Neki vole čips, neki vole smoki, neki vole slane štapiće, a mnogi vole sve od navedenog. Međutim, slaba točka brojnih ljubitelja grickalica je kviki gric. Znate ono malo hrskavo s kimom? Ako ste i vi među takvima, neka vam pri ruci bude recept za domaći kviki gric jer ga je zaista jednostavno napraviti, a ne treba uopće spominjati kako je domaće uvijek u prednosti pred kupovnim.

Recept smo dobili od Antonije Jagodić, koju možete pratiti na Instagramu, Tik Toku i YouTubeu, gdje objavljuje super recepte, a nama je baš ovo jedna od njenih najdražih objava.

Evo vam recept, a u nastavku ćete pronaći i video. Spomenut ćemo samo da postoji još jedan način pripreme kviki grica koji podrazumijeva valjanje tijesta u tanke zmijice koje je potrebno narezati škaricama na manje komadiće, no Antonijina metoda je brža i jednostavnija. Dodat ćemo i da ovaj recept sasvim lijepo funkcionira s pirovim brašnom.

Domaći kviki gric

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
100 ml ulja
200 ml vode
1/2 vrećice instant kvasca
kim
ostali začini po želji
sol

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tvrđe tijesto pa ga škarama režite u oblik kviki grica. Možete ga podijeliti na nekoliko loptica da vam bude lakše rezati. Posolite prije pečenja. Pecite kviki gric na 200 stupnjeva Celzija oko 15 minuta, povremeno promiješajte za vrijeme pečenja.

Neki vole čips, neki vole smoki, neki vole slane štapiće, a mnogi vole sve od navedenog. Međutim, slaba točka brojnih ljubitelja grickalica je kviki gric. Znate ono malo hrskavo s kimom? Ako ste i vi među takvima, neka vam pri ruci bude recept za domaći kviki gric jer ga je zaista jednostavno napraviti, a ne treba uopće spominjati kako je domaće uvijek u prednosti pred kupovnim.

Recept smo dobili od Antonije Jagodić, koju možete pratiti na Instagramu, Tik Toku i YouTubeu, gdje objavljuje super recepte, a nama je baš ovo jedna od njenih najdražih objava.

Evo vam recept, a u nastavku ćete pronaći i video. Spomenut ćemo samo da postoji još jedan način pripreme kviki grica koji podrazumijeva valjanje tijesta u tanke zmijice koje je potrebno narezati škaricama na manje komadiće, no Antonijina metoda je brža i jednostavnija. Dodat ćemo i da ovaj recept sasvim lijepo funkcionira s pirovim brašnom.

Domaći kviki gric

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
100 ml ulja
200 ml vode
1/2 vrećice instant kvasca
kim
ostali začini po želji
sol

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tvrđe tijesto pa ga škarama režite u oblik kviki grica. Možete ga podijeliti na nekoliko loptica da vam bude lakše rezati. Posolite prije pečenja. Pecite kviki gric na 200 stupnjeva Celzija oko 15 minuta, povremeno promiješajte za vrijeme pečenja.

Neki vole čips, neki vole smoki, neki vole slane štapiće, a mnogi vole sve od navedenog. Međutim, slaba točka brojnih ljubitelja grickalica je kviki gric. Znate ono malo hrskavo s kimom? Ako ste i vi među takvima, neka vam pri ruci bude recept za domaći kviki gric jer ga je zaista jednostavno napraviti, a ne treba uopće spominjati kako je domaće uvijek u prednosti pred kupovnim.

Recept smo dobili od Antonije Jagodić, koju možete pratiti na Instagramu, Tik Toku i YouTubeu, gdje objavljuje super recepte, a nama je baš ovo jedna od njenih najdražih objava.

Evo vam recept, a u nastavku ćete pronaći i video. Spomenut ćemo samo da postoji još jedan način pripreme kviki grica koji podrazumijeva valjanje tijesta u tanke zmijice koje je potrebno narezati škaricama na manje komadiće, no Antonijina metoda je brža i jednostavnija. Dodat ćemo i da ovaj recept sasvim lijepo funkcionira s pirovim brašnom.

Domaći kviki gric

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
100 ml ulja
200 ml vode
1/2 vrećice instant kvasca
kim
ostali začini po želji
sol

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tvrđe tijesto pa ga škarama režite u oblik kviki grica. Možete ga podijeliti na nekoliko loptica da vam bude lakše rezati. Posolite prije pečenja. Pecite kviki gric na 200 stupnjeva Celzija oko 15 minuta, povremeno promiješajte za vrijeme pečenja.
