U sezoni smo boba, vrlo zdrave i nutritivno vrijedne namirnice s kojom se da napraviti tako puno dobrih stvari da je prava šteta ne kuhati ga što češće. Neki mu nalaze manu u teškoj probavljivosti, ali tome se lako da doskočiti guljenjem kožice sa zrnja, samo se treba malo potruditi.

Postoji više metoda za taj postupak, a najpopularnije uključuje kratko kuhanje u kipućoj vodi, nakon čega je, kako tvrde pobornici te metode, poprilično lako ukloniti teško probavljivu kožicu.

Varivo od boba sa suhim mesom

Sastojci:

300 g očišćenog boba
250 g suhog mesa po izboru
2-3  krumpira
2 mrkve
2 režnja češnjaka
1 glavica luka
1/4 korijena celera
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žlica masti ili ulja
sol

Priprema:

Ako koristite rebra ili slično skuho meso, najprije ga skuhajte. Koristite li pancetu ili kobasice, ovaj korak možete preskočiti. Prvu vodu od kuhanja suhog mesa bacite, ali drugu obavezno sačuvajte za podlijevanje, samo je prije korištenja, ako je jako slana, razrijedite običnom.

Sitno nasjeckajte luk pa ga prepržite na masti ili ulju. Kad postane staklen dodajte usitnjeni celer, mrkvu i češnjak. Čim zamiriše, dodajte koncentrat rajčice i dobro promiješajte. Kad konšerva potamni zalijete vodom (od kuhanja suhog mesa ili običnom) pa dodajte bob i krumpir. Ubacite i suho meso pa poklopite i kuhajte dok sve nije mekano. Na kraju provjerite treba li još soli.

U sezoni smo boba, vrlo zdrave i nutritivno vrijedne namirnice s kojom se da napraviti tako puno dobrih stvari da je prava šteta ne kuhati ga što češće. Neki mu nalaze manu u teškoj probavljivosti, ali tome se lako da doskočiti guljenjem kožice sa zrnja, samo se treba malo potruditi.

Postoji više metoda za taj postupak, a najpopularnije uključuje kratko kuhanje u kipućoj vodi, nakon čega je, kako tvrde pobornici te metode, poprilično lako ukloniti teško probavljivu kožicu.

Varivo od boba sa suhim mesom

Sastojci:

300 g očišćenog boba
250 g suhog mesa po izboru
2-3  krumpira
2 mrkve
2 režnja češnjaka
1 glavica luka
1/4 korijena celera
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žlica masti ili ulja
sol

Priprema:

Ako koristite rebra ili slično skuho meso, najprije ga skuhajte. Koristite li pancetu ili kobasice, ovaj korak možete preskočiti. Prvu vodu od kuhanja suhog mesa bacite, ali drugu obavezno sačuvajte za podlijevanje, samo je prije korištenja, ako je jako slana, razrijedite običnom.

Sitno nasjeckajte luk pa ga prepržite na masti ili ulju. Kad postane staklen dodajte usitnjeni celer, mrkvu i češnjak. Čim zamiriše, dodajte koncentrat rajčice i dobro promiješajte. Kad konšerva potamni zalijete vodom (od kuhanja suhog mesa ili običnom) pa dodajte bob i krumpir. Ubacite i suho meso pa poklopite i kuhajte dok sve nije mekano. Na kraju provjerite treba li još soli.

U sezoni smo boba, vrlo zdrave i nutritivno vrijedne namirnice s kojom se da napraviti tako puno dobrih stvari da je prava šteta ne kuhati ga što češće. Neki mu nalaze manu u teškoj probavljivosti, ali tome se lako da doskočiti guljenjem kožice sa zrnja, samo se treba malo potruditi.

Postoji više metoda za taj postupak, a najpopularnije uključuje kratko kuhanje u kipućoj vodi, nakon čega je, kako tvrde pobornici te metode, poprilično lako ukloniti teško probavljivu kožicu.
