Na istočnom kraju našega grada, na Duilovu, kompleks hotela “Zagreb” obuhvatio je više od 60 tisuća četvornih metara. Osim zgrade hotela raširili su se u borovoj šumi bungalovi, zovu ih samostojećim objektima turističko-ugostiteljske namjene. Divno je to mjesto. Otvoren pogled na more, tišina, mir. I nered.

Neke od spomenutih “kućeraka”, a ne smijemo zaboraviti kako je riječ o arhitektonskim biserima, pravim kamenim čarolijama od tek 19 kvadrata, zauzeli su “skvoteri”. Živjeli su tamo bez električne energije, bez vode, bez pristupa kanalizaciji... Vjerujemo kako nije potrebno napisati što je ostalo iza njih, kada su deložirani. Neka fotografije govore umjesto nas.

Zatražili smo pojašnjenje novonastale situacije na vanjskoj površini hotela od trgovačkog društva "Pleter-usluge" koji njime upravljaju.
- Površina je u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, naši djelatnici svakodnevno obilaze i održavaju prostor parka. Kako ste vjerojatno i sami upoznati, osim korisnika hotela, predmetnu površinu dugi niz godina koriste i okolni stanari, a novonastala situacija je vrlo kompleksna i šteti poslovanju hotela s obzirom na to da stvari koje spominjete (većinom namještaj i razni kućni inventar) predstavljaju osobno vlasništvo osobe osjetljivog društvenog statusa.

U vezi s tim, sukladno mogućnostima i ovlastima višekratno smo kontaktirali nadležne institucije (MUP i Centar za socijalnu skrb) te ih podrobno informirali o slučaju. Međutim, do danas situacija nažalost nije riješena - požalili su se iz “Pletera”.
Zamolili su bivšeg “nelegalnog stanara” da ukloni svoje predmete.
- Ako ne bude uklonjeno u najkraćem mogućem roku, angažirat ćemo vanjske službe (gradsku tvrtku za zbrinjavanje otpada i zaštitarsku službu) te na taj način riješiti situaciju na obostrano zadovoljstvo kako građana grada Splita, tako i Društva "Pleter-usluge" - rekoše nam.

A mi smo malo proćakulali s ljudima koji žive u blizini. Kazali su nam kako je posljednji beskućnik napustio bungalov krajem ljeta, od tada taj njegov nered stoji na otvorenom. “Ljetovali” su tu i njemački skvoteri, mirni i tihi, ali - neuredni. I iza njih je ostao urnebes.
- Ne sumnjam kako će se ukloniti taj krupni otpad, stvarno bode u oči, ali se bojim onog što oku nije toliko vidljivo, a to je hrid kojom spomenuti park s bungalovima završava i na koje se nastavlja more. Ta je padina opasna. Odron pravi. Nije saniran, a ne zna se i kad će - vele nam stanari s Duilova.

Jedini koji o tom komadiću morskoga raja skrbe su članovi Eko udruge Duilovo. U dogovoru s “Pleterom” dobit će na korištenje ostavu u okviru plažnog objekta, taman toliko veliku da unutra stanu metle i lopate, sve ono što im za održavanje čistoće prostora treba. Prostor je velik, a njih je malo, samo petnaestak volontera, zaljubljenika u svoj kraj.
- Plato na plaži je devastiran toliko da je opasan za šetače, posebno za djecu i starije nam sugrađane - napominju.
Istočni dio našega grada veličanstveno je priroda osmislila, ali čovjek je, nažalost, uništio sve što je mogao. Vrijeme je da se probudimo.

Neke od spomenutih “kućeraka”, a ne smijemo zaboraviti kako je riječ o arhitektonskim biserima, pravim kamenim čarolijama od tek 19 kvadrata, zauzeli su “skvoteri”. Živjeli su tamo bez električne energije, bez vode, bez pristupa kanalizaciji... Vjerujemo kako nije potrebno napisati što je ostalo iza njih, kada su deložirani. Neka fotografije govore umjesto nas.

Zatražili smo pojašnjenje novonastale situacije na vanjskoj površini hotela od trgovačkog društva "Pleter-usluge" koji njime upravljaju.
- Površina je u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, naši djelatnici svakodnevno obilaze i održavaju prostor parka. Kako ste vjerojatno i sami upoznati, osim korisnika hotela, predmetnu površinu dugi niz godina koriste i okolni stanari, a novonastala situacija je vrlo kompleksna i šteti poslovanju hotela s obzirom na to da stvari koje spominjete (većinom namještaj i razni kućni inventar) predstavljaju osobno vlasništvo osobe osjetljivog društvenog statusa.

U vezi s tim, sukladno mogućnostima i ovlastima višekratno smo kontaktirali nadležne institucije (MUP i Centar za socijalnu skrb) te ih podrobno informirali o slučaju. Međutim, do danas situacija nažalost nije riješena - požalili su se iz “Pletera”.
Zamolili su bivšeg “nelegalnog stanara” da ukloni svoje predmete.
- Ako ne bude uklonjeno u najkraćem mogućem roku, angažirat ćemo vanjske službe (gradsku tvrtku za zbrinjavanje otpada i zaštitarsku službu) te na taj način riješiti situaciju na obostrano zadovoljstvo kako građana grada Splita, tako i Društva "Pleter-usluge" - rekoše nam.

A mi smo malo proćakulali s ljudima koji žive u blizini. Kazali su nam kako je posljednji beskućnik napustio bungalov krajem ljeta, od tada taj njegov nered stoji na otvorenom. “Ljetovali” su tu i njemački skvoteri, mirni i tihi, ali - neuredni. I iza njih je ostao urnebes.
- Ne sumnjam kako će se ukloniti taj krupni otpad, stvarno bode u oči, ali se bojim onog što oku nije toliko vidljivo, a to je hrid kojom spomenuti park s bungalovima završava i na koje se nastavlja more. Ta je padina opasna. Odron pravi. Nije saniran, a ne zna se i kad će - vele nam stanari s Duilova.

Jedini koji o tom komadiću morskoga raja skrbe su članovi Eko udruge Duilovo. U dogovoru s “Pleterom” dobit će na korištenje ostavu u okviru plažnog objekta, taman toliko veliku da unutra stanu metle i lopate, sve ono što im za održavanje čistoće prostora treba. Prostor je velik, a njih je malo, samo petnaestak volontera, zaljubljenika u svoj kraj.
- Plato na plaži je devastiran toliko da je opasan za šetače, posebno za djecu i starije nam sugrađane - napominju.
Istočni dio našega grada veličanstveno je priroda osmislila, ali čovjek je, nažalost, uništio sve što je mogao. Vrijeme je da se probudimo.
