Jeste li ikad čuli za šnicele na brujet? Moramo vam priznati da nas je naziv poprilično zatekao, zapitali smo se je li riječ o nekakvoj šali. Malo smo se i uzrujali, nije nam jasno kako se netko usudio toliko izvitoperiti jednu od svetinja dalmatinske spize. A onda smo odlučili primiriti ponos, a predrasude ostaviti sa strane i krenuli čitati recept. Hm, bez obzira na to kako se ovo jelo naziva, moramo vam priznati kako se čini da bi ovo mogao biti jako dobar toč...

Juneći šniceli na brujet

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine od buta
1 kg rajčica
100 ml maslinovog ulja
50 ml vina
3 režnja češnjaka
2- 3 glavice luka
1 vezica peršinova lišća
sol, papar

Priprema

Junetinu narežite na šnicele, rajčice i luk na fetice, a češnjak i peršin usitnite.

Na dno teće stavite ulje (može i mješavina maslinovog i suncokretovog)  pa na njega slažite luk, rajčice i šnicele, pospiajući svaki sloj solju, paprom, peršinom i češnjakom, dok ne potrošite sastojke.  Na vrhu trebaju biti luk i rajčice. 

Podlijte vinom i kuhajte poklopljeno na laganoj vatri dok meso ne omekša, oko sat i pol do dva. Nipošto nemojte miješati, umjesto toga povremeno protresite teću, a vodu dodajte samo ako je neophodno.

Jeste li ikad čuli za šnicele na brujet? Moramo vam priznati da nas je naziv poprilično zatekao, zapitali smo se je li riječ o nekakvoj šali. Malo smo se i uzrujali, nije nam jasno kako se netko usudio toliko izvitoperiti jednu od svetinja dalmatinske spize. A onda smo odlučili primiriti ponos, a predrasude ostaviti sa strane i krenuli čitati recept. Hm, bez obzira na to kako se ovo jelo naziva, moramo vam priznati kako se čini da bi ovo mogao biti jako dobar toč...

Juneći šniceli na brujet

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine od buta
1 kg rajčica
100 ml maslinovog ulja
50 ml vina
3 režnja češnjaka
2- 3 glavice luka
1 vezica peršinova lišća
sol, papar

Priprema

Junetinu narežite na šnicele, rajčice i luk na fetice, a češnjak i peršin usitnite.

Na dno teće stavite ulje (može i mješavina maslinovog i suncokretovog)  pa na njega slažite luk, rajčice i šnicele, pospiajući svaki sloj solju, paprom, peršinom i češnjakom, dok ne potrošite sastojke.  Na vrhu trebaju biti luk i rajčice. 

Podlijte vinom i kuhajte poklopljeno na laganoj vatri dok meso ne omekša, oko sat i pol do dva. Nipošto nemojte miješati, umjesto toga povremeno protresite teću, a vodu dodajte samo ako je neophodno.

Jeste li ikad čuli za šnicele na brujet? Moramo vam priznati da nas je naziv poprilično zatekao, zapitali smo se je li riječ o nekakvoj šali. Malo smo se i uzrujali, nije nam jasno kako se netko usudio toliko izvitoperiti jednu od svetinja dalmatinske spize. A onda smo odlučili primiriti ponos, a predrasude ostaviti sa strane i krenuli čitati recept. Hm, bez obzira na to kako se ovo jelo naziva, moramo vam priznati kako se čini da bi ovo mogao biti jako dobar toč...

Juneći šniceli na brujet

Sastojci:

1 kg junetine od buta
1 kg rajčica
100 ml maslinovog ulja
50 ml vina
3 režnja češnjaka
2- 3 glavice luka
1 vezica peršinova lišća
sol, papar

Priprema

Junetinu narežite na šnicele, rajčice i luk na fetice, a češnjak i peršin usitnite.

Na dno teće stavite ulje (može i mješavina maslinovog i suncokretovog)  pa na njega slažite luk, rajčice i šnicele, pospiajući svaki sloj solju, paprom, peršinom i češnjakom, dok ne potrošite sastojke.  Na vrhu trebaju biti luk i rajčice. 

Podlijte vinom i kuhajte poklopljeno na laganoj vatri dok meso ne omekša, oko sat i pol do dva. Nipošto nemojte miješati, umjesto toga povremeno protresite teću, a vodu dodajte samo ako je neophodno.
