Pitate li istinske ljubitelje mladih krumpira, a u takve se ubrajamo, kako ih je najbolje jesti, reći će vam: pečene, u komadu. Međutim čak i najdraže jelo nakon nekog vremena dosadi, a tako vjerojatno razmišlja i kreator recepta koji je poharao društvene mreže, kroketa od mladih krumpira.
Svi ga naveliko hvale pa bi mu možda trebalo dati šansu, jednom kad se nasitimo "običnih" mladih pečenih krumpira. Priprema pomalo podsjeća na njoke, a uključuje i prženje i pečenje, sve u cilju što bolje hrskavosti...
Kroketi od mladih krumpira
Sastojci:
1 kg mladog krumpira
1 žlica kukuruznog škroba
1 žličica soli
1 žličica papra
1 žličica češnjaka u prahu
ulje
Priprema:
Krompir oribajte i narežite na velike komade. Stavite u srednje velik lonac, prelijte hladnom vodom i zakuhajte. Kuhajte krumpir dok ne omekša, ocijedite ga i ostavite da se malo ohladi pa ga usitnite u sjeckalici i ocijedite višak tekućine.
Stavite krumpir u veliku zdjelu i lagano ga ručno pomiješajte s kukuruznim škrobom, soli, paprom i češnjakom u prahu.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 400 stupnjeva. U međuvremenu dodajte ulje u tavu s debelim dnom postavljenu na srednje jaku vatru.
Kad se ulje zagrije, oblikujte kuglice veličine palca od smjese krumpira i pržite dok ne porumene, oko 15 sekundi po strani.
Ocijedite ih na papirnatim ubrusima i ostavite da se ohlade. Stavite u jedanom sloju na lim za pečenje, prebacite u pećnicu i pecite dok ne postanu hrskavi, oko 5-10 minuta, okrenite ih i pecite još toliko.

Pitate li istinske ljubitelje mladih krumpira, a u takve se ubrajamo, kako ih je najbolje jesti, reći će vam: pečene, u komadu. Međutim čak i najdraže jelo nakon nekog vremena dosadi, a tako vjerojatno razmišlja i kreator recepta koji je poharao društvene mreže, kroketa od mladih krumpira.
Svi ga naveliko hvale pa bi mu možda trebalo dati šansu, jednom kad se nasitimo "običnih" mladih pečenih krumpira. Priprema pomalo podsjeća na njoke, a uključuje i prženje i pečenje, sve u cilju što bolje hrskavosti...
Kroketi od mladih krumpira
Sastojci:
1 kg mladog krumpira
1 žlica kukuruznog škroba
1 žličica soli
1 žličica papra
1 žličica češnjaka u prahu
ulje
Priprema:
Krompir oribajte i narežite na velike komade. Stavite u srednje velik lonac, prelijte hladnom vodom i zakuhajte. Kuhajte krumpir dok ne omekša, ocijedite ga i ostavite da se malo ohladi pa ga usitnite u sjeckalici i ocijedite višak tekućine.
Stavite krumpir u veliku zdjelu i lagano ga ručno pomiješajte s kukuruznim škrobom, soli, paprom i češnjakom u prahu.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 400 stupnjeva. U međuvremenu dodajte ulje u tavu s debelim dnom postavljenu na srednje jaku vatru.
Kad se ulje zagrije, oblikujte kuglice veličine palca od smjese krumpira i pržite dok ne porumene, oko 15 sekundi po strani.
