo njihove obavijesti o novim cijenama u nastavku:

"Kako bi nastavila sa ulaganjima u unaprjeđenje sustava razdvajanja otpada i podizanje ukupnog standarda komunalne usluge, Čistoća d.o.o. će od 1. prosinca 2023. početi s primjenom novog cjenika javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada na području grada Splita. Novim cjenikom korigira se varijabilni dio cijene javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada za sve korisnike s dosadašnjih 0,0066 eura po litri na 0,013 eura po litri. Fiksni dio cijene za kućanstva na nivou mjeseca se ne mijenja i ostaje 3,98 eura, odnosno 13,27 eura za pravne subjekte.

Ovom korekcijom varijabilnog dijela cijene javne usluge prikupljanja otpada, ukupno mjesečno povećanje računa za prosječnu tročlanu obitelj iznosit će 1,76 eura. Radi se, dakle, o povećanju cijene za 0,58 EUR po članu obitelji. Primjerice, cijena odvoza otpada za tročlanu obitelj u Splitu trenutno iznosi 6,30 eura, a nakon povećanja će iznositi 8,06 eura. Cijena za domaćinstvo i nakon ove korekcije ostat će među najnižima u Hrvatskoj.

-Čistoća d.o.o. godinama održava najnižu moguću cijenu usluge za građane krajnje racionalnim poslovanjem i maksimalnom koordinacijom ljudskih i materijalnih resursa. Provedba aktivnosti prema Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom i podizanje usluge na višu razinu, pored ulaganja u infrastrukturu, koja, između ostalog uključuju čipiranje i barkodiranje spremnika, opremanje specijalnih radnih vozila, uvođenje elektronske evidencije odvoza, zahtijeva i dodatne aktivnosti usmjerene na povećanje postotka odvajanja reciklabilnog i biootpada. Dosadašnjim ulaganjima i naporima, postotak odlaganja stalno raste, no za postizanje propisane stope od 50% potrebni su dodatni zajednički napori i ulaganja tvrtke, uz još veću suradnju građana - kazao je direktor Čistoće, Ivica Karoglan, istaknuvši kako turistička sezona stvara dodatne pritiske i troškove na koje tvrtka mora biti u stanju primjereno odgovoriti.

Samu izgradnju infrastrukture Čistoća će osigurati sredstvima iz fiksnog dijela naknade, unutarnjim rezervama te sredstvima iz domaćih i europskih fondova. Korekcijom cijene, Čistoća će nastaviti s ulaganjima u nabavu polu-podzemnih spremnika, specijalnih vozila za njihovo pražnjenje i pranje, rotosita, biostabilizatora, uređaja za mljevenje otpada, baliranje reciklabilnog otpada, sustav elektronske evidencije pražnjenja, novi način upravljanja poslovnim procesima i primjenu drugih učinkovitih suvremenih rješenja.

Time će se istovremeno unaprjeđivati uvjeti za recikliranje i stimulirati građane da odvajaju otpad još više i lakše, kako bi se, među ostalim, smanjio pritisak na odlagalište na Karepovcu. Podizanje standarda čistoće i razdvajanja otpada je imperativ Čistoće i Grada Splita te je preduvjet za kvalitetan život građana i održiv razvoj grada. Stoga pozivamo građane na daljnju suradnju, kako bismo zajedno dosegnuli najviše standarde čistoće i odvajanja otpada."
