Ako ste među onima koji se sada "paze", bilo zato što je ljeto je iza ugla, bilo po naredbi liječnika, dobro će vam doći ideja za jelo na tragu obožavane manistre sa šalšom od poma. Kažemo na tragu, jer manistra koju priprema naša čitateljica ne sadrži glavni sastojak. Manistru. Umjesto nje Lidija koristi "špagete" od tikvice, koje ćete lako za čas napraviti uz pomoć oštrog noža ili gulilice.

Da sve skupa ne bi bilo previše oskudno, u umak od rajčica dodaje još i kvinoju, prezdravu namirnicu punu proteina i vlakana, o kojoj smo vam baš nedavno pisali, čime je dugotrajna sitost zajamčena.

Šalša od kvinoje s "tjesteninom" od tikvica

Sastojci:

maslinovo ulje
kapula
luk
mrkva
pome svježe ili iz konzerve
peršin
tikvice
sir
kvinoja

Priprema:

Na maslinovom ulju na srednje jakoj vatri propirjati sitno nasjeckanu i posoljenu kapulu; malo prije nego što se ‘zastakli‘ dodati naribanu mrkvu. Nikako pirjati na jakoj vatri - srednja najbolje otpušta okuse i mirise (drugim riječima, ovo nije recept za ‘na brzinu‘, bez obzira što sve skupa ne traje dugo). Nakon par minuta dodati luk izrezan na ploškice, a onda nasjeckane svježe pome (skinute kožice) ili pome iz konzerve. Sve kuhati na laganoj vatri, a destak-petnaest minuta prije kraja kuhanja dodati pod vodom ispranu kvinoju (najbolje je isprati je u maloj cjedilici promjera čaše za vodu; staviti kvinoje ovisno o kolišini šalše, ne više od dvije cjedilice)

Minutu prije kraja kuhanja umiješati peršin, posoliti, popapriti, ostaviti malo da ‘odahne‘.

‘Manistra‘: Jednu, dvije ili, po želji, više tikvica presjeći na tri dijela poprijeko, a zatim svaki dio uzdužno, na prutiće debljine i dužine makarona. Posoliti, ostaviti malo da se ocijedi, pa staviti u kipuću posoljenu vodu. Ostaviti ih da budu žive, nikako prekuhane.

Gotovu ‘manistru‘ politi ‘šalšom‘ i posuti naribanim sirom po želji. (edited)

Šalša od kvinoje s "tjesteninom" od tikvica

Sastojci:

maslinovo ulje
kapula
luk
mrkva
pome svježe ili iz konzerve
peršin
tikvice
sir
kvinoja

Priprema:

Na maslinovom ulju na srednje jakoj vatri propirjati sitno nasjeckanu i posoljenu kapulu; malo prije nego što se ‘zastakli‘ dodati naribanu mrkvu. Nikako pirjati na jakoj vatri - srednja najbolje otpušta okuse i mirise (drugim riječima, ovo nije recept za ‘na brzinu‘, bez obzira što sve skupa ne traje dugo). Nakon par minuta dodati luk izrezan na ploškice, a onda nasjeckane svježe pome (skinute kožice) ili pome iz konzerve. Sve kuhati na laganoj vatri, a destak-petnaest minuta prije kraja kuhanja dodati pod vodom ispranu kvinoju (najbolje je isprati je u maloj cjedilici promjera čaše za vodu; staviti kvinoje ovisno o kolišini šalše, ne više od dvije cjedilice)

Minutu prije kraja kuhanja umiješati peršin, posoliti, popapriti, ostaviti malo da ‘odahne‘.

‘Manistra‘: Jednu, dvije ili, po želji, više tikvica presjeći na tri dijela poprijeko, a zatim svaki dio uzdužno, na prutiće debljine i dužine makarona. Posoliti, ostaviti malo da se ocijedi, pa staviti u kipuću posoljenu vodu. Ostaviti ih da budu žive, nikako prekuhane.

Gotovu ‘manistru‘ politi ‘šalšom‘ i posuti naribanim sirom po želji. (edited)

Ako ste među onima koji se sada "paze", bilo zato što je ljeto je iza ugla, bilo po naredbi liječnika, dobro će vam doći ideja za jelo na tragu obožavane manistre sa šalšom od poma. Kažemo na tragu, jer manistra koju priprema naša čitateljica ne sadrži glavni sastojak. Manistru. Umjesto nje Lidija koristi "špagete" od tikvice, koje ćete lako za čas napraviti uz pomoć oštrog noža ili gulilice.

Da sve skupa ne bi bilo previše oskudno, u umak od rajčica dodaje još i kvinoju, prezdravu namirnicu punu proteina i vlakana, o kojoj smo vam baš nedavno pisali, čime je dugotrajna sitost zajamčena.
