Ako vam se, kao Arsenu Dediću u onoj lijepoj pjesmi, duša zaželjela boba, sad ga se, napokon, možete do sita nauživati. Počela je sezona tog omiljenog, zdravog povrća, a mi ćemo vam otkriti kako ga sve možete pripremiti. Donosimo vam recepte za neka jako dobro poznata jela, ali i za neka koja tek trebate otkriti ako želite uživati u svim okusima i blagodatima boba.
Vjerojatno ste i sami svjesni da bi vam bob, osobito dok mu je sezona, trebao što češće biti na jelovniku, ali znate li zašto je tako? Bob je odličan izvor fitonutrijenata pa nam kao takav može uvelike pomoći da se osjećamo bolje.
Ne samo da vas dobra porcija boba može nakrcati sastojcima koji su nužni za optimalno funkcioniranje organizma, nego vam može pomoći da se lakše oduprete stresu i drugim negativnim posljedicama modernog načina života - bob, naime, sadrži složene komponente koje potiču aktivnost antioksidanata.

---
Bob i blitva
Sastojci:
600 g blitve
300 g mladog boba u mahuni
2 češnjaka
2 manja krumpira (može i bez njih)
maslinovo ulje
sol
Priprema:
Očistite i operite blitvu, a bobu skinite vrhove mahuna i uklonite nit koja se proteže uzduž ruba mahune te ga operite
Stavite bob i krumpir narezan na kockice (ako ga koristite) u lonac uzavrele, dobro posoljene vode pa ih kuhajte 10-ak minuta. Dodajte blitvu i kuhajte još 5-6 minuta (ako je starija i ima izražene, zadebljane stabljike, njih ubacite koji minut prije nego dodate lišće).
Procijedite pa začinite maslinovim uljem i sjeckanim češnjakom.

Bob, riba i chorizo
Sastojci:
400 g boba
400 g sjeckane rajčice
200 g choriza (ili druge pikantne kobasice)
4 fileta bakalara (ili druge bijele ribe čvrstog mesa)
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 luka
sjeckani peršin
Priprema:
Na žlici ulja pirjajte nasjeckani luk dok ne omekša, dodajte mu chorizo narezan na komadiće i kuhajte još nekoliko minuta da pusti masnoću pa dodajte rajčice, začinite ih i zalijte s otprilike 250 ml vode.
Kad jelo zakuha, dodajte začinjene filete ribe, smanjite vatru i lagano pirjajte desetak minuta. Pospite peršinom i poslužite.

Bob i sipa
Sastojci:
500 g sipe
350 g očišćenog boba
50 ml crnog vina
50 ml prošeka
35 ml maslinovog ulja
1 luk
sjeckani peršin
sol, papar
Priprema:
Očistite sipe, sačuvajte crnilo pa sipe narežite na komadiće.
Nasjeckani luk pirjajte na maslinovom ulju, kad omekša dodajte mu sipe, pirjajte uz miješanje dok sipa ne pobijeli pa zalijte vinom, promiješajte i pričekajte da ishlapi alkohol pa dodajte prošek i kuhajte dvadesetak minuta.
Dodajte bob, crnilo od sipe, sol i papa pa kuhajte oko 25 minuta, odnosno dok bob i sipa nisu potpuno skuhani. Pospite sjeckanim peršinom i poslužite.

Namaz od boba
Sastojci:
200 g očišćenog boba
4 režnja češnjaka
4-5 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 luk
1 limun
1/2 žličice sjemenki kumina
malo vode od kuhanja boba
sol, papar
Priprema:
Skuhajte bob, procijedite ga, a malo vode (oko 125 ml) sačuvajte. Sitno nasjeckajte luk i češnjak.
Zagrijte 1 žlicu maslinovog ulja pa dodajte nasjeckani luk i pirjajte ga uz miješanje dok ne omekša. Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak pa ga pirjajte dok ne zamiriše.
Kuhani bob stavite u blender, dodajte pirjani luk i češnjak, oko ¾ vode od kuhanja, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje te malo soli i papra.
Blendajte dok ne postane vrlo glatko,a gustoću prilagodite dodavanjem vode od kuhanja boba. Po želji dodajte još soli, papra i limunovog soka.

