Svi mi koji smo odrasli na sladoledima iz slastičarnice, onima koji nisu koštali kao tura pića za poprilično žednu ekipu, pamtimo onaj famozni čokoladni preljev koji bi se odmah stvrdnuo u čvrstu ljusku koju je bio pravi užitak polako skidati zubima. Isti je preljev bio fantastičan i na porciji sladoleda u čašici i svakom je djetetu bio gušt kuckati ga žličicom i gledati kako puca.

A onda su došli oni bezvezni, vječno tekući preljevi iz bočice.

Za sve vas koji kukate za onim dobrim starim preljevom pronašli smo recept koji jamči čvrstu ljusku. Nevjerojatno ga je jednostavno pripremiti, a "čarobni" sastojak zahvaljujući kojem će se preljev lijepo stisnuti je pravo iznenađenje. Sasvim obično kokosovo ulje.

Razveselite dijete u sebi i pripremite ga što prije, a hoćete li po njemu dok se steže posuti sjeckane lješnjake i orahe, kao što su imali običaj raditi u slastičarnicama ili ćete posegnuti za tostiranim sezamom, ljuskicama kokosa, zdrobljenim keksima ili nekim drugim sastojkom po svom guštu na vama je.

Najbolji čokoladni preljev za sladoled

Sastojci:

120 čokolade za kuhanje
2 žlice kokosovog ulja
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

U mikrovalnoj pećnici ili na pari otopite čokoladu, u vruću dodajte kokosovo ulje i sol te dobro promiješajte.

Prije korištenja ostavite da se ohladi ne temperaturu malo topliju od sobne.

Svi mi koji smo odrasli na sladoledima iz slastičarnice, onima koji nisu koštali kao tura pića za poprilično žednu ekipu, pamtimo onaj famozni čokoladni preljev koji bi se odmah stvrdnuo u čvrstu ljusku koju je bio pravi užitak polako skidati zubima. Isti je preljev bio fantastičan i na porciji sladoleda u čašici i svakom je djetetu bio gušt kuckati ga žličicom i gledati kako puca.

A onda su došli oni bezvezni, vječno tekući preljevi iz bočice.

Za sve vas koji kukate za onim dobrim starim preljevom pronašli smo recept koji jamči čvrstu ljusku. Nevjerojatno ga je jednostavno pripremiti, a "čarobni" sastojak zahvaljujući kojem će se preljev lijepo stisnuti je pravo iznenađenje. Sasvim obično kokosovo ulje.

Razveselite dijete u sebi i pripremite ga što prije, a hoćete li po njemu dok se steže posuti sjeckane lješnjake i orahe, kao što su imali običaj raditi u slastičarnicama ili ćete posegnuti za tostiranim sezamom, ljuskicama kokosa, zdrobljenim keksima ili nekim drugim sastojkom po svom guštu na vama je.

Najbolji čokoladni preljev za sladoled

Sastojci:

120 čokolade za kuhanje
2 žlice kokosovog ulja
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

U mikrovalnoj pećnici ili na pari otopite čokoladu, u vruću dodajte kokosovo ulje i sol te dobro promiješajte.

Prije korištenja ostavite da se ohladi ne temperaturu malo topliju od sobne.

Svi smo ga obožavali: doznali smo tajni sastojak čokoladnog preljeva za sladoled zbog kojeg smo trčali u slastičarnice!

Svi mi koji smo odrasli na sladoledima iz slastičarnice, onima koji nisu koštali kao tura pića za poprilično žednu ekipu, pamtimo onaj famozni čokoladni preljev koji bi se odmah stvrdnuo u čvrstu ljusku koju je bio pravi užitak polako skidati zubima. Isti je preljev bio fantastičan i na porciji sladoleda u čašici i svakom je djetetu bio gušt kuckati ga žličicom i gledati kako puca.

A onda su došli oni bezvezni, vječno tekući preljevi iz bočice.

Za sve vas koji kukate za onim dobrim starim preljevom pronašli smo recept koji jamči čvrstu ljusku. Nevjerojatno ga je jednostavno pripremiti, a "čarobni" sastojak zahvaljujući kojem će se preljev lijepo stisnuti je pravo iznenađenje. Sasvim obično kokosovo ulje.

Razveselite dijete u sebi i pripremite ga što prije, a hoćete li po njemu dok se steže posuti sjeckane lješnjake i orahe, kao što su imali običaj raditi u slastičarnicama ili ćete posegnuti za tostiranim sezamom, ljuskicama kokosa, zdrobljenim keksima ili nekim drugim sastojkom po svom guštu na vama je.

Najbolji čokoladni preljev za sladoled

Sastojci:

120 čokolade za kuhanje
2 žlice kokosovog ulja
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

U mikrovalnoj pećnici ili na pari otopite čokoladu, u vruću dodajte kokosovo ulje i sol te dobro promiješajte.

Prije korištenja ostavite da se ohladi ne temperaturu malo topliju od sobne.
