Zaključen je prvi krug licitacija za poslovne prostore na splitskim tržnicama. Nakon relativno mirnog utorka kada su se nudili iznosi koje su unajmljivači spremni mjesečno izdvajati za objekte na glavnom splitskom Pazaru, prostore u obližnjem pothodniku i na tržnici na Skalicama, drugi dan je bio puno burniji. Danas se licitiralo za poslovne prostore na tržnicama Mertojak, Sućidar, Bol i Gripe.
Na Sućidru je ostalo nešto praznih prostora, ali je najzanimljiviji podatak da je od početnih 67.000 kuna prostor kojega koristi trgovački lanac “Ribola” skočio na 600.000 kuna mjesečno. Apsolutni rekorder tržnica. Čak 140 eura kvadrat!
U slučaju da ponuditelj ne potpiše ugovor i ne plati tri zakupnine, oduzima mu se jamčevina od pet tisuća kuna, ali će se onda ponoviti natječaj i staviti veća jamčevina na taj prostor te će se podignuti cijena najma sa 15 na 20 eura.
Siniša Gašparević, direktor “Parkova i nasadi” izrazio je nadu da taj ponuditelj zbilja zakupi vrijedan prostor i zaključi ugovor s njima.
No, teško da će se to dogoditi. Budući da svi zakupci trebaju prvo platiti tri mjesečna iznosa i dati zadužnicu pa se tek onda sklapa ugovor s gradskom firmom, tako bi uplatom tri zakupnine samo za taj prostor "Parkovima" na račun sjelo 1.8 milijuna kuna.
- Da ne bi bilo više takvih (mogućih) manipulacija, u slučaju da se ne potpiše ugovor po ponuđenoj cijeni na ponovljenom natječaju dignut ćemo cijenu jamčevine za taj prostor, a iznosit će 100.000 kuna. Pa ako neko bude manipulirao, koštat će ga puno više - najavio je Gašparević.
Na Gripama su jedina tri prostora ostala neiznajmljena, a Mertojak je prošao bez ijednog iznajmljenog prostora zbog visokih cijena pa će se ponoviti natječaj. Umjesto 15 eura, početna će na ponovljenom natječaju biti 10 eura. Međutim, povisit će se cijena pologa, potrebnog za sudjelovanje u licitaciji koji je do sad iznosio 5000 kuna. Pojedinačno će se odraditi i natječaji za one poslovne prostore za koje ponuditelji ne zaključe ugovor.

Zaključen je prvi krug licitacija za poslovne prostore na splitskim tržnicama. Nakon relativno mirnog utorka kada su se nudili iznosi koje su unajmljivači spremni mjesečno izdvajati za objekte na glavnom splitskom Pazaru, prostore u obližnjem pothodniku i na tržnici na Skalicama, drugi dan je bio puno burniji. Danas se licitiralo za poslovne prostore na tržnicama Mertojak, Sućidar, Bol i Gripe.
Na Sućidru je ostalo nešto praznih prostora, ali je najzanimljiviji podatak da je od početnih 67.000 kuna prostor kojega koristi trgovački lanac “Ribola” skočio na 600.000 kuna mjesečno. Apsolutni rekorder tržnica. Čak 140 eura kvadrat!
U slučaju da ponuditelj ne potpiše ugovor i ne plati tri zakupnine, oduzima mu se jamčevina od pet tisuća kuna, ali će se onda ponoviti natječaj i staviti veća jamčevina na taj prostor te će se podignuti cijena najma sa 15 na 20 eura.
Siniša Gašparević, direktor “Parkova i nasadi” izrazio je nadu da taj ponuditelj zbilja zakupi vrijedan prostor i zaključi ugovor s njima.
No, teško da će se to dogoditi. Budući da svi zakupci trebaju prvo platiti tri mjesečna iznosa i dati zadužnicu pa se tek onda sklapa ugovor s gradskom firmom, tako bi uplatom tri zakupnine samo za taj prostor "Parkovima" na račun sjelo 1.8 milijuna kuna.
- Da ne bi bilo više takvih (mogućih) manipulacija, u slučaju da se ne potpiše ugovor po ponuđenoj cijeni na ponovljenom natječaju dignut ćemo cijenu jamčevine za taj prostor, a iznosit će 100.000 kuna. Pa ako neko bude manipulirao, koštat će ga puno više - najavio je Gašparević.
Na Gripama su jedina tri prostora ostala neiznajmljena, a Mertojak je prošao bez ijednog iznajmljenog prostora zbog visokih cijena pa će se ponoviti natječaj. Umjesto 15 eura, početna će na ponovljenom natječaju biti 10 eura. Međutim, povisit će se cijena pologa, potrebnog za sudjelovanje u licitaciji koji je do sad iznosio 5000 kuna. Pojedinačno će se odraditi i natječaji za one poslovne prostore za koje ponuditelji ne zaključe ugovor.