Ako vam se, kao Arsenu Dediću u onoj lijepoj pjesmi, duša zaželjela boba, sad ga se, napokon, možete do sita nauživati. Počela je sezona tog omiljenog, zdravog povrća, a mi ćemo vam otkriti kako ga sve možete pripremiti. Donosimo vam recepte za neka jako dobro poznata jela, ali i za neka koja tek trebate otkriti ako želite uživati u svim okusima i blagodatima boba.
Vjerojatno ste i sami svjesni da bi vam bob, osobito dok mu je sezona, trebao što češće biti na jelovniku, ali znate li zašto je tako? Bob je odličan izvor fitonutrijenata pa nam kao takav može uvelike pomoći da se osjećamo bolje.
Ne samo da vas dobra porcija boba može nakrcati sastojcima koji su nužni za optimalno funkcioniranje organizma, nego vam može pomoći da se lakše oduprete stresu i drugim negativnim posljedicama modernog načina života - bob, naime, sadrži složene komponente koje potiču aktivnost antioksidanata.

Bob i blitva
Sastojci:
600 g blitve
300 g mladog boba u mahuni
2 češnjaka
2 manja krumpira (može i bez njih)
maslinovo ulje
sol
Priprema:
Očistite i operite blitvu, a bobu skinite vrhove mahuna i uklonite nit koja se proteže uzduž ruba mahune te ga operite
Stavite bob i krumpir narezan na kockice (ako ga koristite) u lonac uzavrele, dobro posoljene vode pa ih kuhajte 10-ak minuta. Dodajte blitvu i kuhajte još 5-6 minuta (ako je starija i ima izražene, zadebljane stabljike, njih ubacite koji minut prije nego dodate lišće).
Procijedite pa začinite maslinovim uljem i sjeckanim češnjakom.

Bob, riba i chorizo
Sastojci:
400 g boba
400 g sjeckane rajčice
200 g choriza (ili druge pikantne kobasice)
4 fileta bakalara (ili druge bijele ribe čvrstog mesa)
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 luka
sjeckani peršin
Priprema:
Na žlici ulja pirjajte nasjeckani luk dok ne omekša, dodajte mu chorizo narezan na komadiće i kuhajte još nekoliko minuta da pusti masnoću pa dodajte rajčice, začinite ih i zalijte s otprilike 250 ml vode.
Kad jelo zakuha, dodajte začinjene filete ribe, smanjite vatru i lagano pirjajte desetak minuta. Pospite peršinom i poslužite.

Bob i sipa
Sastojci:
500 g sipe
350 g očišćenog boba
50 ml crnog vina
50 ml prošeka
35 ml maslinovog ulja
1 luk
sjeckani peršin
sol, papar
Priprema:
Očistite sipe, sačuvajte crnilo pa sipe narežite na komadiće.
Nasjeckani luk pirjajte na maslinovom ulju, kad omekša dodajte mu sipe, pirjajte uz miješanje dok sipa ne pobijeli pa zalijte vinom, promiješajte i pričekajte da ishlapi alkohol pa dodajte prošek i kuhajte dvadesetak minuta.
Dodajte bob, crnilo od sipe, sol i papa pa kuhajte oko 25 minuta, odnosno dok bob i sipa nisu potpuno skuhani. Pospite sjeckanim peršinom i poslužite.

Namaz od boba
Sastojci:
200 g očišćenog boba
4 režnja češnjaka
4-5 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 luk
1 limun
1/2 žličice sjemenki kumina
malo vode od kuhanja boba
sol, papar
Priprema:
Skuhajte bob, procijedite ga, a malo vode (oko 125 ml) sačuvajte. Sitno nasjeckajte luk i češnjak.
Zagrijte 1 žlicu maslinovog ulja pa dodajte nasjeckani luk i pirjajte ga uz miješanje dok ne omekša. Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak pa ga pirjajte dok ne zamiriše.
Kuhani bob stavite u blender, dodajte pirjani luk i češnjak, oko ¾ vode od kuhanja, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje te malo soli i papra.
Blendajte dok ne postane vrlo glatko,a gustoću prilagodite dodavanjem vode od kuhanja boba. Po želji dodajte još soli, papra i limunovog soka.
