Neki za doručak vole palačinke, neki vole prženice, neki waffle, a neki - lepinjice. Gledajući fotografiju primamljivih lepinjica koje radi Petra Sabljić, na Instagramu poznata i kao Mama kuharica, sve nam se čini da bi i nama lepinjice mogle postati omiljeni doručak, barem vikendom.

Petra nam je rado otkrila recept poručujući da su ove slasne lepinjice nalik na krafnice izvrsne i u slatkoj i u slanoj varijanti pri čemu nam sugerira da ih u slatkoj verziji uvaljamo u šećer i cimet i jedemo s džemom ili čokoladnim namazom, dok nam za slane kao pratnju preporučuje nareske, sirne namaze i jogurt.

Petrine lepinjice

Sastojci:

260 ml grčkog jogurta
60 g otopljenog maslaca
280-300 g glatkog brašna
1 prašak za pecivo

Priprema:

U zdjeli pomješati dobro sve sastojke, pa umjesiti glatko tijesto. Razvaljati tijesto (ne skroz pretanko), raditi oblike po želji (možete čašom krugove ili modlicama po želji). 

Peći na tavici (ulje treba biti da prekrije dno i malo više) na srednje jakoj vatri 3-4 minute te vaditi na ubrus da popije masnoću

Po želji uvaljati u šećer i cimet, poslužiti uz ono što volite.

Neki za doručak vole palačinke, neki vole prženice, neki waffle, a neki - lepinjice. Gledajući fotografiju primamljivih lepinjica koje radi Petra Sabljić, na Instagramu poznata i kao Mama kuharica, sve nam se čini da bi i nama lepinjice mogle postati omiljeni doručak, barem vikendom.

Petra nam je rado otkrila recept poručujući da su ove slasne lepinjice nalik na krafnice izvrsne i u slatkoj i u slanoj varijanti pri čemu nam sugerira da ih u slatkoj verziji uvaljamo u šećer i cimet i jedemo s džemom ili čokoladnim namazom, dok nam za slane kao pratnju preporučuje nareske, sirne namaze i jogurt.

Petrine lepinjice

Sastojci:

260 ml grčkog jogurta
60 g otopljenog maslaca
280-300 g glatkog brašna
1 prašak za pecivo

Priprema:

U zdjeli pomješati dobro sve sastojke, pa umjesiti glatko tijesto. Razvaljati tijesto (ne skroz pretanko), raditi oblike po želji (možete čašom krugove ili modlicama po želji). 

Peći na tavici (ulje treba biti da prekrije dno i malo više) na srednje jakoj vatri 3-4 minute te vaditi na ubrus da popije masnoću

Po želji uvaljati u šećer i cimet, poslužiti uz ono što volite.

Neki za doručak vole palačinke, neki vole prženice, neki waffle, a neki - lepinjice. Gledajući fotografiju primamljivih lepinjica koje radi Petra Sabljić, na Instagramu poznata i kao Mama kuharica, sve nam se čini da bi i nama lepinjice mogle postati omiljeni doručak, barem vikendom.

Petra nam je rado otkrila recept poručujući da su ove slasne lepinjice nalik na krafnice izvrsne i u slatkoj i u slanoj varijanti pri čemu nam sugerira da ih u slatkoj verziji uvaljamo u šećer i cimet i jedemo s džemom ili čokoladnim namazom, dok nam za slane kao pratnju preporučuje nareske, sirne namaze i jogurt.

Petrine lepinjice

Sastojci:

260 ml grčkog jogurta
60 g otopljenog maslaca
280-300 g glatkog brašna
1 prašak za pecivo

Priprema:

U zdjeli pomješati dobro sve sastojke, pa umjesiti glatko tijesto. Razvaljati tijesto (ne skroz pretanko), raditi oblike po želji (možete čašom krugove ili modlicama po želji). 

Peći na tavici (ulje treba biti da prekrije dno i malo više) na srednje jakoj vatri 3-4 minute te vaditi na ubrus da popije masnoću

Po želji uvaljati u šećer i cimet, poslužiti uz ono što volite.
