To je slijed iste bešćutne SDP-ove politike kojoj se Baldasar nije suprostavio prilikom Milanovićeva oduzimanja financijskih sredstava gradovima, jer je svoje promašaje pokušao riješiti posezanjem u džepove građana. Ne znamo zašto je uopće uznemiravao građane i čvrsto branio stavove, a sada odustaje… Danas jedno, sutra drugo…..

Sve to potvrđuje Baldasarovu nepripremljenosti i loše procijene. Blamaža u vođenju Splita-kazao je Petar Škorić, gradski viječnik i šef splitskog HDZ-a.

Reagirala je i Marijana Puljak, gradska viječnica liste "Za pametan grad".

- Pritisak javnosti koje smo započeli s reakcijama doveli do povlačenja besmislenog prijedloga.

Baldasar se hvali kako nagrađuje nadzornim odborima svoje stranačke prijatelje, u istom tjednu želi uzeti iz džepa građana i vodi unutarstranače razmirice.

Upitno je ima li većinu u Gradskom vijeću, pa će biti zanimljivo promatrati slijedeću sjednicu-kaže Marijana Puljak.

RANIJE - U siječnju prošle godine 26 gradova i općina povećalo je ili uvelo prirez porezu na dohodak kako bi ublažilo smanjenje prihoda koje im je donijela Vladina mini porezna reforma.

Grad Split to tada nije učinio te je do danas nastojao izbjeći povećanje, te smo na sve načine, prvenstveno odgovornom fiskalnom politikom, ovakvu mjeru odlagali i izbjegavali kao "nužno zlo". Ostali smo tako gotovo jedini grad koji nije posegnuo za tom, svjesni smo, nepopularnom mjerom - stoji u priopćenju Ive Baldasara. gradonačelnika Grada Splita.

- Premda mjera samo po sebi gotovo da ne utječe na budžet građana najnižih primanja, osobito onih s uzdržavanim članovima kućanstava, ona je i dalje zadnje što smo željeli i želimo.

Prijedlog koji smo uputili na Gradsko vijeće je promišljen, usuglašen i racionalan, a obzirom na okolnosti te na naslijeđene izdatke, ovrhe i sve što nas permanentno financijski opterećuje izvan planiranih proračunskih obaveza. To je teret je s kojim se, na žalost, svi skupa moramo nositi.

Odgovornost nekad uključuje i teške i nepopularne odluke i poteze.

Međutim, spremni smo uvažiti sugestije, pa i kritike, neovisno s koje strane dolazile, da ovu ili sličnu bitnu odluku za građane, ne donosimo bez prethodne argumentirane i temeljite rasprave u kojoj ćemo zajedno sagledati sve argumente za i protiv.

Zato smo spremni dati još vremena tijekom kojem će se provesti svojevrsna javna rasprava koja će i građanima i svima nama pomoći da odluku donesemo odgovorno, argumentirano i bez nepotrebnih tenzija.

Uvažit ću stoga prijedloge o privremenoj odgodi, u međuvremenu saslušati bilo javnosti i odvagnuti sve aspekte ove odluke, te ću povući prijedlog tj. ovu točku sa dnevnog reda sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća - stoji na kraju u priopćenju gradonačelnika Splita.

Sve to potvrđuje Baldasarovu nepripremljenosti i loše procijene. Blamaža u vođenju Splita-kazao je Petar Škorić, gradski viječnik i šef splitskog HDZ-a.

Reagirala je i Marijana Puljak, gradska viječnica liste "Za pametan grad".

- Pritisak javnosti koje smo započeli s reakcijama doveli do povlačenja besmislenog prijedloga.

Baldasar se hvali kako nagrađuje nadzornim odborima svoje stranačke prijatelje, u istom tjednu želi uzeti iz džepa građana i vodi unutarstranače razmirice.

Upitno je ima li većinu u Gradskom vijeću, pa će biti zanimljivo promatrati slijedeću sjednicu-kaže Marijana Puljak.

RANIJE - U siječnju prošle godine 26 gradova i općina povećalo je ili uvelo prirez porezu na dohodak kako bi ublažilo smanjenje prihoda koje im je donijela Vladina mini porezna reforma.

Grad Split to tada nije učinio te je do danas nastojao izbjeći povećanje, te smo na sve načine, prvenstveno odgovornom fiskalnom politikom, ovakvu mjeru odlagali i izbjegavali kao "nužno zlo". Ostali smo tako gotovo jedini grad koji nije posegnuo za tom, svjesni smo, nepopularnom mjerom - stoji u priopćenju Ive Baldasara. gradonačelnika Grada Splita.

- Premda mjera samo po sebi gotovo da ne utječe na budžet građana najnižih primanja, osobito onih s uzdržavanim članovima kućanstava, ona je i dalje zadnje što smo željeli i želimo.

Prijedlog koji smo uputili na Gradsko vijeće je promišljen, usuglašen i racionalan, a obzirom na okolnosti te na naslijeđene izdatke, ovrhe i sve što nas permanentno financijski opterećuje izvan planiranih proračunskih obaveza. To je teret je s kojim se, na žalost, svi skupa moramo nositi.

Odgovornost nekad uključuje i teške i nepopularne odluke i poteze.

Međutim, spremni smo uvažiti sugestije, pa i kritike, neovisno s koje strane dolazile, da ovu ili sličnu bitnu odluku za građane, ne donosimo bez prethodne argumentirane i temeljite rasprave u kojoj ćemo zajedno sagledati sve argumente za i protiv.

Zato smo spremni dati još vremena tijekom kojem će se provesti svojevrsna javna rasprava koja će i građanima i svima nama pomoći da odluku donesemo odgovorno, argumentirano i bez nepotrebnih tenzija.

Uvažit ću stoga prijedloge o privremenoj odgodi, u međuvremenu saslušati bilo javnosti i odvagnuti sve aspekte ove odluke, te ću povući prijedlog tj. ovu točku sa dnevnog reda sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća - stoji na kraju u priopćenju gradonačelnika Splita.
