Vikend je mnogima u znaku pečenja kruha, no nakon blagdana i s primicanjem ljeta, sve su zanimljiviji recepti za zdravije vrste kruha. Mi smo pronašli svoj novi najdraži recept!
Kruh koji peče Marina Obradović, prava stručnjakinja za slasne, ali zdrave recepte koju pratimo na Instagramu Priče jedne kuhače, radi se bez brašna, ali je zato prepun nutritivno bogatih sastojaka kao što su sjemenke, orašasti plodovi, jaja i grčki jogurt.
Kad bi barem kolači, francuska salata i pečenje malo manje debljali! Samo malo, moguće je, a jedna stvar je ključna
Ovaj je kruh pun proteina pa jamči dugotrajniju sitost, a zahvaljujući Marininom umijeću pruža i užitak u svakom zalogaju.

Kruh bez brašna
Sastojci:
200 gr grčkog jogurta
3 jaja
100 gr mljevenih badema ili bademovog brašna
100 gr miješanih sjemenki po želji
100 gr miješanih orašastih plodova
30 gr mljevenih sjemenki lana
16 gr psylium ljuskica
2 čajne žličice soda bikarbone
1 čajna žličica soli
Priprema:
Upalite pećnicu na 180 °C i pripremite kalup za pečenje kruha koji obložite papirom za pečenje. Sameljite bademe i sjemenke lana, a orašaste plodove usitnite.
U veću zdjelu stavite jaja, dodajte sol pa ih istucite vilicom. Dodajte grčki jogurt i sve ostale sastojke pa promiješajte da se dobro povežu.
Smjesu ostavite da stoji 10-15 minuta kako bi ljuskice psiliuma upile vlagu i zgusnule tijesto. Smjesu prebacite u kalup, pospite sjemenkama po želji koje lagano utisnite dlanom u smjesu i pecite 50 minuta.
Pečeni kruh izvadite iz pećnice, ostavite u kalupu 10 minuta, zatim izvadite iz kalupa i ohladite prije posluživanja.

Vikend je mnogima u znaku pečenja kruha, no nakon blagdana i s primicanjem ljeta, sve su zanimljiviji recepti za zdravije vrste kruha. Mi smo pronašli svoj novi najdraži recept!
Kruh koji peče Marina Obradović, prava stručnjakinja za slasne, ali zdrave recepte koju pratimo na Instagramu Priče jedne kuhače, radi se bez brašna, ali je zato prepun nutritivno bogatih sastojaka kao što su sjemenke, orašasti plodovi, jaja i grčki jogurt.
Kad bi barem kolači, francuska salata i pečenje malo manje debljali! Samo malo, moguće je, a jedna stvar je ključna
Ovaj je kruh pun proteina pa jamči dugotrajniju sitost, a zahvaljujući Marininom umijeću pruža i užitak u svakom zalogaju.
Marina nam je dopustila da s vama podijelimo recepte te je poručila da je i njoj ovaj kruh trenutno najdraži te da je riječ o čudesnoj kombinaciji jer kruh čini danima je svježim i ukusnim, a pritom možete biti sigurni da jedete zdravo.

Kruh bez brašna
Sastojci:
200 gr grčkog jogurta
3 jaja
100 gr mljevenih badema ili bademovog brašna
100 gr miješanih sjemenki po želji
100 gr miješanih orašastih plodova
30 gr mljevenih sjemenki lana
16 gr psylium ljuskica
2 čajne žličice soda bikarbone
1 čajna žličica soli
Priprema:
Upalite pećnicu na 180 °C i pripremite kalup za pečenje kruha koji obložite papirom za pečenje. Sameljite bademe i sjemenke lana, a orašaste plodove usitnite.
U veću zdjelu stavite jaja, dodajte sol pa ih istucite vilicom. Dodajte grčki jogurt i sve ostale sastojke pa promiješajte da se dobro povežu.
Smjesu ostavite da stoji 10-15 minuta kako bi ljuskice psiliuma upile vlagu i zgusnule tijesto. Smjesu prebacite u kalup, pospite sjemenkama po želji koje lagano utisnite dlanom u smjesu i pecite 50 minuta.
Pečeni kruh izvadite iz pećnice, ostavite u kalupu 10 minuta, zatim izvadite iz kalupa i ohladite prije posluživanja.
