Radovi na dogradnji dizala u Spinčićevoj 2I investitora Vjekoslava Diega Miletića, inače stanara navedene zgrade izvođeni su bez građevinske dozvole, potvrdili su nam u Državnom inspektoratu.
Radove je Državnom inspektoratu prijavila Petra Ivanišević, kćer arhitekta Vjekoslava Ivaniševića koja polaže autorsko pravo na radove svog oca, čiju suglasnost nije dobio investitor.

Svega smo se nagledali, ali ovo... Bogati konzul razljutio stanare elitne splitske zgrade: ‘Tko mu je dao dozvolu?!‘
- Nadzorom je utvrđeno da je investitor započeo s radovima rekonstrukcije odnosno dogradnje dizala bez izvršne, odnosno pravomoćne građevinske dozvole. Postavljanjem posebnog službenog znaka “Zatvoreno gradilište” obustavljeno je građenje. Inspekcijski postupak je u tijeku - odgovorili su inspektori na naš upit.

Upravitelj zgrade tvrtka "Tehnoplast" nam je pojasnila kako prema Zakonu o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima suvlasnik može bez suglasnosti ostalih suvlasnika i o svome trošku ugraditi dizalo na zajedničkim dijelovima nekretnine kojim se osigurava nesmetan pristup osobama smanjene pokretljivosti, na što se Miletić poziva.

Radovi na dogradnji dizala u Spinčićevoj 2I investitora Vjekoslava Diega Miletića, inače stanara navedene zgrade izvođeni su bez građevinske dozvole, potvrdili su nam u Državnom inspektoratu.
Radove je Državnom inspektoratu prijavila Petra Ivanišević, kćer arhitekta Vjekoslava Ivaniševića koja polaže autorsko pravo na radove svog oca, čiju suglasnost nije dobio investitor.

Svega smo se nagledali, ali ovo... Bogati konzul razljutio stanare elitne splitske zgrade: ‘Tko mu je dao dozvolu?!‘
- Nadzorom je utvrđeno da je investitor započeo s radovima rekonstrukcije odnosno dogradnje dizala bez izvršne, odnosno pravomoćne građevinske dozvole. Postavljanjem posebnog službenog znaka “Zatvoreno gradilište” obustavljeno je građenje. Inspekcijski postupak je u tijeku - odgovorili su inspektori na naš upit.

Podsjetimo, prije otprilike mjesec dana zvali su nas stanari iz Spinčićeve 2I da su bez suglasnosti vlasnika započeli radovi na ugradnji lifta koji bi se izgradio niti dva metra od jedne stanarke i ugrozio joj privatnost.
Inače, Miletić je počasni konzul Ekvadora u Hrvatskoj, poznat po biznisu s tunom u Južnoj Americi.

Pročelnik Marijo Radevenjić nas je uputio na Grad Split gdje nas je Ronald Rejo, voditelj Odsjeka za izdavanje akata prostornog uređenja i gradnje "uputio na investitore" jer "takvu vrstu evidencije ovo upravno tijelo ne vodi."

Upravitelj zgrade tvrtka "Tehnoplast" nam je pojasnila kako prema Zakonu o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima suvlasnik može bez suglasnosti ostalih suvlasnika i o svome trošku ugraditi dizalo na zajedničkim dijelovima nekretnine kojim se osigurava nesmetan pristup osobama smanjene pokretljivosti, na što se Miletić poziva.
