Otvorenim se pismom gradski vijećnik Ante Franić obratio direktoru "Parkova i nasada" Siniši Gašpareviću, tvrdeći kako je ovaj na to mjesto imenovan političkom odlukom gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka "s jasnim ciljem da postavi direktora koji će bespogovorno provoditi i potpisivati njegove naloge, ali i slijediti aktivističke upute dogradonačelnika".

Kazuje i da je Javnim natječajem napravljen propusta koji bi potpuno mogli blokirati rad tržnica, ali i Gradu donijeti zakonske kazne i sudske sporove te poziva na njegovo poništavanje.

- Osim zahvalnosti i slijepe poslušnosti prema gradonačelniku podsjećam vas na zakonske obveze koje imate kao direktor društva, odnosno odgovornost da društvo vodite pozornošću urednog i savjesnog gospodarstvenika, te da donosite razumne poduzetničke odluke isključivo na dobrobit društva - kazuje Franić.

Tvrdi kako se objavljenim Javnim natječajem za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostora na tržnicama napravilo niz formalnih i zakonskih propusta koji će potpuno blokirati rad tržnica i društvu samom. Tvrdi i kako bi taj postupak mogao i Gradu donijeti zakonske kazne i sudske sporove.

- Prema odredbama Zakona o gradnji prilikom objave javnog natječaja bili ste dužni za svaki pojedinačni poslovni prostor navesti energetski razred, a vašim propustom počinjen je prekršaj zbog kojih će "Parkovi i nasadi" vjerojatno biti kažnjeni novčanom kaznom od 15 do 30 tisuća kuna - piše dalje Franić.

Tvrdi i kako većina poslovnih prostora navedenih u natječaju nema uporabnu dozvolu koja je potrebna za minimalne tehničke uvjete koje je nužno osigurati prije početka obavljanja djelatnosti zakupoprimca, bez uporabne dozvole ne mogu osigurati minimalne tehničke uvjete koji su im nužni za rad.

- Najveći propust je to što niste izvršili pregled poslovnih prostora u koje su trenutni zakupci izvršili znatna ulaganja, koja je potrebno utvrditi, evaluirati te u određenom postotku priznati trenutnim zakupcima koji će po provedenom javnom natječaju napustiti poslovni prostor.

Time otvarate mogućnost sudskih tužbi protiv društva i Grada Splita zbog nadoknade štete, ali i vrlo izgledno zadržavanje posjeda sadašnjih zakupaca koji će braniti stečena prava i svoje ulaganje, Piše dalje Franić i poziva da se poništi natječaj.

Otvorenim se pismom gradski vijećnik Ante Franić obratio direktoru "Parkova i nasada" Siniši Gašpareviću, tvrdeći kako je ovaj na to mjesto imenovan političkom odlukom gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka "s jasnim ciljem da postavi direktora koji će bespogovorno provoditi i potpisivati njegove naloge, ali i slijediti aktivističke upute dogradonačelnika".

Kazuje i da je Javnim natječajem napravljen propusta koji bi potpuno mogli blokirati rad tržnica, ali i Gradu donijeti zakonske kazne i sudske sporove te poziva na njegovo poništavanje.

- Osim zahvalnosti i slijepe poslušnosti prema gradonačelniku podsjećam vas na zakonske obveze koje imate kao direktor društva, odnosno odgovornost da društvo vodite pozornošću urednog i savjesnog gospodarstvenika, te da donosite razumne poduzetničke odluke isključivo na dobrobit društva - kazuje Franić.

Tvrdi kako se objavljenim Javnim natječajem za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostora na tržnicama napravilo niz formalnih i zakonskih propusta koji će potpuno blokirati rad tržnica i društvu samom. Tvrdi i kako bi taj postupak mogao i Gradu donijeti zakonske kazne i sudske sporove.

- Prema odredbama Zakona o gradnji prilikom objave javnog natječaja bili ste dužni za svaki pojedinačni poslovni prostor navesti energetski razred, a vašim propustom počinjen je prekršaj zbog kojih će "Parkovi i nasadi" vjerojatno biti kažnjeni novčanom kaznom od 15 do 30 tisuća kuna - piše dalje Franić.

Tvrdi i kako većina poslovnih prostora navedenih u natječaju nema uporabnu dozvolu koja je potrebna za minimalne tehničke uvjete koje je nužno osigurati prije početka obavljanja djelatnosti zakupoprimca, bez uporabne dozvole ne mogu osigurati minimalne tehničke uvjete koji su im nužni za rad.

- Najveći propust je to što niste izvršili pregled poslovnih prostora u koje su trenutni zakupci izvršili znatna ulaganja, koja je potrebno utvrditi, evaluirati te u određenom postotku priznati trenutnim zakupcima koji će po provedenom javnom natječaju napustiti poslovni prostor.

Time otvarate mogućnost sudskih tužbi protiv društva i Grada Splita zbog nadoknade štete, ali i vrlo izgledno zadržavanje posjeda sadašnjih zakupaca koji će braniti stečena prava i svoje ulaganje, Piše dalje Franić i poziva da se poništi natječaj.

Otvorenim se pismom gradski vijećnik Ante Franić obratio direktoru "Parkova i nasada" Siniši Gašpareviću, tvrdeći kako je ovaj na to mjesto imenovan političkom odlukom gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka "s jasnim ciljem da postavi direktora koji će bespogovorno provoditi i potpisivati njegove naloge, ali i slijediti aktivističke upute dogradonačelnika".

Kazuje i da je Javnim natječajem napravljen propusta koji bi potpuno mogli blokirati rad tržnica, ali i Gradu donijeti zakonske kazne i sudske sporove te poziva na njegovo poništavanje.
