Često su ljudi s kožnim bolestima nedovoljno ozbiljno shvaćeni, okolina percipira njihov problem prvenstveno kao kozmetički, ali oni nažalost sami najbolje znaju kako nadilazi estetske brige. Savršen primjer je psorijaza, kronična, genetska bolest kože za koju je tipična pojava crvenila, te zadebljanja kože prekrivena suhim ljuskama, ali može imati i druge oblike ovisno o tipu.

U kontekstu učestalosti kožnih bolesti ova je dosta česta, ima je čak 1 do 2 posto ukupne populacije. Njezin nastanak većinom je potaknut pušenjem, lijekovima, infekcijama i psihičkim stresom, međutim psihički utjecaj vidljiv je u oba smjera.

Psorijaza nerijetko vodi i do mentalnih smetnji, oboljele osobe nose se s anksioznošću, sramom, smanjenim samopouzdanjem i depresijom koja nadilazi nezadovoljstvo izgledom iako ni to nije zanemarivo. Veliki problem je što toksične misli utječu na pogoršanje bolesti, a bolest na pogoršanje psihičkog stanja pa je teško naći rješenje pogotovo jer se o kožnim bolestima još uvijek ne bavi s dovoljno posvećenosti.

Portal Self koji se bavi zdravljem u formi intervjua snimio je dokumentarac o povezanosti psihičkih stanja i ove bolesti.

Veliki problem je što je bolest kronična i teško je pogoditi terapiju jer zahtijeva individualni pristup. Čak i ako nekad nestane uvijek se može vratiti i zato je važno prihvatiti što nije uvijek lako.

Ljudi koji je imaju često se suočavaju s predrasudama kao npr. da rane na koži, koje su jedan od simptoma, nastaju zbog loše higijene i pokazuju gađenje prema oboljelima. Pojedinci razviju strah od fizičkog kontakta i seksualne frustracije iz straha od odbijanja. Sram se može manifestirati povlačenjem u sebe i rezultira daljnjom tjeskobom.

Najvažniji način kako se boriti protiv ovih predrasuda je iskorjenjivanjem pogrešnih saznanja ili pretpostavki. Najvažnije informacije u koju treba biti upućen je da psorijaza ni na koji način nije zarazna i da osobe koje od nje boluju vjerojatno baš zbog nje vode puno veću brigu o svojoj higijeni.

Često su ljudi s kožnim bolestima nedovoljno ozbiljno shvaćeni, okolina percipira njihov problem prvenstveno kao kozmetički, ali oni nažalost sami najbolje znaju kako nadilazi estetske brige. Savršen primjer je psorijaza, kronična, genetska bolest kože za koju je tipična pojava crvenila, te zadebljanja kože prekrivena suhim ljuskama, ali može imati i druge oblike ovisno o tipu.

U kontekstu učestalosti kožnih bolesti ova je dosta česta, ima je čak 1 do 2 posto ukupne populacije. Njezin nastanak većinom je potaknut pušenjem, lijekovima, infekcijama i psihičkim stresom, međutim psihički utjecaj vidljiv je u oba smjera.

Psorijaza nerijetko vodi i do mentalnih smetnji, oboljele osobe nose se s anksioznošću, sramom, smanjenim samopouzdanjem i depresijom koja nadilazi nezadovoljstvo izgledom iako ni to nije zanemarivo. Veliki problem je što toksične misli utječu na pogoršanje bolesti, a bolest na pogoršanje psihičkog stanja pa je teško naći rješenje pogotovo jer se o kožnim bolestima još uvijek ne bavi s dovoljno posvećenosti.

Portal Self koji se bavi zdravljem u formi intervjua snimio je dokumentarac o povezanosti psihičkih stanja i ove bolesti.

Veliki problem je što je bolest kronična i teško je pogoditi terapiju jer zahtijeva individualni pristup. Čak i ako nekad nestane uvijek se može vratiti i zato je važno prihvatiti što nije uvijek lako.

Ljudi koji je imaju često se suočavaju s predrasudama kao npr. da rane na koži, koje su jedan od simptoma, nastaju zbog loše higijene i pokazuju gađenje prema oboljelima. Pojedinci razviju strah od fizičkog kontakta i seksualne frustracije iz straha od odbijanja. Sram se može manifestirati povlačenjem u sebe i rezultira daljnjom tjeskobom.

Najvažniji način kako se boriti protiv ovih predrasuda je iskorjenjivanjem pogrešnih saznanja ili pretpostavki. Najvažnije informacije u koju treba biti upućen je da psorijaza ni na koji način nije zarazna i da osobe koje od nje boluju vjerojatno baš zbog nje vode puno veću brigu o svojoj higijeni.

Psorijaza je kožna bolest koja često utječe i na psihičko stanje oboljelih zbog predrasuda koje o njoj imaju neupućeni

Često su ljudi s kožnim bolestima nedovoljno ozbiljno shvaćeni, okolina percipira njihov problem prvenstveno kao kozmetički, ali oni nažalost sami najbolje znaju kako nadilazi estetske brige. Savršen primjer je psorijaza, kronična, genetska bolest kože za koju je tipična pojava crvenila, te zadebljanja kože prekrivena suhim ljuskama, ali može imati i druge oblike ovisno o tipu.

U kontekstu učestalosti kožnih bolesti ova je dosta česta, ima je čak 1 do 2 posto ukupne populacije. Njezin nastanak većinom je potaknut pušenjem, lijekovima, infekcijama i psihičkim stresom, međutim psihički utjecaj vidljiv je u oba smjera.

Psorijaza nerijetko vodi i do mentalnih smetnji, oboljele osobe nose se s anksioznošću, sramom, smanjenim samopouzdanjem i depresijom koja nadilazi...
