Uh, da nam se nečim posladit‘, ali nekako nam pati voljni momenat... Ako ste u sličnom filmu, spasit će vas zgodan recept koji smo upravo dobili od naše dobre prijateljice iz Zadra, simpatične meštrovice od kužine koju pratimo na Instagramu Zalogajčić.
Njen je zalogajčić ovog puta brzinski i priprema se bez puno kompliciranja, pa čak i bez vaganja te zajamčeno uspijeva čak i početnicima. Ma kud ćete bolje!
Zahvaljujući dodatku jogurta, ovaj je kolač sočan i mekan, a recept je vrlo prilagodljiv po pitanju dodataka pa vam omogućuje da iskoristite ono što vam je trenutno pri ruci. Možete birati između suhog voća poput grožđica i brusnica, možete se odlučiti za svježe poput malina i borovnica, a možete koristiti i čokoladne kapljice i slične dodatke. Bitno je samo ne koristiti više od 100 grama jer bi u protivnom kolač mogao splasnuti.

Brzinski kolač od jogurta
Sastojci:
1 čaša jogurta (ili grčkog jogurta)
2 čaše od jogurta glatkog brašna
1 čaša šećera
1/2 čaše ulja (maslinovog, kokosovog ili suncokretovog)
3 veća jaja
1 prašak za pecivo
1 vanilin šećer
prstohvat soli
dodaci po želji
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. U posudu za pripremu prvo stavite jogurt pa operite čašicu i posušite ju jer će vam biti mjera za ostale sastojke. Dodajte brašno, šećer, prašak za pecivo i sol. Dodajtei ulje, jaja i vanilin šećer.
Miješajte špatulom dok smjesa ne postane homogena i glatka; ako dodajete suho voće, prethodno ga možete namočiti par sati u svježem soku od naranče ili nekom drugom po vašem izboru.
Prelijte smjesu u kalup (veličine 30 x 10 x 7 cm) namazan maslacem pa pobrašnjen (višak brašna istresite). Na vrh posložite voće (ako stavljate svježe) koje ste malo pobrašnili i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici 45 minuta, odnosno, dok kolač ne bude sasvim pečen - dok čačkalica zabodena u sredinu ne izađe čista
Možete ga samo posuti šećerom u prahu, a ja sam ga prelila bijelom čokoladom i ukrasila borivnicama i lješnjacima.

Uh, da nam se nečim posladit‘, ali nekako nam pati voljni momenat... Ako ste u sličnom filmu, spasit će vas zgodan recept koji smo upravo dobili od naše dobre prijateljice iz Zadra, simpatične meštrovice od kužine koju pratimo na Instagramu Zalogajčić.
Njen je zalogajčić ovog puta brzinski i priprema se bez puno kompliciranja, pa čak i bez vaganja te zajamčeno uspijeva čak i početnicima. Ma kud ćete bolje!
Zahvaljujući dodatku jogurta, ovaj je kolač sočan i mekan, a recept je vrlo prilagodljiv po pitanju dodataka pa vam omogućuje da iskoristite ono što vam je trenutno pri ruci. Možete birati između suhog voća poput grožđica i brusnica, možete se odlučiti za svježe poput malina i borovnica, a možete koristiti i čokoladne kapljice i slične dodatke. Bitno je samo ne koristiti više od 100 grama jer bi u protivnom kolač mogao splasnuti.

Brzinski kolač od jogurta
Sastojci:
1 čaša jogurta (ili grčkog jogurta)
2 čaše od jogurta glatkog brašna
1 čaša šećera
1/2 čaše ulja (maslinovog, kokosovog ili suncokretovog)
3 veća jaja
1 prašak za pecivo
1 vanilin šećer
prstohvat soli
dodaci po želji
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. U posudu za pripremu prvo stavite jogurt pa operite čašicu i posušite ju jer će vam biti mjera za ostale sastojke. Dodajte brašno, šećer, prašak za pecivo i sol. Dodajtei ulje, jaja i vanilin šećer.
Miješajte špatulom dok smjesa ne postane homogena i glatka; ako dodajete suho voće, prethodno ga možete namočiti par sati u svježem soku od naranče ili nekom drugom po vašem izboru.
Prelijte smjesu u kalup (veličine 30 x 10 x 7 cm) namazan maslacem pa pobrašnjen (višak brašna istresite). Na vrh posložite voće (ako stavljate svježe) koje ste malo pobrašnili i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici 45 minuta, odnosno, dok kolač ne bude sasvim pečen - dok čačkalica zabodena u sredinu ne izađe čista
Možete ga samo posuti šećerom u prahu, a ja sam ga prelila bijelom čokoladom i ukrasila borivnicama i lješnjacima.
