Što kažete na jednu laganu i brzo gotovu tortu od sira? Što, kažete da takva ne postoji? Znači da niste čuli za oblak tortu. Jako je popularna jer je super opcija za one koji iz raznoraznih razloga ne žele jesti brašno, a ni orašasti plodovi u funkciji podloge za tortu im baš nisu odgovarajuća opcija. Ova torta zapravo uopće nema koru, sve je samo jedna sočna i kremasta masa na bazi sira i to najčešće ricotte.

Ovakvi recepti inače u pravilu traže nekoliko jaja, no mi smo pronašli jedan u kojem uopće nisu potrebna pa je ova torta pogodna i za one koji ne smiju jesti jaja. Recept je vrlo jednostavan, sadrži samo četiri sastojka i sve je gotovo za otprilike pola sata.

Torta oblak od ricotte

Sastojci (za kalup od 12 cm):

1 jaje
250 g ricotte
1 žlica meda (ili 1 i pol žlica šećera
1 velika žlica krumpirovog škroba 

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke, prebacite ih u kalup pbložen papirom za pečenje pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 175 stupnjeva s ventilatorom oko pola sata ili u fritezi na vrući zrak 22 minute na 160 stupnjeva.

Što kažete na jednu laganu i brzo gotovu tortu od sira? Što, kažete da takva ne postoji? Znači da niste čuli za oblak tortu. Jako je popularna jer je super opcija za one koji iz raznoraznih razloga ne žele jesti brašno, a ni orašasti plodovi u funkciji podloge za tortu im baš nisu odgovarajuća opcija. Ova torta zapravo uopće nema koru, sve je samo jedna sočna i kremasta masa na bazi sira i to najčešće ricotte.

Ovakvi recepti inače u pravilu traže nekoliko jaja, no mi smo pronašli jedan u kojem uopće nisu potrebna pa je ova torta pogodna i za one koji ne smiju jesti jaja. Recept je vrlo jednostavan, sadrži samo četiri sastojka i sve je gotovo za otprilike pola sata.

Torta oblak od ricotte

Sastojci (za kalup od 12 cm):

1 jaje
250 g ricotte
1 žlica meda (ili 1 i pol žlica šećera
1 velika žlica krumpirovog škroba 

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke, prebacite ih u kalup pbložen papirom za pečenje pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 175 stupnjeva s ventilatorom oko pola sata ili u fritezi na vrući zrak 22 minute na 160 stupnjeva.

Lagana kao oblak, a gotova za pola sata: za ovu tortu trebaju vam samo 4 sastojaka, a među njima nisu ni jaja ni brašno

Što kažete na jednu laganu i brzo gotovu tortu od sira? Što, kažete da takva ne postoji? Znači da niste čuli za oblak tortu. Jako je popularna jer je super opcija za one koji iz raznoraznih razloga ne žele jesti brašno, a ni orašasti plodovi u funkciji podloge za tortu im baš nisu odgovarajuća opcija. Ova torta zapravo uopće nema koru, sve je samo jedna sočna i kremasta masa na bazi sira i to najčešće ricotte.

Ovakvi recepti inače u pravilu traže nekoliko jaja, no mi smo pronašli jedan u kojem uopće nisu potrebna pa je ova torta pogodna i za one koji ne smiju jesti jaja. Recept je vrlo jednostavan, sadrži samo četiri sastojka i sve je gotovo za otprilike pola sata.

Torta oblak od ricotte

Sastojci (za kalup od 12 cm):

1 jaje
250 g ricotte
1 žlica meda (ili 1 i pol žlica šećera
1 velika žlica krumpirovog škroba 

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke, prebacite ih u kalup pbložen papirom za pečenje pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 175 stupnjeva s ventilatorom oko pola sata ili u fritezi na vrući zrak 22 minute na 160 stupnjeva.
