Prije nekoliko godina u Zagrebu se najavljivalo da bi se mogla uspostaviti pseća DNK baza, kako bi se konačno stalo na kraj vlasnicima koji ne kupe izmet za svojim ljubimcima. Od te ideje na kraju nije bilo ništa, no sad iz francuskog grada Béziersa najavljuju kako oni to planiraju napraviti, piše Jutarnji list.

U novom pravilniku, kojeg stupa na snagu ovaj tjedan, vlasnicima pasa koji žive u centru tog grada nalaže se da za svoje čupavce moraju napraviti svojevrsnu DNK putovnicu. Postupak je jednostavan i nije nimalo bolan - uzima se slina psa, ona se genetski testira i podaci se pohranjuju u bazu podataka.

Vlasnici imaju tri mjeseca za obaviti taj postupak, a onda, ako ih ulove u šetnji sa psom koji nije na ovaj način uveden u sustav, platit će kaznu od 38 eura. Kazna za vlasnika koji ne pokupi izmet, a preko baze podataka se utvrdi čije je on djelo, bit će kažnjen sa 122 eura.

U tom gradu živi oko 1500 pasa i muku muče s vlasnicima koji ne čiste za svojim ljubimcima.

- Brojao sam i da, u gradu se pokupi više od tisuću izmeta s javnih površina, a nekad i mnogo više. Kad kažem grad, mislim na centar i jasno je da to ne može dalje tako - rekao je gradonačelnik Béziersa Robert Ménard za Guardian.

Prije nekoliko godina u Zagrebu se najavljivalo da bi se mogla uspostaviti pseća DNK baza, kako bi se konačno stalo na kraj vlasnicima koji ne kupe izmet za svojim ljubimcima. Od te ideje na kraju nije bilo ništa, no sad iz francuskog grada Béziersa najavljuju kako oni to planiraju napraviti, piše Jutarnji list.

U novom pravilniku, kojeg stupa na snagu ovaj tjedan, vlasnicima pasa koji žive u centru tog grada nalaže se da za svoje čupavce moraju napraviti svojevrsnu DNK putovnicu. Postupak je jednostavan i nije nimalo bolan - uzima se slina psa, ona se genetski testira i podaci se pohranjuju u bazu podataka.

Vlasnici imaju tri mjeseca za obaviti taj postupak, a onda, ako ih ulove u šetnji sa psom koji nije na ovaj način uveden u sustav, platit će kaznu od 38 eura. Kazna za vlasnika koji ne pokupi izmet, a preko baze podataka se utvrdi čije je on djelo, bit će kažnjen sa 122 eura.

U tom gradu živi oko 1500 pasa i muku muče s vlasnicima koji ne čiste za svojim ljubimcima.

- Brojao sam i da, u gradu se pokupi više od tisuću izmeta s javnih površina, a nekad i mnogo više. Kad kažem grad, mislim na centar i jasno je da to ne može dalje tako - rekao je gradonačelnik Béziersa Robert Ménard za Guardian.

U jednom francuskom gradu uvode model o kojem se prije par godina pričalo i kod nas

Prije nekoliko godina u Zagrebu se najavljivalo da bi se mogla uspostaviti pseća DNK baza, kako bi se konačno stalo na kraj vlasnicima koji ne kupe izmet za svojim ljubimcima. Od te ideje na kraju nije bilo ništa, no sad iz francuskog grada Béziersa najavljuju kako oni to planiraju napraviti, piše Jutarnji list.

U novom pravilniku, kojeg stupa na snagu ovaj tjedan, vlasnicima pasa koji žive u centru tog grada nalaže se da za svoje čupavce moraju napraviti svojevrsnu DNK putovnicu. Postupak je jednostavan i nije nimalo bolan - uzima se slina psa, ona se genetski testira i podaci se pohranjuju u bazu podataka.

Vlasnici imaju tri mjeseca za obaviti taj postupak, a onda, ako ih ulove u šetnji sa psom koji nije na ovaj način uveden u sustav, platit će kaznu od 38 eura. Kazna za vlasnika koji ne pokupi izmet, a preko baze podataka se utvrdi čije je on djelo, bit će kažnjen sa 122 eura.

U tom gradu živi oko 1500 pasa i muku muče s vlasnicima koji ne čiste za svojim ljubimcima.

- Brojao sam i da, u gradu se pokupi više od tisuću izmeta s javnih površina, a nekad i mnogo više. Kad kažem grad, mislim na centar i jasno je da to ne može dalje tako - rekao je gradonačelnik Béziersa Robert Ménard za Guardian.
