Dobro pripazite kome ste dajete svoje bankovne podatke, posljednji od primjera online prevare je jedan naš čitatelj iz Podstrane koji je ni kriv ni dužan ostao bez nemale cifre od čak 350 eura. 

- Stavija san oglas na Njuškalu za prodat dječja kolica i javi mi se bračni par iz Like i bez puno upita "uplate" cifru za kolica priko DPD-a, govori nam te dodaje kako je "popušio" priču i povjerovao da će se sve to riješiti preko aplikacije koja je, kako vidimo iz njegovih screenshotova bila lažna te je našeg "prodavača" olakšala za finu količinu eura. 

- Prestrašno, a ja glup k‘o..., ogorčeno će naš čitatelj.

Na mogućnost prevare, ali i povezivanja s njihovim imenom, svjesni su i u DPD-u. 

- U posljednje vrijeme sve su češći pokušaji prijevare putem raznih portala za online kupovinu čiji cilj je pokušaj prijevare s namjerom uplate novca. U pojedinim slučajevima spominje se i DPD, kao dostavna služba kojom se šalje novac i/ili roba.

Prevaranti se mogu predstaviti kao zainteresirani kupci koji žele izvršiti uplatu ili kao prodavatelj koji traži predujam kao garanciju za prodaju, a kao dostavna služba kojom se šalje novac i/ili roba je naveden DPD.

Želimo istaknuti da takve poruke predstavljaju zlouporabu brenda DPD te navedene poruke nisu poslane s naše strane.

U slučaju sumnje na prijevaru ne slijedite poveznice zaprimljene putem takvih e-poruka, WhatsAppa i sl. te nemojte dijeliti osobne podatke, pogotovo ne troznamenkasti kontrolni broj platne kartice

P.S. Prethodnih dana sve su učestalije i telefonske prijevare, a pretraživanjem broja u tražilici može se pojaviti ime DPD Croatia. Brojevi koji su prijavljeni kao sumnjivi su: 021 579 104 i 021 579 105, a prilikom javljanja na poziv u pozadini svira glazba. Moguće je da tijekom poziva prevaranti s računa skinu određeni iznos novaca. Zato budite oprezni i ne dajte se prevariti!, objavili su prije nekoliko mjeseci jer to ovo nažalost nije prvi slučaj.

Ovoj problem nije drag ni Njuškalu odakle se protiv njega bore na nekoliko načina, a onaj najistaknutiji svakako je popis savjeta kojeg su nam ustupili ranije. 

- U Njuškalu smo od početka upoznati s primjerima pokušaja prijevare koji se danas odvijaju na brojnim oglasnicima, a u kojima se lažnim predstavljanjem kao kupci prevaranti pokušavaju domoći podataka kartica prodavatelja i tako ih financijski oštetiti. Od prvog ovakvog slučaja potičemo naše korisnike da nam prijave svaku sumnju te smo im iznimno zahvalni što rado surađuju s nama.

Educiramo ih svim dostupnim kanalima – na Njuškalovoj naslovnici gdje je stalno istaknuta uputa vezana uz sigurno korištenje kartičnog plaćanja, savjetima na stranici, direktnom e-mail komunikacijom i Njuškalo porukama, koje su ujedno i službeni kanal za komunikaciju između kupca i prodavatelja, a za koji im nije potrebno isticati broj telefona na svojim oglasima, pa im i ovim putem skrećemo pažnju da ih odaberu kao svoj primarni način komunikacije s potencijalnim kupcima, kazali su nam iz najvećeg domaćeg prodajnog portala.

Dobro pripazite kome ste dajete svoje bankovne podatke, posljednji od primjera online prevare je jedan naš čitatelj iz Podstrane koji je ni kriv ni dužan ostao bez nemale cifre od čak 350 eura. 

- Stavija san oglas na Njuškalu za prodat dječja kolica i javi mi se bračni par iz Like i bez puno upita "uplate" cifru za kolica priko DPD-a, govori nam te dodaje kako je "popušio" priču i povjerovao da će se sve to riješiti preko aplikacije koja je, kako vidimo iz njegovih screenshotova bila lažna te je našeg "prodavača" olakšala za finu količinu eura. 

- Prestrašno, a ja glup k‘o..., ogorčeno će naš čitatelj.

Na mogućnost prevare, ali i povezivanja s njihovim imenom, svjesni su i u DPD-u. 

- U posljednje vrijeme sve su češći pokušaji prijevare putem raznih portala za online kupovinu čiji cilj je pokušaj prijevare s namjerom uplate novca. U pojedinim slučajevima spominje se i DPD, kao dostavna služba kojom se šalje novac i/ili roba.

Prevaranti se mogu predstaviti kao zainteresirani kupci koji žele izvršiti uplatu ili kao prodavatelj koji traži predujam kao garanciju za prodaju, a kao dostavna služba kojom se šalje novac i/ili roba je naveden DPD.

Želimo istaknuti da takve poruke predstavljaju zlouporabu brenda DPD te navedene poruke nisu poslane s naše strane.

U slučaju sumnje na prijevaru ne slijedite poveznice zaprimljene putem takvih e-poruka, WhatsAppa i sl. te nemojte dijeliti osobne podatke, pogotovo ne troznamenkasti kontrolni broj platne kartice

P.S. Prethodnih dana sve su učestalije i telefonske prijevare, a pretraživanjem broja u tražilici može se pojaviti ime DPD Croatia. Brojevi koji su prijavljeni kao sumnjivi su: 021 579 104 i 021 579 105, a prilikom javljanja na poziv u pozadini svira glazba. Moguće je da tijekom poziva prevaranti s računa skinu određeni iznos novaca. Zato budite oprezni i ne dajte se prevariti!, objavili su prije nekoliko mjeseci jer to ovo nažalost nije prvi slučaj.

Ovoj problem nije drag ni Njuškalu odakle se protiv njega bore na nekoliko načina, a onaj najistaknutiji svakako je popis savjeta kojeg su nam ustupili ranije. 

- U Njuškalu smo od početka upoznati s primjerima pokušaja prijevare koji se danas odvijaju na brojnim oglasnicima, a u kojima se lažnim predstavljanjem kao kupci prevaranti pokušavaju domoći podataka kartica prodavatelja i tako ih financijski oštetiti. Od prvog ovakvog slučaja potičemo naše korisnike da nam prijave svaku sumnju te smo im iznimno zahvalni što rado surađuju s nama.

Educiramo ih svim dostupnim kanalima – na Njuškalovoj naslovnici gdje je stalno istaknuta uputa vezana uz sigurno korištenje kartičnog plaćanja, savjetima na stranici, direktnom e-mail komunikacijom i Njuškalo porukama, koje su ujedno i službeni kanal za komunikaciju između kupca i prodavatelja, a za koji im nije potrebno isticati broj telefona na svojim oglasima, pa im i ovim putem skrećemo pažnju da ih odaberu kao svoj primarni način komunikacije s potencijalnim kupcima, kazali su nam iz najvećeg domaćeg prodajnog portala.
